Tension rising between EU, Russia over crisis in Ukraine

European Commission head Jean-Claude Juncker says the security and borders of E-U nations are QUOTE untouchable. He made the remarks at the European Parliament in his first State of the Union address. Juncker also assured Poland and the Baltic states of the E-U support as they claim Russia seeks to reassert its Cold War-era dominance. Ties between the E-U and Russia have hit rock bottom since the crisis in eastern Ukraine. The E-U blames Russia for the crisis, but Moscow denies any involvement.
