When one news story blocks out virtually all others, notably on television reaching the largest audience, be wary. Were multiple Tuesday blasts rocking Brussels terrorism or a state-sponsored false flag? As expected, all Western reports are largely similar, hyping terrorism at the expense of credible independent analysis. Holes already appeared in the official narrative. Reports about ISIS claiming responsibility aren’t independently verified. Nor is a statement attributed to the group saying “caliphate soldiers, strapped with suicide vests and carrying explosive devices and machineguns” struck multiple Brussels sites. Be suspicious about the following “evidence” allegedly found at the one or more blast sites and other information reported: a conveniently found Kalashnikov assault rifle; an undetonated explosive belt; a man seen running from the scene of one of the blasts; lots of people ran for cover; authorities saying a CCTV camera caught on tape a man in a hat pushing a laden baggage cart at the airport with two others believed to be the bombers – based on what evidence not explained; an ISIS flag, undetonated bomb, and unspecified “bomb-making chemicals” found in a Schaerbeek borough apartment; an unidentified taxi driver, saying he may have driven the bombers to the airport, citing nothing suggesting his statement is credible – if, in fact, he exists. Maybe one or more passports allegedly belonging to terrorist suspects will conveniently be discovered at one or more blast sites ahead. Prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw said “(a) photograph of three male suspects were taken at Zaventem (a Brussels suburb). Two of them seem to have committed suicide attacks” – based on what evidence wasn’t explained. “The third, wearing a light-colored jacket and a hat, is actively being sought.” The two alleged suicide bombers wore dark clothes and gloves on their left hands only, according to reports – with concealed detonators an unnamed security expert believes without explaining why anyone would wear one glove, attracting suspicion if noticed. Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel hyped fear, saying “(w)hat we had feared has come to pass,” vowing harsh measures in response. French Prime Minister Manuel Valls declared “(w)e are at war.” President Francois Hollande said “it is the whole of Europe that is hit.” He vowed “to relentlessly fight terrorism, both internationally and internally.” German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said Tuesday blasts “aim(ed) at the heart of Europe.” The State Department said “terrorist groups continue to plan near-term attacks throughout Europe,” warning US citizens traveling in European cities to avoid crowded places and be wary when using public transportation. Obama called for “unit(y) in fighting against the scourge of terrorism.” The Eiffel Tower and other world landmarks were illuminated in the black, red and yellow colors of Belgium’s flag. Fear-mongering rages to enlist public support for policies harming public welfare, safety and fundamental rights too precious to lose – on the phony pretext of assuring greater security. A previous article explained the chance of being struck by lightning is much greater than becoming a terrorist attack victim. Death by auto accident, preventable diseases, violence at home by one family member against another, alcoholism or excessive use of harmful legal drugs is infinitely higher – facts ignored in hyping fear about terrorist attacks. State-sponsored terrorism defines longstanding US policy. People are manipulated to ignore inconvenient truths. The late Howard Zinn once asked “(h)ow can you make war on terrorism if war is terrorism?” Waging war on terrorism “gives government a perpetual war and a perpetual atmosphere of repression.” “And it generates perpetual profits for corporations. But (it) make(s) the world a far more unstable and dangerous place.” “Terrorism replaced communism as the rationale for the militarization of the country, for military adventures abroad, and for the suppression of civil liberties at home.” Since WW II, “there has not been a more warlike nation in the world than the United States. Governments are terrorists on an enormously large scale.” None in world history match America. Endless wars on humanity rage. Hyping fear justifies the unjustifiable. Were multiple Tuesday Brussels blasts terrorism or false flags? Be wary of official reports and media hype, the latest on Wednesday from a Belgian media source, saying three suspects were arrested – one day after the incidents raises obvious red flags. Suspect state-sponsored responsibility for what happened unless independently proved otherwise. Media Hype Western media operate irresponsibly in lockstep, reporting state-sponsored propaganda, keeping news consumers misinformed about major issues affecting everyone. Knee-jerk reporting following Tuesday’s Brussels blasts hyped “terrorism” – despite no credible evidence proving it. The official narrative is accepted unquestioningly. Big Lies and misinformation substitute for hard truths. Dissenting views aren’t allowed, notably when evidence corroborates them. New York Times editors shun responsible journalistic standards. “Standing With Brussels Against Terrorism and Fear,” they hyped – blaming ISIS for what happened despite no credible evidence proving it, repeating the official narrative proving nothing. State-sponsored fear-mongering followed, saying “the world must brace for a long struggle against this form of terrorism (including) intensified counterterrorism efforts…” “That means courage and steadfastness in the face of a threat that will take many years to eliminate.” Fact: Terrorism is a Western creation, notably ISIS and other high-profile groups, unable to exist and function without considerable outside support. Fact: No credible evidence indicates Tuesday’s Brussels blasts were terrorist acts. Plenty based on past history suggests state-sponsored responsibility. Times editors urge greater security measures without explaining loss of fundamental freedoms in the process. […]
