No Jury Informed of their RIGHTS in Hammond (Arson Case)
The Jury was never informed of their RIGHTS under Jury Nullification when making their decision in charging the Hammonds as FEDERAL TERRORISTS through ARSON.
The Jury was never informed that they had the RIGHT to acquit due to how the law was beng used in an egregious manner! Everyone knew that they were NOT TERRORISTS, but the jurors were instructed to bind their findings under the LAW that declared them as such! They were never informed that if they felt the LAW in itself was being used inproperly or was infact seen as an illegal law that they could acquit on that alone!
This should have been an easy mistrial, however the attorney that was supposedly working for the hammonnds was either court appointed, which again is an outright CONFLICT OF INTEREST, else if not just plain ineptness which can easily be readjudicated due to them being resentenced again for the supposed same crime!
