Breaking: Judge Anna Von Reitz Files Commercial Lien Against BLM and FBI

The BLM and FBI are called “government agencies” but are nothing but subcontractors working in behalf of other “governmental services corporations” fronted by international banking cartels. Right now you fellows are going through a changing of the guards while you attempt to pull off yet another institutionalized fraud scheme in which you fail to inform birthright American State Citizens of your undisclosed activities designed to entrap them, copyright their given names, roll over their estates into Cestui Que Vie Trusts and Public Transmitting Utilities and defraud them the rest of their lives while you feed off of them and their labor like parasites.
Right now, your “agencies” have “presumed” to act against your employers and benefactors again.
Be advised that your activities are being closely monitored by other governments and international agencies around the world. Be advised that the Hammonds and the Bundys have clearly and repeatedly Self-Declared their actual political status and that the ONLY purpose for the EXISTENCE of the “Bureau of Land Management” or the “Federal Bureau of Investigations” is to provide these “free sovereign and independent people of the United States” (Definitive Treaty of Peace, Article 3) with “essential governmental services” (Constitution, Article IV, Section 3, Clause 2).
Those “essential governmental services” do not include mischaracterization, fraud, racketeering, threats, false claims, identity theft, or any other action detrimental to them and their interests. The ONLY reason for this government or any other to exist is the protection of the people and their material assets.
We have had enough of your Bully Boy tactics and your provocations and your false arrests and your false charges under conditions of personage and barratry. We have had enough of your criminality and lack of regard for the Public Law and the only equity contract allowing your presence on this Continent.
The federal corporations are no better nor of any different character than any commercial corporations in the world. If McDonald’s and Target cannot ram around using commercial mercenary armies to terrify the populace, neither can you.
We are establishing a commercial lien for damages of $100 billion United States Dollars (USD) defined as one ounce of fine silver for the loss of any one Oregon State Citizen murdered by any federal corporation employee, mercenary, subcontractor, agent or ally, with an additional $100 billion (USD) to be paid directly as compensation to their families.
The Oregon State will be bringing war crimes charges against the “DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE” before the World Court if even one American is harmed by the FBI and more charges will be brought against the BLM.
Consider this your First Public Notice of these facts and of the pending Commercial Lien Obligation.

Great! Keep up the good work and send this to all news outlets and see if they talk about this public notice. If they do not respond in 30 days, does then become law or something like that?
That seems to be a notice Ideas Time, just informing them of what is to come if anyone is hurt. Now lets say for an example nothing more than to talk about said notice that someone was hurt, then they would receive another notice that their was someone damaged and now they would be noticed again that they are at fault owing certain amount in damages, of course they would ignore it, then they would get a second notice, then a notice of default and a notice of dishonor etc. I am rusty on this but you would go through several steps to perform a perfected lien. once you have judgement you file the lien. Now I know someone that had filed a few million dollar perfected lien on a public servant in the past and he had a dual citizenship with the country of dubai. The banks there were bagging to purchase it once it was authenticated and he cashed it in and had it put in some foreign off shore bank once he was paid off.
There are too many people who see the title “Judge” and believe that all has been fixed..and if it isn’t, then why not. (And I’m not implying you are one of them..probably share similar frustrations that you have.) Of course, for those who have actually read a lot of Judge Anna’s offerings, the message is quite clear: The responsibility is on ALL of us to understand this stuff- not simply leaving it up to her and/or a few. The principle is simple. When the villains attack, they find the smart ones kill them off, leaving the lazy/stupid for slaughter/slavery/etc… For example, when the Druids- in Ireland -were invaded, they sought out the Bards- who knew the complete history of their people -and methodically killed them…most were dead in a short period. Ergo, either people take this stuff in, or the same things will happen.
The attention needs to be directed to the BLM’s long history of setting fires that have burned out of control consuming thousands of acres of private and public property. The millions of dollars in damage to structures, land, burned and maimed native/protected animals, livestock, and duress placed on families and communities is unacceptable.
Charging the Hammond’s as terrorists is hypocritical when you take into account what the BLM has done. The BLM needs to be held accountable for their “terrorist” crimes against the public. Years after ranchers have been burned out the BLM has made no effort to compensate for the damages.
Follow U.S. Sen. John Thune’s lead and publicly hold the BLM accountable for their own inability to control the wildfires they started.

If so I really hope that this goes forward and that the BLM is forced to not only morally pay for their crimes, but also have to financially compensate every rancher and citizen that has been harmed/affected by what the BLM has done to the citizens of Oregon. Hell, not only Oregon but every American that they have harmed in any way shape or form. The poor rancher in Texas who has had tens of thousands of acres of land taken from him gets every millimeter back plus financial compensation too. That those in Montana who had their homes confiscated by the BLM get their homes back. I hope to see the BLM dismantled and for ever millimeter of land taken from the American people by the federal government that they have illegally”bought” is given back to their respective states with no more Federal oversight. It is high time that everything done by the BLM since being brought into existences is nullified! May God keep those in Oregon protesting safe and from any harm! May everyone be safe and come home soon to their families!
Judge Anna von Reitz has submitted a number of essays and similar documents on behalf of humanity. However, this does not imply that everyone can rest assured (i.e. know/do nothing). In fact, she makes this quite clear in her offerings; stating that people need to get hot and take this stuff in. If this was actually submitted, where is it in the public record?
The letter is just a notice as to what will happen if anyone gets hurt. If anyone was to get hurt they would then enter into a commercial lien process that is a process to perfect said lien and would end up as a perfected commercial lien. A perfected Lien can be sold to the highest bidder and there are many banks in foreign countries that will jump on a correctly authenticated commercial lien in a heart beat!
