A look into the Bible shows how outrageous it is that Halloween—a festival of darkness and death—was integrated into the liturgy of a church calling itself “Christian.”

Halloween’s themes of death and darkness are the very antithesis of true, Bible-based Christianity. The spike in violent crimes surrounding this holiday should be a wake-up call to any defending Halloween as “Christian” or claiming that the holiday is harmless fun.
Halloween is a night of pure evil. Innocent children, infants, and animals are being sacrificed all over the world on Halloween eve as part of their satanic ritual. No wonder violent crime is on an increase in the month of October!

It is Halloween so there are people saying it is devil worship. I have a different thought on Halloween.
Tradition says candy was given to the children so they would remember certain days. I think Halloween is a day that may represent an event to be remembered – the resurrection or rapture (date unknown) but the devil has claimed it. Christians need to take it back.

2) I, too, dont understand the logic of Halloween parties done by a Church or even in a Church. They´d better have a happy party in praise of All Saints one day later, during daytime, after Service / Holy Mass. Not just because it is nonsensical for CHRISTIANS to celebrate a holiday for the GHOSTS whom one should rather pity – ghosts are poor homeless souls who have only one wish: to go home to Lord Creator – but also because it is nonsensical for every clear-thinking mind to support this fake festival of Halloween which has been imported from Ireland to USA just to make money, to sell costumes and sweets and – even in Germany – unnecessary “Pumpkin-Chiselling Kits”. 3) From a HINDU view, Halloween could be at least half-way understandable, but Hindus too have no festival for the ghosts. All their colorful festivals are intended to be Worship of their Gods. Why, I think at this point, didnt we import the funny Holi festival from India instead of that weird Halloween from Ireland? Holi is celebrated in praise of the ancient God-King Krsna. It is something like Carnival. People put on white shirts and then throw bright colors, red and blue and yellow and orange, at each other. This festival could give profit to salesmen too, and it would be harmless to our minds.
4) Conclusion, and Advice to Parents: it is OK to buy a pumpkin and chisel it and put a candle into it, but tell your kids that nothing else is needed at Halloween, because it is better to save extra money for CHRISTMAS gifts. Your kids will understand that. And tell them, we got the good old Carnival time for wearing masks and costumes, you can dress as a witch or ghost at Carnival, this is as “cool” as doing this at Halloween.
