When asked about releasing the transcripts of the speeches that Wall Street companies paid her big fat checks to come deliver privately, Hillary Clinton used every one of Patches O’Houlihans’s five d’s of dodgeball: dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge!
When this first started coming up I thought, eh. When Bernie Sanders kept pressing it, I thought, eh. But this is the hardest I’ve ever seen Hillary Clinton work on anything. She really wants to keep those transcripts out of our hands. Which means I really, really want to see them.
Plus, sowing discontent among democrats is just good clean fun. Release them, Hillary!!
