Today is Christmas Eve, a time to celebrate Christ’s birth, remember his death, spend time with family and friends, and yes, even make some last minute gift purchases.
But today also marks a different occasion: the Obama administration has officially announced they have begun drafting disarmament letters for Social Security beneficiaries. That is Obama’s Christmas gift to you: a gun ban.
For months, we have been warning about Barack Obama’s Social Security gun ban. With just weeks left in his Presidency, he actually had the gall to finalize his plan.
Starting next week, anyone who receives Social Security and has also assigned a family member or friend as a “representative payee” will automatically be prohibited from owning firearms.
We are talking about hundreds of thousands of people being disarmed if this executive order is kept in place.
It’s not as simple as having Trump repeal this order. It is going to take an act of Congress to get this done.
Plenty of Social Security beneficiaries decide to assign representative or designated payees for perfectly normal reasons.
Some people reach the age when they are no longer comfortable driving and need a family member or friend to deposit their benefits checks or pick up their prescription at the pharmacy. Others simply have a hard time paying bills on time and need a little help sticking to the schedule.
What Barack Obama just did is officially declare that because these people need help managing their finances, they are “mentally defective” with “sub-human intelligence” and can no longer be trusted with firearms.
In the first year, this program plans on disarming between 75,000 and 100,000 beneficiaries. That’s not my estimate, that’s the Social Security Administration’s own quota…
They will start with people who have concealed carry permits, hunting licenses, or have registered their firearms. Many elderly Americans will go to the gun shop to make a purchase and will be denied during the background check process, triggering law enforcement to make a home inspection to look for any other guns.
We are talking about hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Americans being disarmed. All because of Barack Obama…
I always tell the story of Eddie Frank Smith, a 69-year-old wheelchair-bound Vietnam Veteran who heard someone breaking into his Georgia home earlier this summer.
Being disabled and bound to a wheelchair, Smith grabbed his pistol before investigating the sound. The intruder lunged at Smith from the shadows and he was luckily able to get a single shot off.
The home invader fled the house but ultimately died before even reaching the end of the driveway.
Being wheelchair-bound, there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Smith has someone assigned to help him with finances. If that is the case, this Obama executive order will disarm him.
That is not hyperbole. If this executive order is implemented, the next time someone tries to break into Mr. Smith’s home, he will be powerless to defend himself…
This is what is at stake. The NRA just confirmed all of this. No, this is not hyperbole.
Trump can’t undo this. It will take an act of Congress. Luckily, the Social Security Beneficiary Second Amendment Rights Protection Act has already been filed. It would completely undo Barack Obama’s executive order. The good news is that it has more than 150 co-sponsors.
With your help, we will not stop until this legislation is passed. Starting after the Christmas holiday, elderly Americans will begin receiving their notices in the mail.

If you observe the Downes v Bidwell case, it will also talk about there being two different National governments here in America with each government operating within a different jurisdictional plane.

I just filed a complaint in federal district court for civil rights violations against county officers that arrested, imprisoned and prosecuted 3 of us for redressing grievances. The Prosecutor admitted in open court that no one was harmed and no property damaged. So why are they trying to put us in jail for a year? Because they are subverting our rights to their rules and making us political prisoners. My main complaint is the subversion. Imprisoning us (all 3 of us seniors with no criminal history) is an act of war against the people’s constitutional government–treason, a capital offense. We’re going for it
Civil Rights = Benefits/Privileges granted by Civil law, i.e. the state or “United States” and means you are exercising federal rights.

I have proven what I know in courts. I have been able to block cases through an estoppel. I am aware of the tricks used such as the summons process through mail to get us to accept a summons and thus, by that acceptance, it serves as proof of service that a summons was served. I have no duty to accept their summons. If you look at the Constitutions for each several State, it talks about the “Style of Judicial Process shall be”: The State of Texas (for example), but if you look at every court case, it will say “State of Texas” which is not the same entity.
Oh you all think you are so slick to create terms of art that appears the same as the original and then use these words against the people to bind them to your foreign law system.
All the People need to do is look up words in Black’s Law Dictionary and compare them between the 7th or 8th edition to the 4th or earlier editions. You will see that they changed the definitions of many of the terms. They also removed all prior case citations because, when they went to a new system, they had to hide the language by a loss of legal memory to deceive the People. They will not even quote cases prior to A.D. 1936 because they had to establish a new precedent to operate this foreign law system and it does not comport to the old “in common law” decisions.
Nearly every BAR attorney are either deceived or part of this fraud. Do not use these BAR attorneys to protect you because they are licensed in that system, they have a duty to protect that public policy, and by submitting to them, you are giving up your legal rights via power of attorney and have consented to being an “incompetent” and a “ward of a state” and you will be attorned (turned over) for their commercial gain.

If you are claiming to be a U.S. citizen or voting in those elections, you are are participating in that foreign system and have abandoned the constitutional republic.
Everything that is happening is because people, by their own ignorance, are granting their voluntary consent to their contracts without understanding that all these contracts are a complete fraud like those who are in offices right now.
Here is a hint for you all if you so want to know
Go to the Government Printing Office Styles Manual (A.D. 2008) and look up Section 5.23 which is known as “Nationalities” and if you observe that if you are one of the People or a Citizen of Texas, you are known as a “Texan”.
Now go to the revised statutes or code section for each of these “states” and look up election, then look up the qualifications to vote. You will notice that nowhere does it say anything to do with a Texan, or a Wisconsinite, or a Arizonan or any of these other Nationalities has having the right to vote because we cannot vote in those elections. If you observe what it’s saying, it says that you must declare yourself to be a U.S. citizen or a resident (in this state–of affairs).
Nobody in any purported public office is representing me, thus they are not in office for me.
In order for anyone to even exercise a de facto office, there must be de jure representation.
This means that the only powers, or rather duties, that the People gave to Congress is found at Article I, Section 8 of “The Constitution of the United States of America” and this is known as the seventeen limited enumerated powers granted to Congress within the de jure constitutional republican jurisdictional plane. In the 16th & 17th limited enumerated powers, the People also gave Congress another authority to operate plenary (absolute) powers within the District of Columbia and other U.S. territories like dock yards, armories, etc. This form of government is different than the National form for it is a Federal (de facto) form. I also argue that the 14th Amendment has never been ratified in the de jure state of affairs, thus making all purported “U.S. citizens” as a fraudulent citizenship. However, since there is nobody in de jure office, they cannot operate in proper de facto office for the foundation of our nation was as a Constitutional Republic and right now they are operating a foreign system known as a Legislative Democracy where the People were tricked into declaring themselves as “U.S. citizens” and where the Supreme Court has said that the Constitution does not exist and that “U.S. citizens have no say in the management of that government.” Think of it this way too. The several incorporated States (of the American Union) become constitutors with the National, The United States of America. The Supreme Court also said that the District of Columbia and the territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) are not “States” thus the Constitution does not exist there…that is why they have plenary powers.
Now, go look up the Doctrine of Constitutional Avoidance and you shall see that they are operating a different system because they (these purported judges) are observing the conduct of the People in their courts to determine if they can exercise this doctrine in regards to ruling by “silent judicial notice” where they will issue a ruling without telling the people why. If you are one of the people who have attempted to claim that you have “constitutionally-protected rights” and got charged with “contempt of court,” it is because you have abandoned your Constitutional Republic by creating evidence or a single contract or a minimum contact or a substantial nexus between you and that fictional state and once you do so and then go back to claiming you have constitutionally-protected rights, BAM, you are going to find yourselves in jail for 7-14 days with contempt of court. This means that you must know how these systems work and how you are the ones who are giving evidence that you are attached to their system or else, if they forced us against our will to enter into that system, that is known as involuntary servitude (slavery) and you cannot have a valid and enforceable contract when any type of compelled force is used.
This is very serious People and it takes serious People to help fix this mess, but it is up to each man and woman to become educated and stand properly for in a free society, a free people must have the right to contract with whomever they wish or not contract and I have no authority to determine your contracts for you or that is trespassing upon your rights. It is all contract law and trust law here folks.. Understand these systems and understand how contracts work and how to protect yourself, and these black robed thugs will go running away with their tails between their legs.

Actually, you’re wrong a quite a few accounts. Congress is not required to approve any executive order, nor can it overturn an order. The best it can do if it doesn’t like an executive order is to pass a law to cut funding for the order’s implementation. But even then, the president can veto such a defunding law. Also, if an administration doesn’t like an order from a previous president, it can legally reverse it on its own. So actually, Trump CAN overturn it if he chooses to.
