(Before It's News)

In this litigious society, Trump, better than anyone, should know that the recklessness of his campaign, coupled with the insanity of his rallies would soon result in somebody getting sued.

On Thursday of last week, three people in Kentucky filed suits against the candidate and his campaign, claiming they were subjected to either pushing or racial taunts by Branch Trumpidians at a March 1 rally.

From NBC News:

“Each time he said ‘get them out,’ Trump intended for his supporters to use unwanted, harmful physical violence to remove protesters,” the suit reads.

Violence, vile talk, and otherwise boorish and uncivilized behavior isn’t an anomaly at Trump rallies. The problem has gotten to the point that people are surprised when there isn’t bad behavior at a Trump rally.

From the outlandish behavior of his supporters to the abusive behavior of his staff, it seems there is a culture of violence and destructiveness that surrounds the gilded toad.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf of Kashiya Nwanguma, Henry Brousseah, and Molly Shah, two students and one activist, alleges that Trump encourages the bad behavior of his cultists.

Nwanguma is seen in one online video being shoved by the crowd. Of the two men (also named in the lawsuit), at least one has been linked to a White Nationalist group.

Brousseau, 17, claims to have been punched by members of that same group, while Shah was also pushed.

NBC also reports:

The lawsuit claims Trump incited physical violence against the three protesters by repeating “get ’em out of here” and that he should have known audience members could act on his statement. The suit cites previous statements Trump has made about paying the legal bills of supporters or suggesting a demonstrator deserved to be “roughed up.”

A Trump supporter from North Carolina, 78-year old John McGraw, was arrested for sucker punching a protester, as he was being led from the event by security. McGraw has reached out to Trump to take him up on his offer to pay the legal fees of those supporters who act on the verbal diarrhea of their leader. Trump’s campaign is said to be “looking into it.” If that translates into an actual payment of legal fees incurred for the assault remains to be seen.

For now, this is just one of what will probably amount to many lawsuits. Perhaps it’s time for Trump to withdraw and focus on cleaning up the mess he’s made, rather than stay in a race for an office that he is unprepared and unqualified to handle.
