(Before It's News)

Sorry Charlie: you can’t get Viagra in Kentucky if you are not married.  If you can’t get it up on your own, the state won’t help you. You can get meth, crack and oxycontin, but you can’t get Viagralegally without your wife’s permission.   I see a fantastic black market opportunity for Viagra pushers. Muckracker

State Representative Mary Lou Marzian has proposed a law that would require a man to get approval from his wife before he could purchase Viagra or other drugs designed to temporarily overcome erectile dysfunctionality (ED).  Specifically, the law calls for the ED sufferer to have two sessions with his doctor and a properly dated and signed document giving spousal consent and stating that he would limit the use of the prescribed drug to sexual relationships with his spouse.  Moreover, only married men would be able to buy ED drugs  source.
