Bix Weir Reports Fed Announced an Emergency Meeting to Take Place Monday Morning
Yesterday was a very special day. All four living Fed Chairman met for a round table discussion about what the Fed does and why they do it.
As expected, it was dry and boring and everyone kept to their script.

Although they did talk briefly about unemployment data manipulation – they dealt with it as if it was perfectly NORMAL to NOT take into account those people that stopped looking for work and those that can only find part time work. It’s as if these people don’t matter to the Fed because they would skew the data.
Fascinating.
Another take away for me was that Janet Yellen was once again FORCED to say that “There are no bubbles in today’s economy.” Of course she had no choice but to say it but with the stock market near all time highs, the housing market near all time highs, the Fed balance sheet loaded with toxic mortgage backed securities and the TOTAL GLOBAL DEBT blowing away anything the world has ever seen Janet still says…
There are no bubbles.
Well, I think our Fed Chairs may have had a restless night’s sleep because today they announced an EMERGENCY meeting to take place Monday morning…

Hmmm. I wonder how much market rigging it will take to “calm things down” this time?

yesterday on sunday the austria bank did a bail in–took depositors money–now this monday we have italian banks having emergency meetings trying to keep their largest bank afloat–the usa fed is also having closed meetings this a.m.–something big is going on–somebody big is about to go down
