2 Armenian soldiers killed in Nagorno-Karbakh – YouTube

The self-proclaimed ministry of defense in Nagorno-Karabakh says Azerbaijani forces violated a Moscow-brokered ceasefire agreement 80 times, using all types of artillery and armored vehicles. Karabakh officials also claimed heavy casualties were inflicted on Azerbaijani forces, but a spokesman for Azerbaijan’s defense ministry denied that. Azerbaijan and Armenia have for decades been at loggerheads over the breakaway region, located in the Azerbaijan Republic but populated by Armenians. A truce went into effect between the warring sides on April 5, but clashes have continued ever since. The region has been under control of Armenian troops following a three-year war between the two sides that ended in 1994.
