Oliver North: ‘Any Other President Would Be Impeached’
Obama ‘capable of obscuring, obfuscating, covering up, like nothing I’ve ever seen’

Many public figures – from actor Steven Seagal and Ambassador Alan Keyes to Code Pink Co-founder Medea Benjamin and rock star Ted Nugent – have called for impeaching President Obama.
Oliver North says if any other president had tried to do what Obama has done, he already would be impeached.
“Tragically, this administration has gotten away with things that any other president would have been impeached for,” he said. “There’s no doubt in my mind.”
North, a former Marine Corps lieutenant colonel first known for his testimony as a National Security Council staff member under President Reagan during the Iran–Contra affair, was being interviewed by Tim Constantine of “The Capitol Hill Show” at the recent Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington.
The absence of leadership in Washington is creating major problems, unlike when Ronald Reagan was in the White House, said North, who currently is the host of “War Stories with Oliver North” on Fox News Channel.
“We need him; we need a president like that. We currently have what I described this morning when I was addressing this great group as a ‘leadership deficit disorder’ in Washington, D.C.”
North said the deficit is evident “in what we see happening in Ukraine; it’s evident in the failure of this Congress to hold this administration culpable and accountable for the criminal activities in which they’ve been involved.”
North said he was encouraged by the young people getting involved in the conservative movement and pleased with their concern about Obama.
“The one leadership example he’s given is how to avoid accepting responsibility for anything,” he said. “It’s always someone else’s fault.”
North said there are several issues that should have been investigated thoroughly.

No laws of Congress are valid
“Congress can pass no law while a usurper pretends to occupy “the Office of President.”
The Constitution provides that “[e]very Bill which shall have passed
the House of Representatives and the Senate, shall, before it become a
Law, be presented to the President of the United States” (Article I, Section 7, Clause 2). Not to a usurper posturing
as “the President of the United States,” but to the true and rightful
President. If no such true and rightful President occupies the White
House, no “Bill” will or can, “before it become a Law, be presented to
[him].” If no “Bill” is so presented, no “Bill” will or can become a
“Law.” And any purported “Law” that the usurper “approve[s]” and
“sign[s],” or that Congress passes over the usurper’s “Objections,” will
be a nullity. Thus, if Obama deceitfully “enters office” as an usurper,

Furthermore, Obama Could not be Removed Except by Force. As a USURPER posturing
as “the President,” Congress cannot even impeach Obama because, not being the

him—with physical force, if he would not go along quietly—in order to prevent him

In a significant step towards its goal of providing the world’s most complete and flexible Mobile Commerce service, Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) today announced a partnership with Eurogiro that will allow more than 60 major banking groups and postal organizations worldwide to transact across the company’s M-Commerce Interconnect service.
The Interconnect service is designed to allow multiple transaction paths between different sending and receiving devices and destinations. It will provide an interconnect path to and from banks and other payment service providers, money transfer organizations, mobile network operators and mobile handsets.
By creating one technical and commercial interface, the Ericsson M-Commerce Interconnect service makes it possible for a mobile device to receive a payment from a payment service provider and immediately transfer that payment to a bank.
Announcing the Eurogiro partnership, Ericsson’s Björn Engström, Head of M-Commerce, Ericsson said: “Increasing the interoperability between the varied and growing number of mobile money transfer solutions through our M-Commerce Interconnect service will give our operator customers the stability and security these financial transactions deserve and demand.”
“Our partnership with Eurogiro allows us to offer real-time payment routing, reliable and secure foreign exchange, and world-class banking clearance and settlement all within a strict regulatory environment,” Engström added.
Welcoming the partnership, Eurogiro’s CEO Michel Stuijt said: “By partnering with Ericsson the Eurogiro members can add to their client offering a reach to mobile wallets with the secure and cost efficient processing for which Eurogiro is renowned. This is fully in line with our strategy to enable our members to connect to any major payment infrastructure via Eurogiro. The mobile payments market is growing rapidly and our partnership offers a trusted global partner network.”
