A stunning report prepared by the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) on the Sandy Superstorm that has pummeled the United States over the past 5 days states that President Obama has granted permission for US government officials and military personal to “plunder at will” from the private stores and belongings of any American citizen or business they deem necessary for disaster relief.
Though the effects and costs of this massive superstorm are yet to be fully determined, initial estimates put the death toll in the US at 50, describe “unthinkable” damage over $50 billion, up to 25,000 people still trapped by massive floodwaters in New Jersey, massive snowfalls that have buried whole towns, and a New York City subway system experts warn may not be fully operational for up to 3 weeks.
The authority cited by Obama to begin this unprecedented confiscation of private property, this report says, rests in a little known to the American people Executive Order signed by their President on16 March of this year titled National Defense Resources Preparedness which grants to himself the power to do virtually anything he deems necessary.
Even worse about this Executive Order, according to the Washington Blog’s news site, it that it claims executive authority to seize all US resources and persons, including during peacetime, for self-declared “national defense” and claims the power to place any American into military or “allocated” labor use.
This GRU report further states that this tyrannical Obama Executive Order joins others he has signed claiming that he can Constitutionally assassinate Americans upon his non-reviewable dictate, claims he can Constitutionally disappear Americans and then appoint a tribunal with death sentence authority (unless unlimited detention is their choice), and allows him to Constitutionally control-drown (waterboard) anyone he declares a “terrorist”.
