Italians vote on constitutional reform
Italians are voting on whether to accept a major overhaul of the constitution, proposed by Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
The vote has polarised public opinion, with the plan criticised for giving too much power to central government.
But Renzi says it’s necessary to modernise the country, and has vowed to resign if it’s rejected.
