We at PET know that to rid humankind of Parkinson’s disease would bring about a world full of smiles for everyone alike to see. Wouldn’t it also be nice if it was day when we can actually view our children playing in an environment uncluttered with plastic bottles and plastic bags?
PET has a planned concept to do just that! It centers on a hand built product that needs an automation process for its profitable production.
Within this idea concept – the only people who would lose are the non-recycling citizens in Water Bottle Refund States: Those who would pay a check-out stand nickel tax on every plastic bottle of water; to only then throw that same plastic bottle away!
From out of the automation comes a cost-effective durable product that uses these plastic water bottles. And what of the people who buy this product? They would get a cash value rebate Certificate of Deed. How much? This would depend on how people react to a Parkinson Researcher Entity appealing to these United States children for donations of said plastic water bottles and plastic bags.
PET – a non-profit company – needs approval as a recycling agency with a given authority from CBCRLRA to make sure donated California “CRV” water bottles are of the “Cancelled” status. [Cutting off the top and neck, therein impossible to reconstitute.]
The monies from these bottles would stay in a CBCRLRA bank for a time of three years.
[PET would never see or touch these monies.]
The CBCRLRA would send the Parkinson Research Entity “CRV” funds from donated Plastic Water Bottles and sales of product in the name of the Children from the State of California.
This amount of course, after the aforementioned customer Certificate of Deed and costs for a sold product are deducted…
Customer will get these monies after said Deed matures in three years. [...or customer gives said Deed outright donated to the Parkinson Researcher.]
The Parkinson Researcher will also get these funds, sent in the name of these children across America.
How? By the U.S. children and adult combined right to collect Water Bottles for the nickel redemption. Accordingly, this is to come from a fund managed by the state in which they live.
Michigan state for example:
These children or parents or guardian of said children will donate said bottles to the Parkinson Researcher, but in actuality send them to PET. This is this company that would also be responsible to record the total cash value of said Michigan children’s sent donations and also make each Water Bottle of the “Cancelled” status. PET would the send Michigan a report.
The state of California would have to make an arrangement with Michigan and every other state with refundable Water Bottle law.
PET IS a Non-Profit Fabricator of this “Green Product” to be sold for Parkinson’s Research.
This product will use wood, 2000 donated plastic Water Bottles and 500 plastic bags, 3 wire hangers and half of an old thorn resistant tire tube. It has many uses. [Explained later]
Of these Water Bottles, most will have come from across the United States. Some of these states including ME., VT., CT., MA. NY., HI., and OR., Each having the same type of California pre-paid refundable surcharge.
In addition to their Water Bottle donations, the state of Michigan [and every other state] child would send a signed paper affidavit stating that the Parkinson Researcher can use their hand printed name in a screening test for the possibility of a of Micrographia [MG], a handwriting flaw that is a symptom of Parkinson’s disease [PD], Wilson’s disease [WD] and Metamorphia Disease [ME].
This affidavit would also state that under no circumstance would the Parkinson Researcher return signed affidavit or speak of any findings. This can be worked out if parent wanted results. As this is just research. Also stated on affidavit would be the child’s authorization for the state of Michigan to release the refundable amount for said donated bottles to a Michigan-like Beverage Container Recycling and Litter Reduction Act [M-LBRLRA] banking system.
The states that do not have a water bottle refund “Act” can still have its citizens children send bottles with a signed affidavit with printed name to be analyzed by the researcher.
Hopeful for, but so as to not to get a glut of donated plastic bottles from these states may be asked to donate water bottles in a certain month of the year. These would be ‘filler’ bottles for use in said product in California
The state of California might think about a Second Chance Redemption to allow all forever lost in a landfill bottles to take on a second “existence.” Some of these as a confiscated out of state bottle to give to the Parkinson Researcher.
Remember, inclusive with all these states customers is the same product Certificate Deed of Trust. This will mature in three years for an as of yet undetermined amount of money that is untaxable.
This is almost, if not same as a rebate.
The consumer of this product will also benefit from a Tax write off for this purchase.
