Obama Gives Amnesty to Child Molester
Fellow American,
Remember when Barack Obama promised that his executive amnesty would only be given to law-abiding illegal aliens and that the violent criminals would be prosecuted and deported?
I want to introduce you to Edgar Covarrubias-Padilla. He is an illegal alien living in California who also happens to be a charged with child molestation and distributing child pornography. He was under investigation for these crimes while working as a camp counselor in 2014.
None of that stopped the Obama administration, specifically “Homeland Security,” from approving his amnesty application in 2015 and giving him legal papers.
How can a government agency call itself “Homeland Security” when it is giving child molesters legal residency?
This is crazy! Don’t let the President give amnesty to these criminals! Demand it be stopped now!
This is just so disgusting. We know these people are out there. Every couple of weeks, we hear about a new case of an illegal alien victimizing an innocent American.
But this case is different because DHS knew he was under investigation and charged with these crimes and they still approved his amnesty application anyway.
Last month, we learned about Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez, a 19-year old illegal alien gang member, who was slated to be deported but was spared by Barack Obama’s amnesty. He then went on to allegedly murder four people.
This is why we have a legal immigration system. If you want to come here, you need to undergo a complete background check. But thanks to the President’s amnesty executive action, it is actually faster for an illegal alien to be legalized than it is for someone to immigrate here the right way.
If the Obama administration cared about stopping gang members, rapists, and murderers from getting amnesty, they could easily put a stop to that. If they cared, they would stop releasing these illegal alien convicted felons from prison. But that’s not their priority. They believe in amnesty for everyone.
And we are paying the price. We can’t bring back the people who this gangbanger killed. We can’t erase the pain these molested children will feel moving forward.
But what we can do is ensure this never happens again.
I am tired of hearing these stories. I am tired of reading the obituaries and hearing about another innocent life extinguished by an illegal alien who has absolutely no business being here.
It’s really easy. If there’s an illegal alien here who is charged or convicted of a crime, the only thing they’re afforded is a one-way ticket back to their home country. What happens after that is not our problem.
These people come here, break our laws, violate and victimize our people, and then the Obama administration goes easy on them and lets them go. They get convicted and sentenced to prison and then the President literally releases them on a technicality because their home country refuses to take them back.
That’s not our problem. We are paying millions of dollars every year to prosecute and incarcerate these illegal alien criminals. Then, Homeland Security comes and releases them back into society to victimize even more innocents.
The solution is simple: any illegal alien charged with a crime is immediately sent on a one-way trip back to their home country. Period.
The President’s program is unconstitutional as it is, but it is UNACCEPTABLE for the Obama administration to give amnesty to these illegal alien criminals
