Gov. Hassan to nominate Bailey to lead Public Utilities Commission

Long-time Public Utilities Commission staff member Kathryn M. Bailey will be nominated to be one of three commissioners by Gov. Maggie Hassan Wednesday.
“The Public Utilities Commission is critical to protecting consumers and ensuring that our people, families and businesses are able to receive safe, adequate and reliable utilities service at reasonable and fair rates,” Hassan said. “Kate Bailey has a distinguished career of service at the Public Utilities Commission, and I thank her for taking on this important responsibility.”
