About a month ago, Ukrainian Ministry of Information Policy announced the creation of a focal point of bloggers who, according to the Minister Yury Stets, should spread accurate information about the situation in the east of the country.
Today one of Facebook users published a letter which he allegedly received from the Headquarters of the information Forces of Ukraine, the Internet version of the Ukrainian newspaper “Vesti” reports.
The email contains detailed instructions on how to create the fake account in social networks, not arousing suspicion.
In particular, bloggers are recommended to register a mailbox on the western or Ukrainian services and to create new accounts on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks. They are encouraged to select the settlement in Donbass or Crimea as the city of residence, and add some photos. It is emphasized that it is necessary to write or repost a few articles on non-political topics.
Compilers of instructions draw bloggers’ attention that they should not add too many friends in a short period of time for the accounts not to arouse suspicion.

Militia repulsed the attack of Ukrainian invaders in the area of Bakhmutka. 15 punishers were destroyed. Ukrainian troops continue to attack militias’ positions, despite the truce. This attack was the largest military provocation in the LPR after the announcement of a truce.
Ukrainian authorities are considering the possibility of involving prisoners in the ranks of the antiterrorist operation. This was stated by Chairman of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine Volodymyr Palagnyuk in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

DPR security service defeated a group of saboteurs of three people in the Leninsky district of Donetsk on February 23. All three of them were local residents, “working” for money.
It is already known that mobile subversive groups move around Donetsk by cars disguised as sanitation trucks, vans for transportation of goods, and even as the “ambulance cars”. But the group revealed in the Leninsky district was acting in atypical way.
Saboteurs had 82-mm mortar and ammunition kit. Mortar with mines was placed in advance in a particular place among the plantations on the southern edge of the Leninsky district, mainly in the area adjacent to the Donetsk sea.
Subversive group acting in a way of quick assembly and transient disappearance from the site of fire, was “spotted” by gradual localization of cases of sudden opening of a light mortar fire. However, the local fighting continued in the south of the DPR at Mariupol, as well as in the area of the track Bakhmutka in LPR, where Ukrainian security forces launched an attack in the direction of numbered checkpoints and resumed mortar shelling of militia positions on the track.
