Even Alaska Is Not Safe For Vets. There Were So Many Police & Unmarked I Assume Gov Vehicles On My Road There Was No Where For Anyone To Come Or Go Until 10 am The Next Morning. BTW This Started About 2100.

Was hesitant to contact you about this, as even my brothers in arms won’t
believe me. I am a Marine Vet, and have worked a contractor for last 10
years. Had a situation in Anchorage Alaska a about 3 weeks ago. Was driving
home from a family member’s house saw as never before massive amounts of
police driving extremely fast towards the area I live, about 2 miles out
there was a cop literately on every street with M-4.and upon reaching my
house saw what looked to be an Arab male in my driveway looking into my
windows. ( I know the difference I have spent 7 years in middle east as a
contractor.)
I conceal carry, as I approached the man he ran. And several police
officers and K-9 units and of course MRAPS descended on my house, for the
next several hours my neighborhood looked like Boston did. They did not go
my house but preceded to kick in the door of my neighbor. I asked the
officers what is going on, and they said that they cannot comment on whats
going on, I told they have to tell me. If there is a threat my family and i
need to know. There were so many police and unmarked I assume Gov vehicles
on my road there was no where for anyone to come or go until 10 am the next
morning. BTW this started about 2100.
Of course I looked to see if there’s any news on what happened, and nothing
local or national. I regretfully did not take any pics as I was geared up
and not thinking about documenting it and more worried about protecting my
family. A BROTHER
I am sorry for not getting the word sooner, but even my closet friend who
is awake would not believe me. But it has been on my conscious everyday.
Even Alaska is not safe for vets.
