With an upcoming publication in the Worldwide Leaders in Healthcare, Nannette J. Morgan, RN, BSN, joins the prestigious ranks of the International Nurses Association. She is a Registered Nurse with eighteen years of experience in her field and extensive expertise in special areas of nursing, such as hospice care, telemetry, medical/surgical nursing, palliative care and home health. Nannette is currently serving patients at Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Working as a hospice and home health nurse has allowed her to acquire many skills and experiences in wound care, infection control, intravenous therapy, pain management, medication management and case management.
Nannette studied at Lewis and Clark Community College and received her associate degree in nursing in 1997 and her associate degree in business management in 2008. An advocate of continued education she was awarded her bachelor degree of science in nursing in 2015 at McKendree University. Nanette is an inductee of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing and donates goods and items for the needy in her community. She links her success to her patients, family support, and the love of caring for people. In her spare time, she is passionate about reading, horseback riding, and traveling. Nannette’s research interests include diabetes
and oncology and she remains an active preceptor and mentor in the community as well.
