Actually he has dual citizenship and registered to vote out of Maryland.
His 1/2 brother is entitled to vote for WHOMEVER he wants and it’s NOBODY’s business.

Now what kind of guy is that? Makes tons of money, golfs all the time but couldn’t give a rat’s ass about his family in Kenya?
