In any SANE government, things would be looking pretty bleak for Hillary right about now, but not in a “Hope and Change” government. In a government full of “Hope and Change,” someone so clearly guilty of multiple law violations is still free to go about campaigning for President, and can even remain the front runner for a political party filled with such lowlifes. Hillary should be paraded around in an Orange jumpsuit maybe, but no more than that! This whole ordeal is yet another giant national embarrassment complements of the Democrats and the Clintons.
When it comes to the emails. there is no way the Congressional Investigatory Committee is going to release all the dirt they have on Hillary, but even in what little they have published, it is quite clear Hillary is a habitual offender. I’m no F.B.I. Forensic Computer tech, but I know this:
If I got an email marked CLASSIFIED on my home server, I’ve already broken the law. Then if I forward it on an unsecured home server (technically I think it was a bathroom server was it not?) to the White House, then I would have broken another law. The person who then received my email at the White House was either an incompetent boob for not noticing it was CLASSIFIED and not secured (let’s be fair… that’s very possible with this White House), OR, whoever received it got the White House techies on the situation in an attempt to scrub the email and cover up Hillary’s FOUR YEAR TRANSGRESSIONS with the emails. That means HillaryGate reaches deep into the White House, just like I.R.S. scandal did, and every other damn happening under the narcissist in chief.

Representative Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) said Hillary Clinton actually had three subpoenas, two of which were sent before her server was wiped on Wednesday’s “Hugh Hewitt Show.” Obviously Hillary has the right to a fair trial, but if what Trey said is true, and there is sure to be a paper trial 10 miles long backing him, then I have one question:
WHEN DO WE DOUSE THE BIT** IN WATER BEFORE WE STRAP HER DOWN AND PLUG IT IN?
SOME OTHER GLARING ISSUES WITH THE EMAILS:
1. Hillary’s email, received and RESENT, was KNOWN to be classified material over her unclassified only server… and proves a cover up… evidence tampering. The originator was clearly (sbwhoeop@… remainder of characters blotted out) Sydney Blumenthal from a White House Office, Executive Office of the President server… which means it was classified confidential (as marked) and was, in fact, a White House document he forwarded to the Hillary (as Secretary of State) BETWEEN UNCLASSIFIED SERVERS (which means the white house also has an unclassified server WITH CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS ON IT… not just the Clintons more on that below.
2. Over five years later (8/10/2015), in response to a FOIA request (and court subpoenas) the State Department is trying to cover her ass by declassifying it after the fact… hahahaha (that is not how that works).
3. Oddly the original message sent to her does not appear (in its entirety) in the messages she released… instead what does appear is Hillary’s response (which has what was supposed to be the original message sent to her, attached (well part of it, wink). After three numbered paragraphs into the original message, there is an awkward page break:
None of the following paragraphs are numbered (why not? makes it suspect)
A much longer section of text follows after the page break… without a similar page break for a like volume of text (proves tampering)
The writing style completely changes (inconsistent with the previously numbered paragraphs)
The rest of the original message (originally sent) appears to be missing
In its place someone ham-handedly tried to insert/supplant a UK website article (as the source for what follows(?), wink, as it is not cited as the source correctly or otherwise)… clearly a shoddy attempt at a cover/justification for what was
ORIGINALLY MARKED CONFIDENTIAL AT THE TIME: A sophomoric attempt to pretend it was not really worthy of being as classified in the first place, as it was ORIGINALLY MARKED… WELL AFTER THE FACT is not according to the letter nor spirit of the law.
Additionally, the ‘red herring’ website article cannot be found (… even on they way back servers…. and thus must be bogus???)
Whomever put it there knew it couldn’t/wouldn’t be found… details were not important to them, no one is supposed to care about them, wink
4. NOTE: Sidney Blumenthal is the originator (sbwhoeop with what appears to be a White House server address).
A White House Office, Executive Office of the President account begs the question.
Does white house have multiple servers (unclassified and CLASSIFIED)?
How many servers does the White House have (unclassified and CLASSIFIED???)?
Is it standard operating procedure to put classified material on the unclassified server at the White House?
How many classified messages are traveling over unclassified server(s) at the White House?!?!?!
How many email aliases are being used by other White House employees?
Why hasn’t the Justice Department and FBI swooped into the White House, wink, oh that’s right they can’t investigate their boss… surely a Special Prosecutor has been assigned to this potentially grave security matter?
5. As usual, if the guilty spent half as much time and effort doing things right in the first place they wouldn’t have to waste everybody’s time covering their ass.
SO WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
PERHAPS I CAN SHED SOME LIGHT ON THIS…
While I have heard it on pretty good authority, I don’t have actual proof, but “word on the street,” as Dingy Harry Reid likes to say, is that Valerie Jarrett is responsible for 100% of the leaks about Hillary leading right up to where Hillary is today: Somewhere between a Barack and a hard place.
Already, there is enough evidence on display for multiple convictions, so that begs the question: Why no indictment? Why hasn’t she been charged? I believe we are witnessing the final showdown between the Clinton’s and Obama for control of the Democrat party, and only one can survive. Who holds the final card? It’s tough to say.
Hillary is so weakened, a stiff breeze would deliver the knock out punch, so what would Barry be pulling the punch for? Does Hillary have something she’s holding over Obama to prevent him from delivering the kill shot? Perhaps something that implicates them both? I don’t profess to have answers, but I know something smells very funny.
Do you think Obama wants the Republicans to take the White House and repeal all eight of his years in office? Not likely.
Do you think Obama thinks Crazy Joe Biden is SUCH a good candidate, that it is worth it to completely sink Hillary’s campaign so Joe can enter? Uh, again, not likely.
What does that leave? No other candidate has a dime to run with or an campaign infrastructure to compete with the GOP. Making matters worse for a late bloomer on the Democrat side, according to geopolitical and foreign policy expert Craig B. Hulet, Global elites have already pledged as much as $3 BILLION to Jeb Bush if it takes that because HE is their guy. So is there really anyone who could compete with that? Well…

Theodore Teddy Roosevelt (26th President of the United States (1901-1909)) and Franklin D, Roosevelt (32nd President of the United States (1933-1945)) are the only two presidents to serve more than two terms in office. History tells us, a President could possibly serve a Third Term. It sounds crazy President Barack Obama could serve in 2016 as a Presidential Candidate. In our history only two prior presidents have served more than two terms ( Theodore Teddy Roosevelt and Franklin D, Roosevelt ). The major hurdle for President Barack Obama in 2016, is the 22 Amendment. In short, the 22nd Amendment states ” No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice . . .”
Also, the U.S. Constitution makes an exception in the 22 Amendment: ” This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several states within seven years from the date of its submission to the states by the Congress.”
You can’t say that the President, Barack Obama can’t be President in 2016 and serve a third term? Obama in 2016 has to convince 75% of Congress.
How can President Obama Serve in 2016 as a Presidential Candidate?
First, the White House will need to gather 50,000 plus signatures in each state. The signatures is the easy part.
For Obama 3rd Term, President Barack Obama needs to get significant support in the Congress and House of Representatives. For Obama in 2016, President Barack Obama will need to muster 3/4 support in government. Such support requires money-big money.
Just like any campaign, massive groups of lobbyists and PACs (Political Action Committee) will be hired to strategically work together.
