Insiders Say FBI Has Enough Evidence To Charge Hillary Clinton
According to two sources, the FBI have enough evidence to bring a case against Hillary Clinton.
As of now, at least 671 emails that Mrs. Clinton sent or received through her private server contained classified material.
Two reached the highest classified designation, which is top secret.
I was told that that particular document is an open and shut violation.
And then I was told that the FBI Director James Comey is personally overseeing and directing this investigation .
As of now, they do have enough to build a case against her if they so choose on two issues:
One is, gross negligence of the mishandling of classified data; and two, obstruction, multiple counts.
Mrs. Clinton’s defense that the emails were not classified at the time she accessed them will not save her.
Bill talks about classified material that may or may not of be”stamped classified” at the time.
Nonetheless, this case file was in intelligence circles known as “born classified”.
This means the evidence contained in it was extremely sensitive .
That it was assumed to be classified.
Due to the fact of Clinton was holding the possition of secretary of state, Hillary have to had known this.
And due to governmental intimidation, O’Reilly’s Opinion is that the investigation is going to disappear.
O’Reilly mentioned , “Alright, if they don’t indict her, and the evidence is there that they could, that will become public though”.
Crowley agrees that it will be devastating.
The guest attorney guessed that with including top secret emails, Attorney General Loretta Lynch might not go after a prosecution.
The emails to the attorney looks like a violation.
However, Hillary Clinton has to grasp the bar of what we call, gross negligence.
Nonetheless, she can not take it to trial for headlines.
Also, Hillary can not take it to trial for sport.
She has to do it based on the evidence on her.
I think Hillary Clinton must be prosecuted.
I don’t think legally there is enough evidence to get that ”standard” .
I believe she won’t.
Ironically, this could also prove to be the kiss of death.
In which proves my belief about Hillary Clinton is the most evil women on earth.
