Dear CIGAs,
Japan announced negative interest rates Friday which caused a bounce in Europe and then in the U.S.. It is as if “they saved the world”! I have just a couple of comments before digging in to this, first, “why didn’t someone think of this before” and “if it were only this easy!”.
Last summer as negative interest rates began to appear in Europe, especially BETWEEN financial institutions I wrote this http://www.globalresearch.ca/negative-interest-rates-debt-is-better-than-cash-whos-running-the-monetary-asylum-anyway/5444901. Rather than write a complete rehash today on negative rates I encourage you to read a past missive as the mission for today is to look at this from a very broad perspective.
Of course there are all sorts of ramifications with negative interest rates. The most obvious is how it will affect the banking system? Negative rates on deposits will certainly prod some to withdraw actual currency and dig a hole in their backyard. It is said negative interest rates can (will) cause a bank run while others believe a move to digital currency will be used to stem the ability to withdraw from the system. Both of these thoughts are likely.
It must be understood that all monetary policy over the last 100 years has been an effort at “reflation”. All monetary policy has been about “growth”. Before you start screaming at me and calling me naïve, I am not talking about economic growth or “for the good of the people”, I am talking about expanding and assuring the global financial PONZI SCHEME continues! You see, for the first 70 years or so, expanding the amount of debt was easy as assets and unencumbered collateral of all sorts were available to be lent against.
As the fractional reserve/Ponzi scheme matured it hit an inflection point around 1980 as interest rates spiked. Rates have come down ever since as a means to allowing more and more debt to build up. The next inflection point was 2008 when we reached debt saturation levels and interest rates have basically been zeroed out since then. Any nominal interest rate level since that point would have blown up the game. Now, in order to keep the game going, we must have negative rates because there is nowhere else to go.
But what about the Fed raising interest rates last month? We have seen what financial markets think of that decision. Even looking at the Fed’s statement after the last meeting is “telling” as they did not include ANY “risks” in their statement. Before and after the December rate hike, various Fed officials “floated” the possibility of negative interest rates. I believe we will see another round of QE AND negative interest rates hit the U.S. as the current margin call evolves, there is no other option.
Over the weekend, Zerohedge put an article out explaining the situation in China. They are in the exact same boat but they do have room to lower rates A Chinese Banker Explains Why There Is No Way Out. The key passage as expressed by a junior banker at a Chinese commercial bank follows:
“If I don’t issue more loans, then my salary isn’t enough to repay the mortgage, and car loan. It’s not difficult to issue more loans, but let’s say in a year’s time when the loan is due, if the borrower defaults, then I won’t just see a pay cut, I’ll be fired, and still be responsible for loan recovery.”
China has the exact same problem with too much leverage as does the West. No doubt whether immediately or in the near future, China will also be forced to go the devaluation route. This will send 1 billion+ trying to exit yuan ahead of devaluation. But where will they run? Certainly we will see some funds moving into the dollar (and out as official reserves are sold) but China is a culture who understands “money”. Just as they have officially accumulated gold and urged their citizens to accumulate, a big “exit door” will be into gold. I am of the belief that this accumulated gold will be their trump card …used only after the current currency game has no more breath.
Do not be fooled by the jubilation of this past Friday. As I said earlier, “if only it could be this easy”? This goes back to the reality that no central bank or sovereign has EVER printed its way to prosperity. Yes, devaluing does help a nation’s trade in relative terms to their partners but what we have today is the entire system shrinking together. Will a larger slice of a smaller pie “be enough”? Global trade, GDP and consumption are all shrinking at a time debt levels have never been higher. This is akin to going on a buying spree all done on debt and then getting the bad news you are getting a pay cut!
As for Japan going “negative”, their action is simply part of the “race to the bottom”. We have said all along we live in a world where central banks are in a “race to the bottom” with their currencies, Japan is only the latest illustration. The world is already well into a collective margin call, the day is coming where investors will SELL into the “good news” of further rate cuts and negative rates. Once this action begins it will say loud and clear “CENTRAL BANKS HAVE LOST CONTROL”! Don’t get me wrong, this has already happened as they have no policy options left other than negative interest rates. However, the key will be when market participants head for the exits and use whatever PPT/negative rate “bids” as their exit door.
To finish, negative interest rates are not even “real”. A real and functioning system cannot exist with negative rates. The same thing is true for backwardation in precious metals. In a real system with a rule of law they theoretically cannot exist, in a correctly functioning system, backwardation certainly cannot exist. Negative interest rates are a sign of outright panic by TPTB, the reaction on Friday will not last long once this understanding sinks in. The coming global financial crash will be greater than anything ever before seen in history. The time for REAL INSURANCE has never before been this great!

The Christian Salvation Deception – We Must Be Baptized With The Holy Spirit And Endure Until The End To Be Saved
The Christian Salvation deception, is a destructive and deadly doctrine preached to and believed by the majority within the religion of Christianity. Not only is Salvation impossible to obtain before Christ returns with our Salvation, it is also impossible to be saved without the Baptism of the Holy Spirit.
This is the reason Jesus will say to many upon his Glorious return, “depart from Me you workers of iniquity, I never knew you”. Indeed, the Christian Salvation deception is deadly, and many will be damned as a result of not truly living in Christ (Jer 17:13; Psalm 101:4; Mathew 7:15-23).
We are the temple of God, but the Spirit of God will not dwell in a temple that is unfit for his presence (1 Cor 6:19; 1 Cor 3:16; 2 Cor 6:16). If we are of the world and think we can have both idolatry and holiness we only fool ourselves. This world has nothing to offer a true Spirit filled follower of Christ. The lusts of the flesh, pride of life and pursuits of wealth, power and fame is idolatry.

Without the Holy Spirit it is impossible to know God personally and intimately, and the understanding of His Word will be unfruitful. We absolutely need the Spirit of Truth, so as to avoid deceptive messages, such as the Christian Salvation deception doctrine. One of the purposes of this lie, is to keep people from ever receiving the power to endure and overcome the world through Christ. This also allows the false teachers, to retain their position and power. Only the Spirit filled followers of Christ see through these charlatans, and their cheap theatrics.
What a crime and unnecessary tragedy this is, to miss out on the promise that seals us unto Salvation, that is destined to be revealed at Christ’s second coming (2 Cor 1:22). The Holy Spirit Seals us unto the day of Redemption; our Redemption and Salvation are one in the same. When we see the events of the Great Tribulation come to pass Christ said we are to look up, for our Redemption draws near (Luke 21:28).
Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
Christianity, through her many false teachers and deceptive doctrines, including the Christian Salvation deception, has become just another religion to most of its followers.
The gift of becoming Born Again, is the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, and it does not automatically occur when you claim to accept Christ. Those who are misled and deceived into thinking that they already are Saved, and Born Again, will not experience the Joy and Peace of the true fellowship with Jesus Christ, that only comes through the Baptism of the Holy Spirit .
Walking with him through the spirit and taking up your cross, involves more than simply a knowledge of Him. Jesus requires a personal relationship with His children, and this is only accomplished when His Spirit resides within us.
Actions speak louder than words, and so many that claim to know Jesus, deny him by their self centered and materialistic lives. So many are blinded by the lusts of the flesh, and fail to see the illusions all around them. To love this present evil world is sinful and sad.
1 John 2:15-16 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
So tragic are the distortions of the Gospel truths of the word of God. And incredibly grievous are the offences towards the Holy Spirit, through the utter lies (such as the Christian Salvation deception doctrine) that are accepted as Christ’s new covenant today. The wicked deceptions that the masses cling to towards the end of this age, establish clearly the lateness of the hour, like a blanket of darkness that has almost completely smothered out the light, of the true Word of the Gospel of Christ.
Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized ( with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
We must not allow false doctrines such as the Christian Salvation deception fable to take away our hope. Our hope of Salvation allows us to endure all things for Christ’s sake.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
The above two verses are but a few that are taken out of context, without understanding their true meanings. The words, shall be saved, and unto salvation, both are clearly future tense. The danger of this Christian Salvation deception teaching, is deadly to say the least. You are saved when you are saved. As the word clearly tells us, he who endures until the end will be saved (Math 24:13).
Israel, and the house of Judah after the flesh were put away by The Lord, for following after the traditions of men, and lusting after the things of this world. Likewise all who claim the name of Christ but fail to worship him in spirit and in truth, will not inherit the Kingdom to come. Those who believe through the false teachings of men, that they are justified through their works, will perish without the truth.
Deut 11:13 And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
If we truly Love Christ we will keep His commandments, and then He will abide in us. Loving Him with all of our Heart, Soul, Mind and strength, is to Love Him completely. It is not possible to Love Christ fully, while loving the world and the pleasures thereof (John 14:15-21).
Mark 12:30-31 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
The truths contained in the Word of God are spiritually discerned. They are revealed to the Faithful follower by the Holy Spirit, enabling us to hear, understand and obey the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ (Heb 5:9; 2 Thes 1:5-8). The Christian Salvation deception theory is only believed upon by those without the Holy Spirit.
1 Cor 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
When the Spirit of Truth, which proceeds from Jesus Christ, dwells in us, we can then begin to understand the Gospel message, and the peace of God which passes all understanding.
Eph 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise
A Christian believer walking in the truth will not be misled by ridiculous notions like the Christian Salvation deception. As a result of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the Elect are kept by the power of Christ through an enduring faith. Through the Spirit we can have a full assurance of the Hope of our Salvation in Jesus.
Eph 1:14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Jesus Christ is our Redeemer, our Hope and our Life. When His Spirit dwells in us, we are also in Him, and the promise of Salvation and eternal life is established and certain (John 15:1-15; 1 John 4:6-13).
The true believers and followers of Jesus Christ are given the Holy Spirit as a down payment of a future inheritance. Our redemption is when Jesus Christ will transform our mortal and corruptible bodies into immortal and incorruptible ones. This will complete the salvation process!
Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized (with the Holy Spirit) shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
The Christian Salvation deception program, teaches that the Baptism spoken here is that of water. Water Baptism is a outward sign of a desire for an inward change of heart. To suggest that Salvation occurs, as a result of works that we do for ourselves is ludicrous. The Baptism of the Holy Spirit through Christ, is unto our Salvation through Him.
Romans 8:8-9 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is none of Christ.
Without the indwelling of the Holy Spirit it impossible to know the word, become the Israel of God, have true faith, or ever obtain salvation.
1 Peter 1:8-9 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
The end of our Faith is when we receive our Salvation which is in Christ. We shall be hated by all men who reject Jesus, however all that endure until the end shall be saved (Mathew 10:22).
Luke 21:27-28 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
How do those that buy into the Christian Salvation deception explain this verse? Salvation is when we receive our redemption or deliverance from the sinful flesh.
The Christian Salvation Deception Summary
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers tell us that Salvation is an automatic occurrence when one accepts Christ.
The Word of God teaches us that he who endures until the end will be saved.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers tell us that we are born again when we accept Christ into our lives.
The Word of God teaches us that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is when we are Born Again. Most people within the Christian church have never experienced being filled with the Spirit of Christ, and as a result do not truly know Him personally. They only know of Him.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers tell us that they are God’s representatives on earth. Those without the Spirit of discernment follow these deceptive false teachers.
The Word of God teaches us that the Holy Spirit teaches us all truths. If those that claim to be born again, truly were, the vast majority of churches would be vacant.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers proclaim that there will be a pre-tribulation rapture, and the church will not go through this great time of trouble.
The Word of God teaches us that all of God’s children must go through tribulation.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers proclaim that we are still under the old law given unto Moses.
The Word of God teaches us that the old law is of no effect to those who are in a new covenant relationship with Christ Jesus, and sealed with His Spirit of truth.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers tell us that the establishment of the nation of Israel in 1948, is the second gathering the Lord spoke of.
The Word of God teaches us that all who are truly in Christ are the Israel of God, and that the second gathering of His people, represents the redeemed in Christ.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers and their followers love this present evil world, and store up treasures that are earthly.
The Word of God teaches us that anyone that loves this world does not have the love of God.
The Christian Salvation Deception teachers will cause the great falling away.

So basically you’ve written two articles about the non existent. There is no such thing as “financial Insurance’, when you have no control over it’s value, and no “Assurance of Salvation” in a faith based religion. It’s a faith, not fact.
Try being honest for a change, people might think you are worth trusting when you’re honest. When you are so obviously being dishonest, you don’t stand a single chance.
