It’s shape seems exotic, at first, but, on closer inspection, the manufacturing process was sloppy, even worse than rebar.
The purpose of the fins becomes obvious, when you realize it is never especially supposed to be aerodynamic.
This is not for precision shooting or for penetrating a hard target, but for Stalinist, Red Heat chickensh- at short range.
It was interesting, to see something new, but this could not have been designed with honorable intentions.
