Neighbors across the street captured a video of four officers dragging Louis Falcone, 31, a gay caterer in Staten Island, out of his home and pushing him to the ground.
They beat him. They called him f*ggot. Falcone even said they threatened his dog.
Why?
Because, according to New York Daily News, his mother had called in a noise complaint. Falcone says his brother had arrived at the home “obnoxiously drunk,” and the two started arguing.
“We had words,” Falcone told New York Daily News. “I was yelling at him; he was yelling at me.”
His brother had already left by the time the police arrived. They asked Falcone to step outside, to which he answered, “For what?”
Falcone then says his dog started barking and the officers threatened to kill the pit bull mix.
“What do you mean you’re going to kill my dog?” Falcone reportedly said. source
