I’M HAVING A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING THE CONFUSION HERE:
ARTICLE TWO, SECTION ONE, CLAUSE EIGHT:

CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT PART OF THAT IS AMBIGUOUS?
J. Christian Adams, a former United States Department of Justice official in the Civil Rights Division, HAS BECOME A WHISTLE BLOWER WHO IS GOING TO TESTIFY BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT THAT THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION IS KNOWINGLY REGISTERING ILLEGAL ALIENS TO VOTE. I don’t think most Americans realize how brave Mr. Adams is, because PEOPLE WHO TURN OUT TO BE FEDERAL WHISTLE BLOWERS, OFTEN TEND TO END UP DEAD.

It’s not like our elected officials are doing THEIR CONSTITUTIONAL DUTY to stop him. Allow me to remind you, that the Federal Judge in Texas who rules on Obama’s Amnesty Executive Action is the SAME JUDGE THAT NOW HAS IN HIS POSSESSION OVER 150 PAGES OF EVIDENCE THAT OBAMA IS USING A STOLEN SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER.

First, to understand why Barrack Obama will never be impeached it is important to understand what Impeachment is. Think of Impeachment like a grand jury proceeding where an indictment for a crime is pursued. ARTICLE II OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION (Section 4) states that “The PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be REMOVED from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, TREASON, BRIBERY, or other HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.” The GOP LED HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES has the SOLE POWER of impeaching Obama, while the UNITED STATES SENATE has the SOLE POWER to TRY all impeachments. The removal of impeached officials is automatic upon conviction in the Senate.
First, Treason is defined under ARTICLE III OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION (Section 3) as:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.”

As I said above, The HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES has the SOLE POWER of impeaching, while the UNITED STATES SENATE has the SOLE POWER to try all impeachments. In laymen terms, for the purposes of Barrack Obama, that means the GOP controlled House of Representatives has the SOLE POWER to Impeach President Obama. Remember what I said when I began, that Impeachment is analogous to a grand jury proceeding. It’s a CHARGE so to speak. Let’s assume the GOP controlled House decides to use their sole power to impeach the President. ALL that means, is they are charging him with TREASON, BRIBERY, or other HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.
Like any proceeding, just because he is “Charged,” does NOT mean he is convicted. All that means is a trial needs to take place.So, if a SIMPLE MAJORITY of those present and voting choose to impeach Barrack Obama, then managers (typically referred to as “House managers”, with a “lead House manager”) are selected to present the case to the Senate.
The trial itself takes place in the SENATE, which is controlled by Mitch McConnell and the Republicans. Presently there are 54 Republicans, 44 Democrats, and 2 Independents.. At a trial, Senators would take an OATH or AFFIRMATION that they will perform their duties honestly and with DUE DILIGENCE in the matter regarding the trial of Barrack Obama.

Furthermore, with Obama’s rapid acceleration of entitlements to American Families, if he is allowed to finish his second term, it is likely at the current pace when Obama leaves office more households will receive government checks than those that do not. Once that threshold is crossed, America has been “FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORMED” and every Democratic Senator knows that. That turns the United States into a ONE-PARTY SYSTEM for the most part, permanently entrenching Democrats in power. That does not leave much incentive to “DO THE RIGHT THING.”
Democrats know that once on government assistance, few, if any families will vote themselves out of “free money,” effectively making the government the ONE-PARTY SYSTEM I referred to. I predict there will NEVER be another Republican President. How could there be? THAT many people would vote themselves out of a check? Forgive me if I don’t have that much faith in Americans these days. Knowing that their party is on the verge of being permanently entrenched in power, as a direct result of Barrack Obama, there is not a snowball’s chance in hell the two-thirds vote required to remove Barrack Obama from office would come close.
Now that you understand WHY there will NEVER be an impeachment charge brought against Obama UNLESS at LEAST TWELVE Democrat Senators cross the isle and come out publicly SAYING they would vote to impeach, Obama cannot be stopped. OBAMA FEARS VETERANS, AND RIGHTFULLY SO! The several HUNDRED high ranking officers including many ADMIRALS AND GENERALS WHO ARE NOW ACCUSING OBAMA OF TREASON and they might be the ONLY obstacle that could POTENTIALLY stand in Obama’s way. Obama’s PURGE OF THE MILITARY RIVALED THAT OF STALIN’S PURGE WHEN HE CAME TO POWER.

“No,” Obama said to the question, he had not become more progressive. “I think that what we are constantly doing is looking for opportunities to advance the agenda that I talked about back in 2007 and 2008. I mean, remember, in the first two years of my administration we advanced more progressive legislation than anybody in 50 years. …
“The Affordable Care Act, which is working better than even I thought it was going to work, and we now have 16 million-plus people who are benefiting directly from having health insurance, and we have another 130 million who don’t have to worry about losing their coverage because of pre-existing conditions. Millions of young people who are on their parents’ plan. Those are pretty progressive.
“What we have done though is consistently looked for additional opportunities to get stuff done. Wherever we see a possibility of increasing wages, creating more jobs, making sure that more people are able to access opportunity, we’re gonna seize it. And we’re going to, wherever possible, try to reach out to Republicans and see if they can work with us. AND WHERE THEY’RE NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH US, WE WILL DO IT ADMINISTRATIVELY OR WE WILL CONVENE THE PRIVATE SECTOR!
“By hook or by crook, we’re going to make sure that when I leave this office, that the country is more prosperous, more people have opportunity, kids have a better education, we’re more competitive, climate change is being taken more seriously than it was, and we are actually trying to do something about it. Lets pretend that tomorrow myself and 50 other true believers in the name of God and country stormed the white house or some other location where we managed to secure Obammy, take him to trial by 12 angry men, find him guilty of treason and execute him with a fine made american bullet or several, or better yet hang his sorry ass with a high quality hemp rope. That being said and done, do the problems end with his being gone? No!!!! the problem is not this useless piece of garbage, for he is but a puppet, or an expendable part of the snake. The problem is much bigger then him, and it is no longer hidden or a mystery as to what and who it is. I suggest that the people waste not their time pointing fingers at one party or the other, or pitting one man against the other for the problems and spend quality time on what the problem really is and doing something about it. George Bush called your constitution just a god damn piece of paper so if you need proof of their being an agenda no matter who or what is in office, then start with Obammy and work back. Now I am going to suggest about the time you get as far back as the civil war, you might then realize that almost all, not all but almost all were puppets for this agenda. Get the snakes head, you don’t have to cut it off to stop this, you must however realize the real evil the real problem and then you and like minds can and will act accordingly and solve this issue.
