(Before It's News)

National ufo Examiner

A Tulare County, CA, witness reports watching a pulsating, structured object "floating smoothly" under one mile in altitude over a college campus on May 1, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.

The witness had just left class for the day and was walking toward a parking lot when a person was noticed studying the sky.

"I immediately looked up at the same direction he was, which was north, and saw that the object was traveling south," the witness stated. "It was a bright yellow, red, flashing, pulsating object with organized structure to it within the pulsation and flashing itself. I can't pin down the description of the structure, but there was something that was structured within the flashing and pulsation."

The witness said the object appeared to be floating, but moving at high speed.

"The flying object was in a sense floating smoothly in the sky, but traveling at a high speed in the sense of the altitude that it was in – approximately 500 feet to a mile. Any aircraft would have been recognizable and heard at this type of altitude and a falling rock from space would have traveled in one direction and left a trail of smoke behind its path."
