(Before It's News)

In this Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, photo, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton listens to a home care worker during a roundtable discussion on home care in Los Angeles. U.S. District Judge Richard Leon has given the State Department a few months to provide The Associated Press with thousands of documents it sought in a federal lawsuit. The Aug. 7, order means the documents, including schedules and calendars from the former Secretary of State will be released months ahead of the spring presidential primary elections. width=

The vast majority of Hillary Clinton’s emails the FBI recovered during its investigation into Hillary’s use of a private email server as secretary of state will not be released until after Election Day.  Judge James Boasberg, appointed by president Obama, on Friday ordered the State Department to finish processing and release only 1,050 pages of what could be as many as 10,000 pages material for release by Nov. 4.

Judge Boasberg, after “acknowledging” or buying into the State Department’s excuses  set a new timetable. The Judge’s new, Hillary-helping schedule, pushes the release of most of the recovered emails past Election Day.  The 1,050 pages of emails will be released in three batches on Oct. 7 and 21 and Nov. 4. After the Election, the State Department will pick up the pace and will process 500 pages a month. According to the Wall Street Journal, it is unclear how much recovered material will be released:

The State Department says it has identified roughly 15,000 email messages to or from Mrs. Clinton that the FBI recovered and turned over to the State Department. Of those 15,000, about 9,400 have been deemed purely personal and will be excluded from release, according to lawyers representing the department. Another 5,600 emails were deemed work-related, but State Department attorneys warned that up to 50% of those are duplicates of emails that Mrs. Clinton already turned over.

Department lawyers said they aren’t sure how many total pages the newly discovered emails comprise but that each email comprised on average about 1.8 pages, they said.

Hillary’s recovered emails are being sought as part of a lawsuit by Judicial Watch. After Judge Boasberg’s order, Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton called the delay corrupt

“This is an absolutely corrupt process the State Department has come up with.”

Fittion is right. the process is corrupt just like the State Department helping Hillary hide her Clinton Foundation pay to play scheme using the same excuse.

Hillary’s recovered emails were discovered as part of the FBI investigation into whether Mrs. Clinton or her aides mishandled classified information while serving in government. The FBI closed that investigation without recommending any charges. But FBI Director James Comey did excoriate Hillary for her “extremely careless” handling of “very sensitive, highly classified information”

In addition, during Comey’s July 7, 2016 testimony before the House oversight committee, Rep. Trey Gowdy was actually able to get Comey to say there were six things Hillary said that were not true.
