DHS Is “Positioning” to Secretly Arrest American Dissidents In Preparation for World War III
In my article this morning, I stated that Americans are war weary and when the anger related to the tragic death of Kayla Mueller subsides, Americans will resist supporting the commitment that World War III will require of all us in terms of labor, capital and the sacrifice of personal liberties. And make no mistake about it, the coming war is not about Kayla Mueller as a war is never about the death of one person.

America Jails War Protesters
Through the 20th century, America has been a nation which has jailed war protesters in ever-increasing numbers (e.g. World War I, internment of Japanese-American CITIZENS in World War II, and of course during the Vietnam where deadly force was even used at Kent State in 1970). Even Lincoln jailed citizens and journalists who have dared to object to the draft during the Civil War.
History Will Soon Repeat Itself
America is about to engage in the same behavior of citizen subjugation in preparation for a coming war. Only this time, protesting will not be permitted and protesters will be “dealt with”. Along these lines, I am in receipt of the following which is very troublesome:

Most importantly to Silicon Valley, the president’s proposal is expected to cement the role of the Department of Homeland Security, rather than the National Security Agency, as the government lead for information-sharing with the private sector.”
One of my colleagues in the media sent me the press release. Within 15 minutes, I had two very high level confirmations of what this meant. One of the sources is a high ranking government official with oversight responsibilities and the other is an ex-military intelligence asset with multiple and strong connections to dissident military types serving today. However, this is a story that writes itself. I really do not need unnamed sources in order to demonstrate where this is likely headed. The President’s intention to transfer intelligence information on American citizens from the NSA to the DHS is both ominous and the purpose is self-evident. My sources simply serve to reinforce the obvious intent. Also, this information is beginning to leak out in the independent media.
Anyone who has read my articles over the past two years knows that I have obtained information that the NSA’s massive data mining of every person is inextricably tied to creating a Threat Matrix Score for each and every American based on key word analyses of their cell phone conversations, emails, social media statements, etc. Also, a “known associates” file is maintained to determine the amount social reach a potential dissident has. For example, the bigger their reading audience or listening audience or Facebook following, the higher a person’s Threat Matrix Score.
This is Old News
Visionaries such as Steve Quayle and Doug Hagmann have been warning us for decades about the creation of a so-called “Red List”. The Red List is a modern-day interpretation of Nixon “Enemies list”. However, what is happening today is much more nefarious. The “Red List” is a “dissident removal list” and it will be conducted with extreme prejudice.
The people who have referred to such lists and those brave enough to expose them, as “fear-mongers”, may soon change their tune. After reading this article, these people are going to have a little harder time sleeping tonight.
Why Is Obama Transferring Intelligence Gathering on American Citizens from the NSA to the DHS?
This is the $64 million dollar question. When the NSA gathers information on Dave Hodges, the information may be shared with the Fusion Threat Centers and various domestic law enforcement agencies. However, the NSA’s intelligence is not immediately actionable. For NSA intelligence to be acted upon, a second generation set of agencies have to be involved. This is cumbersome and slow.
Who are the bullets for?
Who has the ability to oversee intelligence gathering and simultaneously act upon the intelligence? It is none other than the Department of Homeland Security. It is also the DHS that has, in the past two years, acquired 2.2 billion rounds of ammunition as well as 2700 armored personnel carriers, not the NSA. It is clear that DHS is the army of the central bankers who have hijacked our government and they are preparing to remove dissidents.
Keep in mind that this coming war is a war to preserve the Petrodollar and it will be waged at all costs. All opposition will be eliminated.
The optimistic part of me would like to believe that this transfer of power is only about streamlining our war on terror, then I am reminded who started al Qaeda and ISIS.
Dissident Roundups Are Coming
Through several conversations I have had in the 45 minutes prior to writing this article, I have learned the following:
There are two programs designed to round up people who are viewed as a danger to the status quo. The two operations are labeled “Operation BOA”, as in boa constrictor, and “Operation Lightening”. I have some operational details, but at this point they are still sketchy. Suffice it to say that Operation Lightening is the 3AM round up of all perceived dissident journalists and even some local politicians. This will be accomplished on a single night of terror. Operation BOA is a more deliberate process and will focus on more non-media threats such as outspoken veterans, gun rights activists, etc.
There Will Be No Martial Law Declaration
Martial law will not be called martial law, it will be labeled as “Continuity of Government”. The announcement of the procedures designed to enhance the “Continuity of Government” policies will be made by a four star General from NORTHCOM.
There is no definitive timeframe for this announcement. Logic would dictate that it will come in close proximity to launching new ground operations in the Middle East against the CIA created ISIS.
What Can Be Done?
There is no need for you to be concerned about what you say on Twitter, Facebook, on the phone or in print, that ship has already sailed. You already have a Threat Matrix Score and that score could eventually hold very significant consequences for you and your family.
Can anything be done? Probably not. However, the only thing that I think that may actually back up the enforcement of this plan is if enough people express awareness and outrage as to these violations of our 4th and 5th Amendment rights. As I wrote about in this morning’sarticle, this actionable intelligence will be supported by the NDAA and Executive Order 13603 which involves civilian round-ups (NDAA) and civilian conscription (EO 13603).
In the interest of self-preservation, it would be a good idea to circulate this article and the dozens that will certainly follow on this topic.
How many people do we have to reach? The magic number needed to enact significant social change is 10% according to social psychology research. That means we have a short window to head this off.

The word above is given in scripture. And Jesus said scripture cannot be broken. If some entity or group comes to take you without a warrant, we suggest you shoot them in the head. If and when Martial Law comes and they decide to just come and take you then shoot them all in the head because if they take you, you are not coming back.
Also, for all of you professors out there, if (when) Martial law is declared then the Patriot Act and the NDAA Act, as well as, the hundreds of Executive Orders will have negated the Constitution and all of your rights. Your scenario is quite possible. There are other scenarios. What will happen exactly? I don’t know. I do know there are plans to put some type of electronic “device” directly in human brains, or more likely, on peoples foreheads or right hand, for identification purposes. A recent article on the Internet is hyping the use of a “Neo Neurophone” that one can wear on the forehead that will allow non-verbal communications between people, and artificial intelligence. Look it up in case you doubt me!

Operation BOA is ongoing as I type. I don’t know it by any name, but I know it is underway from firsthand experience. It’s not so much about rounding people up as it is about silencing them through threats and intimidation.
What do you make of it when you’re out with your dog and some unknown guy sits down next to you and says “What do you think about XYZ?” (XYZ being a false flag operation that you have just posted articles helping to expose.) Crazy way to start a conversation. You say, “Can’t trust what you read in the mass media.” He says, “Nice dog you have. Too bad when she’s dead.” Next week you have to go out of town for a couple of days and then have to rush back because your dog has to be put down due to a sudden broken back.
The message is clear. “We know who you are. We know how to find you and your family and loved ones. Shut up.” That’s operation BOA.

Remember, Dick Chaney is our next president because he oversee’s FEMA, and once Martial law is declared, FEMA has power even above the President; and only when they declare the emergency over, only then does Cheneys power go back to the President. “Operation BOA” is a reality. I am a simple militant of the Church, and as a result I have suffered various incidents which have made me lose my business, my home, my family, and finally has forced me to leave the country.
This operation begins, as this good article say, with info about a particular individual’s activity. In my case the info has come from “readers in a dark room”, as judging by the reactions from some state agency’s declarations following postings of mine on Facebook. My modest postings were read, since they caused a direct reaction. My impoverishing and my exile proves that Operation BOA exists.
If I may, I’ll use the occasion to divulge one of those state agency’s reaction to a particular series of postings of mine, which was about of false flag within the Vatican. The Vatican, shortly thereafter, reacted with a public statement from a cardinal, which might have been a spin in order to counter my insinuations of foul play. This said false flag had occur on Wednesday May 13, 1981 on St. Peter’s Square. It is when John Paul II was “shot” by the patsy Ali Agca.
I posted that Carol Voztila Katz, a former actor; a marrano, and a poison-gas salesman during the war, and probably also a KGB agent then turned cleric played a staged “assassination attempt” in order to get carte blanche to further destroy the Catholic Church from within. The Vatican’s statement following this allegation was precise at countering it, and additional persecutions against me followed. Those are proofs that “Readers in dark rooms” exist, and that Operation BOA also exists.
Let’s play a game on the forum of Dave Hodges at furthering my past allegations of a particular false flag within the Vatican, and let’s watch for the reactions.
I am purely intuitive, and only specialists in false flag operations may prove for example that John Paul II was wearing a pouch of “hog blood” under his white cassock, which he pierced after the patsy Ali Agca had fired blank shots from a loud and inaccurate Gov 45 ACP. The world only saw a brief video of the former actor John Paul II falling, and later of the Colt pistol being held in one hand by the hit man. Then the world saw John Paul II being rushed to the hospital, where an awaiting team performed surgery.
It was then learned that the would be assassin had been caught; that he was a Turkish Muslim, and a hit man from the Bulgarian branch of the KGB. This “botched” assassination attempt raises the idea of a foul play on this particular point. A Pope is never professionally assassinated this way, unless by some deranged person whom Ali Agca certainly was not, since he was a professional hit man from the KGB.
It has also been overlooked by many that the former boss of Karol Voztila Katz, Cardinal Vizinzki, the primate of Poland died suddenly. Cardinal Vizinski may or may not have detected a foul play, but in any cases, he never got to say anything since he died.
The surgery team is also no longer alive to say what was done to the “victim”, but the world knows that John Paul II caught a blood infection, and on this point, since I am a Catholic who firmly believe in divine interventions, I see this blood infection as a curse from God. I do not expect most false flag specialists to dwell much on the supernatural matters, but I need to remind that John Paul II was most certainly cursed by God after this date: he became a frequent visitor to this hospital, and later was crippled with Parkinson’s disease, which is known by the believers as the “palsy”: the disease of the heretics.
The false flag of May 13, 1981 on St. Peter’s Square -as I see it, instantly made John Paul II appear as being a victim within the Vatican. To the world this man became a living saint, and nothing could stop him from accomplishing the Freemason agenda towards the one world religion.
Also shortly thereafter President Reagan was shot in a similar manner. This second assassination attempt left no doubt to the world that the first one had been genuine.
So there it is. I give some elements pertaining at unmasking a mega false flag. If anyone, a technician, or a witness has something to input, please do so, and let’s watch for the Vatican’s or other agencies reaction; be on your toes for Operation BOA, and for the dreadful Operation Lightning, may God help us.
To add a little insight and an interesting factoid regarding Reagan’s assassination attempt. The shooter was George H. W. Bushes best friend’s son and had recently dined in Washington with them. Hmmmm. Although, this is mostly off topic, G.H.W. Bush has a nack for being located at assassinations. In JFK’s assassination. We have a picture of the then young George leaning against the school book depository building 15 minutes after the shooting had occurred. In the picture, Bush is seen leaning against the wall with one foot resting on the wall behind him approximately one foot off the ground. Why is this interesting? Well, first of all it places Bush at the assassination scene. At this time young Bush was the President and CEO of Zapata Oil Company based out of Houston. It got it’s origins in WW II and was associated (but too lengthy to go in to all the details) with Hitlers intelligence groups. G.H.W. Bush being born in Germany with the name George Scherff illegally emigrated to the USA under Hitler’s direct orders and a planned adoption by Prescott “Poppy” Bush. Prescott got the nickname of “Poppy” because he was addicted to Heroin. He was also the best friend of the infamous Dr. Josef Mengele, aka Dr, Death. Getting back to Dallas. G.H.W. Bush, a CIA operative then raced to Tyler, Texas where he called a friend in the FBI to create a realistic alibi for himself by asking “what happened in Dallas?” That phone call was subsequently traced and can be found in the Warren Report for those who are interested. The call was also made approximately 3 hours after the assassination. Point being “things are not what you all believe them to be. This is a very minuscule example of the PTB. georgy made his bones haha in Dallas that day so long ago. The other fact of the Hinkley’s being best friends with Bush is also interesting as Georgy was also involved with MK Ultra or Majestic. There are not many of us around anymore but we know and still remain in the game. Hodges is correct for the most part.
