Syrian Electronic Army claims cyber attack on US army website – YouTube
The U-S army’s official website has been hacked by a Syrian group.
The Syrian Electronic Army claimed responsibility for the cyber attack, saying it was a message to Washington to stop training militants inside Syria. After the hack, the U-S army decided to temporarily shut down the website, even though no data was stolen. Earlier in January, the social media accounts of the U-S Central Command were hacked with messages promoting the ISIL terrorist group. As a result of the attack, the Central Command’s Twitter and YouTube accounts were temporarily suspended, but no sensitive data was leaked.
