Help us make our Open States API even better
At Sunlight, we’ve built APIs for years in order to power tools that enhance governmental transparency and nurture a vibrant online community for open data. The challenge with APIs, though, particularly when you give them away for free like we do, is understanding their impact. Sunlight Labs’ APIs have received over 4 billion calls, but measuring calls doesn’t help us understand the work our APIs fuel, or how we could improve our support to the open data and open government communities.
