Bombshell: Hillary Agreed to Criminal Penalties!

Months ago, we filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request asking for any and all confidentiality documents Hillary Clinton signed while Secretary of State. We were looking for proof that Hillary Clinton was informed of the consequences for mishandling classified information. That is because most of these documents force signatories to accept criminal punishment for violating the agreement.
We never received a response from the State Department, but another organization just did…
We now have undisputable proof that Hillary Clinton signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Specifically, it was called a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement.
Hillary Clinton signed it. She agreed to safeguard the classified information, return it all when she was done working for the State Department, and agreed to certain punishments if she failed to meet these requirements!
Here are some of the statements Hillary signed on to…
“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of [Sensitive Compartmented Information] by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation.”
*This statement proves beyond any doubt that Hillary knew what she was doing. She was taught how to handle sensitive and classified documents and informed of the consequences of mishandling them. Yet she still proceeded to put national security at risk by storing state secrets on an unsecure private server. Not only that, but we know that her negligence led to foreign Russian hackers trying to access her files at least 5 times.
“I understand that all information to which I may obtain access by signing this Agreement is now and will remain the property of the United States Government… I agree that I shall return all materials that may have come into my possession and for which I am responsible because of such access, upon demand by an authorized representative of the United States Government or upon the conclusion of my employment… If I do not return such materials upon request, I understand that this may be a violation of Section 793, Title 18, United States Code.”
*Here’s the part of the NDA that requires her to hand EVERYTHING over when she leaves. Not most of it… not what she thinks is relevant… everything. Hillary Clinton’s decision to delete what she deemed was “personal in nature” is against the law. And according to sources, this is the exact part of the penal code that the FBI is focusing on in its investigation of Hillary’s emails crimes.
“I have been advised that any breach of this Agreement may result in my termination of my access to SCI and removal from a position of special confidence and trust requiring such access, as well as the termination of my employment or other relationship with any Department or Agency that provides me with access to SCI. In addition, I have been advised that any unauthorized disclosure of SCI by me may constitute violations of United States criminal laws…”
*Here’s the real kicker. If she is found guilty of these crimes, then she literally cannot be President. If she is found to be this negligent, then she would be blacklisted from ever holding a security clearance or a position of special confidence. Presidential run over.
Over the past few days, we have heard that the FBI has actually recovered classified information from her deleted hard-drive.
When that piece of information hit the news, all the pundits asked whether the DOJ will choose to prosecute.
That’s what is wrong with this entire system. That is why Eric Holder got off scot-free. That is why Lois Lerner is enjoying retirement in he suburban home instead of a Federal prison. And that is why Hillary Clinton might get off.
Here is quite literally a smoking gun but the fact that she hasn’t been charged yet proves that something fishy is going on here!
It’s not speculation anymore. This document proves that what Hillary Clinton did was deliberate and criminal. She was told not to mishandle the documents and she did anyway. She was told to hand everything over upon leaving and she deleted half of her records.
But most importantly, by signing this document she agreed to open herself up to criminal prosecution.
It doesn’t matter how guilty she is if the Obama administration simply refuses to prosecute her.
With this signed document, there’s really nothing else they need. But still, Obama’s DOJ is standing back. They are going to let her get away with this!
