Obama Just Released Another 30k Illegal Alien Criminals From Prison

Last year, one of the biggest stories surrounding Barack Obama’s push for illegal alien amnesty was how many convicted illegal alien criminals the government let out of prison.
In 2013, sixty-eight THOUSAND illegal alien convicted criminals were released from custody.
The numbers don’t lie. In 2013, ICE Agents apprehended 193,357 illegal aliens with criminal convictions. However, only 125,478 of these criminals were charged after they were caught. That means that the Obama administration caught and released 68,000 illegal alien criminals.
That’s just the numbers from the administration’s catch-and-release program. On top of that, another 36,007 illegal alien criminals were released from prison while awaiting deportation. These included rapists, murderers, and other violent criminals. The administration just set these convicted criminals free.
Together, we bombarded Congress with literally half a million faxes demanding that they force the Obama administration to enforce our immigration laws.
Well, the numbers for 2014 just came out and they’re not pretty. During fiscal year 2014, the Obama administration released ANOTHER 30,558 illegal alien convicted criminals from prison.
This is absolute madness! Every month, we hear about how illegal aliens are committing violent crimes against American citizens. Many of them have past convictions, but the President doesn’t believe they should be punished for their crimes!
I hope you’re sitting down, because this statistic is shocking. Obama’s own Immigration and Customs Enforcement just openly admitted that there are at least 167,527 illegal alien convicted criminals that have been released back into American society.
Just for comparison’s sake, that is about the same size population as the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If all of these illegal aliens lived in one city, it would be the 144th largest city in the country.
Each one of these illegal aliens was caught committing a crime and convicted by a jury. They should have already been deported. Instead, they are out on the street committing more crimes and Americans are in the crosshairs.
Thousands of the criminal illegal aliens that the Obama administration released from prison went on to commit more crimes, ranging from assault with a deadly weapon and lewd acts with a child to aggravated assault, robbery, and hit-and-run.
We get emails all the time from readers who have been personally affected by these illegal alien criminals.
One of our readers emailed us a while back to tell us about how an illegal alien named Raquel Vazquez Hernandez killed her niece and nephew. The illegal immigrant was driving drunk, ran a red light, and hit another car ultimately killing three people, including her niece and nephew.
Instead of being arrested for manslaughter or DUI, the police charged this illegal alien with “failure to render aid,” a much lesser charge. This happens all the time.
Earlier this week, the Department of Homeland Security ran “Operation Cross Check,” an attempt to recapture some illegal alien criminals that were stupidly released from prison.
All in all, 2,059 illegal alien criminals were “re-apprehended” by Federal Agents. But here’s the real kicker: two dozen of these illegal aliens were given amnesty under Barack Obama’s 2012 DACA executive order.
So not only are these convicted illegal aliens being released from prison but they are applying and receiving amnesty from the Obama administration.
The Obama administration claims that this is part of their “executive discretion.” They claim to have the authority to pick and choose which illegal aliens are punished.
But here’s the problem. There are 167,527 illegal aliens out these walking the streets that were charged with a crime, convicted by a jury, and sentenced by a judge to be deported. The Obama administration does NOT have the Constitutional authority to let these illegal aliens go.
The Founding Fathers designed our system of government so that when one Branch violates the Constitution, the other two Branches can step up and stop them.
This week, Federal Judge Andrew Hanen – the same judge who halted Obama’s amnesty bureaucracy – ordered the administration back into court because the DOJ lied to him under oath. This is an example of the Judicial Branch doing its job.
But that won’t be good enough. As we’ve reported before, the Obama administration has been disregarding this injunction and moving full steam ahead with the amnesty program anyway.
The Obama administration is using a regulatory technicality to release these illegal alien convicted criminals from prison. The only way to stop this is through Congress.
