Police: 10 officers shot, 3 killed at Dallas protest over fatal police shootings | 07 July 2016 | Update: 11:33 p.m. The Dallas police chief tells ABC affiliate WFAA 10 officers have been shot, three of whom were killed. Three others are in critical condition. Chief Daivd Brown says two snipers are believed to have shot the officers, neither of whom are in custody.
