Michael Brown Wrongful Death Lawsuit Filed In Ferguson

Michael Brown’s family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Ferguson. The Brown family is seeking $75,000 in damages, and attorney fees, according to lawyer Benjamin Crump. The parents of Mike Brown engaged in a news conference from the steps of the St. Louis County Courthouse moments after the Ferguson wrongful death suit was filed.

Lesley McSpadden, the mother of Michael Brown, wore a red hoodie emblazoned with her son’s image, during the Ferguson wrongful death lawsuit press conference. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Mike Brown’s mom may face felony armed robbery charges. Lesley McSpadden was accused of enlisting a group of people to “beat” another group of people who were selling Michael Brown T-shirts in Ferguson.
