Drove by the overlook this afternoon as the M/V John Grimsley #59 was just coming under the bridges headed north with it’s tow. Looks like the trees are putting out new “spring” leaves at the Vicksburg Riverfront Park.

Getting ready to make the turn in the bend of the Mississippi River. You can see another towboat headed north.
A mother, stepmother, grandmother and great grandmother who was taught deer hunting by my second husband, Bob, in my mid-forties. I’m still hunting today and loving it!
