After watching the Obama Gestapo sweep in and arrest Kim Davis for refusing to issue a same sex marriage license, Obama’s lawless reign marches on. The message sent was clear: Warning: Re-Education For “Uncooperative Citizens” Has Started. In that post I completely debunk the “myth” that the Supreme Court’s decision somehow legalized gay marriage. I make no effort to argue for or against the underlying issue of gay marriage, because my focus is the larger issue: the evisceration of the separation of powers within our government. Simply put, NO COURT, not even the Supreme Court, makes law… PERIOD. That is the job of the legislature… PERIOD.
The lawlessness we’ve seen exhibited by government under Lord Obama has been staggering. In How “Fundamentally Transforming” America Relates to the Communist Manifesto, Edward Snowden reveals how the NSA was operating as a “Shadow Government” without the knowledge of Congress, but with full knowledge of Barack Obama. The NSA was spying on every aspect of American life, with complete approval from the President of the United States, but strangely though, under Obama’s police state, spies who were CAUGHT turning over top secret missile blueprints to China were ordered NOT to be prosecuted. Explain that to me????
So, when we hear Obama talk about how dangerous Bible-thumping, gun toting, tea-bagging patriots are, if you fall into that category it’s only natural to wonder what information has been collected on YOU! We know there is a List of 8 Million Americans Called Main Core that targets those who should be snatched up immediately when Martial Law is declared. As Jade Helm was preparing to kick off, people found themselves asking, Is the F.B.I. Watching Me Because I Know Too Much About Operation Jade Helm?
In that post, the author says, “If you’ve ever wondered if there is a main core red list and what it’s like to be visited by agents of the Federal government because you support the individual rights outlined by the U.S. Constitution, then watch the videos below.”

According to the federal agents who visited James Casale in Colorado, they are merely trying to gather more information about this Summer’s military operation from citizens who may have come across information not yet available to the FBI.
This reasoning, of course, is ridiculous, as highlighted by Freedom Fighter Reports:
Since when do the people of America know more about a military drill than the FEDS? Almost never, so why in the world are the FEDS questioning Americans about their knowledge in regards to Jade Helm 15?

Typically the FBI will only release the files of deceased individuals. One exception to that rule is when an individual is requesting information about themselves.
While requesting your own file is not much different than an ordinary request to the FBI there, there is an added kink in the process.
A self-request falls under the Privacy Act and not the Freedom of Information Act. It requires a special Department of Justice form stating, under penalty of perjury, that you are who you say you are.
The request should state clearly that you are requesting all documents with your name and any aliases in them. It should also provide any additional information that would help FOI/PA officers locate documents about yourself.

This is a query under the Privacy Act (5 U.S.C. § 552a).
I hereby request any and all documents, communication and memos relating to myself, John/Jane Doe also know as John/Jane “The Goat” Doe. To aid in the expedition of this request I am providing the following information.

I was associated with the Goat Liberation Front between 1997 and 2007.
Please find the attached U.S. Department of Justice Certification of Identity Form DOJ-361 certifying my identity under penalty of perjury.

FBI definitely keeps records of everyone (Unless you are any legal citizen and getting away with murder)I have been to the FBI Office in Chicago and had my Social Security number searched into their data bank, There were hundreds of pages of information regarding all purchases ($500+), affiliations, schools attended, driving records and on and on and on.

You cannot have it both ways and it’s clear to see the legal system is just a tool for the elite and our fight should be with them.
We are cattle and the farmers are stuffing more into the field and letting us fight over a bone they throw in from time to time and having un balanced laws is one way to ensure the fights a good one.
