Hasn’t Hillary Clinton said that her use of a private email server to conduct official State Department business isn’t the subject of an FBI investigation? Oh well, never mind. So what if the FBI has formally acknowledged the investigation.

An FBI official issued a rare acknowledgement of the bureau’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private server use Monday in a letter filed in federal court.

Although FBI Director James Comey confirmed the existence of the probe in October of last year, agency officials have repeatedly declined to comment on the nature of the investigation and the direction in which it is headed. (Read More)

What difference at this point does it make? She has a snowball’s chance in hell of being indicted by this administration.

She ought to be behind bars. But instead she’s running in the Democrat primary and has the support of about half the Democrat voters, while the rest are going for the proud socialist.
