Deceased Identified — Dead Shooter Named – Victims Include Dead and Injured – Umpqua Community College Campus in Oregon (Video)
Shooting on the Umpqua Community College campus in Roseburg, Oregon.
This tragedy has now been declared a mass casuality situation, which opens additional resources to the community, the victims and their families.
Official reports indicate that nine are dead along with an additional nine individuals suffering multiple injuries, some in critical condition.
The names of the dead have been released to the public.
It has been confirmed that the shooter, a twenty-six year old male, is dead. His name is Chris Harper Mercer. He was a resident of Winchester, Oregon, a community near the college, and had previously lived in Torrance, California.
Authorities have provided information that they recovered on the college campus six guns found with the deceased gunman, and an additional seven guns were recovered from the dead gunman’s residence; two pistols, four rifles and one shotgun.
Authorities from surrounding communities along with the state police have responded to the incident in support of the local authorities. Federal authorities include ATF and the FBI.
The campus was evacuated of students and faculty. They were bused away to the county fairgrounds where,waiting family and friends got the news of their loved ones as the buses carrying the campus evacuees arrived. But it was with the arrival of the last bus that those still waiting on news of their loved ones learned the ugly truth; the individual expected did not get off the bus.
Interviews done by the local newspaper, The News-Review, in Roseburg, Oregon, included…
“Kortney Moore, 18, from Rogue River, was in her Writing 115 class in Snyder Hall when one shot came through a window. She saw her teacher get shot in the head. The shooter was inside at that point, and he told people to get on the ground. The shooter was asking people to stand up and state their religion and then started firing away, Moore said. Moore was lying there with people who had been shot.”

Every time “Obama” is discredited for his actions, something happens to take the shining ball off of that news. I am not saying this horrific incident did NOT occur, what I AM saying is that I would not put it past this evil regime to encourage a loose canon who is apparently, someone who hates Christians.

One’s religion once signified one’s ethnicity and/or national origin. Not so much these days. Except in the case of bigots talking about Muslims.
