We literally have a third eye, the pineal gland, but there are no mechanisms within the brain other than for our physical senses. It’s been examined down to the quantum level, there is nothing additional there to connect you to anything other than your own brain. It’s not the pineal gland that creates spirituality, it’s function allows us to visualise an internal reality, not connect to an external third party.
