OBAMA CONCERNED WITH “Less Than Loving Statements by Christians”

IS OBAMA NOT NAUSEATING OR WHAT?

President Obama is talking smack about Christians again, making these comments Tuesday at the Easter Prayer Breakfast:

“On Easter, I do reflect on the fact that as a Christian, I am supposed to love,” he said.

“And I have to say that sometimes when I listen to less than loving expressions by Christians, I get concerned,” President Obama said, before theatrically stopping himself. “But that’s a topic for another day.”

This is the same guy who once accused all of us Christians of clinging to our guns and religion. Interesting fact about our president: He never bashes Muslims on Muslim holidays, but he seems to take great pleasure in dumping on Christians during our holidays.

And how can we forget his reflections on the Crusades during the National Prayer Breakfast?

“And lest we get on our high horse and think this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” he said. “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ. So this is not unique to one group or one religion.

There is a tendency in us, a sinful tendency that can pervert and distort our faith.”

No mention of Islamic radicals then, and no mention of Islamic radicals on Tuesday.

President Obama’s Easter speech was the perfect platform to denounce what has become a modern-day genocide. Christians are being systematically exterminated across the Middle East and parts of Africa. But instead of addressing the here and now, the president prefers to live in the past. Heaven forbid, he criticize Islamic extremists.

As for yesterday’s crack, I wonder if President Obama was concerned about the less-than-loving expression from his former pastor, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright?

UH, H-E-L-L-O! ANYONE ELSE REMEMBER THIS?
