(PRWEB) October 21, 2012

The 2012 Major League Baseball Postseason has flown by quicker than a four-seam fastball from the hand of a closer in the bottom of the ninth, and the American public is only a few days away from witnessing an annual series that is regarded as the most historic and storied in all of professional sports. TicketProcess is the place to go for baseball fans that want quality World Series tickets for incredibly low prices, and the popular and trusted site recently announced that they have procured a lot of 2012 World Series tickets to each of the monumentally-important games.

The Detroit Tigers have earned the better part of a week's rest leading up to the World Series after they dispatched of a listless New York Yankees team in four games in the ALCS. Tiger ace Justin Verlander has turned in one dominant performance after another, and it can basically be assumed that the Tigers are going to win when he takes the hill. He will definitely be starting Game 1 of the Fall Classic, and will be doing so on over a week's rest, which does not bode well for whichever team is able to come out of the National League.

The St. Louis Cardinals are currently one game away from putting the San Francisco Giants to bed and advancing to face the Tigers in the World Series, but San Francisco had other ideas on a gloomy Friday night, benefiting from a stellar performance from former Cy Young winner Barry Zito and emerging victorious in a must-win Game 5, 5-0. The NLCS will now return to the city by the bay for the final two games. If the Giants are unable to defend their home turf in Game 6, it will be the Cardinals that will face a Detroit squad intent on taking home the trophy.

Regardless of how the NLCS unfolds, the 2012 MLB Postseason has already been a thrilling joyride that didn't last long enough, and whatever team is able to emerge victorious will certainly have earned their merits. The Tigers and Cardinals seem to be the logical choice at this point in time, but baseball fans west of Missouri are slow to count the Giants out.

Much like the teams that have made their way into the most important games of the MLB season, TicketProcess.com has worked hard to establish themselves as a major player in the online ticket marketplace. Pay them a visit using the Android Marketplace or any iPhone to see their selection first hand.
