The corruption and resultant coverup, ever constant, regarding the revelations Carol Woods has and still is detailing is truly staggering, with anybody in government who has been contacted refusing to do anything about any of it, from the P.M. down to Chief Constables, and so-called “eminent” QC’s who are household names turn their backs too, of course, along with the media’ Why? Because the thing is so big – and shocking – could be one explanation.

For her whistleblowing Carol is stalked daily where she lives by a team which has in it numerous locals to where she is residing – neighbours and others – all connected to this small, quiet, out of the way Northern English town where the police, council and everyone else – even high street banks and R Mail – are so heavily involved and are calling the shots, while officials in government repeatedly ignore everything told to them.

Carol has been locked away illegally in closed hospital mental units at least 5 times, to shut her up, but has always been released weeks later because the charges against her were lacking creditibilty, and she has also been falsely arrested numerous times since resigning her employment with the government in this very same county as a top Level 3 Social Worker and Child Protection officer, which included training other social workers as part of her role.

More than one highly questionable death has occurred along the way to it all, connected to what she has revealed. Add to that a dubious would-be land sale involving an ex-Prime Minister’s wife and there we have a perfect recipe for an ultimate in coverups as dark and sinful as it can get…

Please see below, under the video etc. links, the latest update from whistleblower and ex-UK Government Social Worker Level 3 and Child Protection Officer Ms. Carol Woods, received 19 December 2016, [and before]. A lot of the posts shown throughout, beginning in the archive from Febuary 2016 – when Carol was being forcibly and illegally detained in a Lancs. “mental facility” – are emails sent by Carol to very top level UK Government figures, including police, some posts with addresses removed to comply with current laws. Everything sent is ignored wholesale by these government figures and departments. Please believe me – many have tried!

While the more recent updates from Ms. Woods may concentrate on the more current ID frauds and similar relating to her at her present abode, it must be fully understood that the longstanding chronic stalking and serious I.D. frauds by locals and by parties known and unknown [most definitely connected to certain UK Government agencies, eg the police, Social Services etc.] are seemingly being enacted as a direct result of Ms. Woods reporting, or attempting to report certain findings [serious crimes] whilst employed by a UK town council as a senior Level 3 Social Worker and Child Protection Officer, as described within the videos and radio broadcasts that follow these paragraphs entitled “IMPORTANT VIDEOS”. The massive corruption that is described has so far gone unchecked and is ignored wholesale by whichever UK government agency it is reported to, which is clearly described within the videos – an absolute and utter public scandal!

More serious crimes and misdemenours committed against Ms. Woods, all completely ignored by whichever UK government agency one tries to take anything to, include:

the theft of her home [as happened also to Patrick Cullinane R.I.P., Len Lawrence, Joseph Henry [multiple houses stolen], Tom Crawford, Barbara Hofschroer, and so many more],

at least 5 separate enforced incarcerations in mental hospital units for no earthly good reason – one excuse used for such incarcerations being that Ms. Woods was mentally “deluded” in her findings of utter corruption within a Lancs. council – her latest incarceration being between November 2015 and Febuary 2016. Carol was also forced to take psychotropic drugs against her will during these hospital stays, and was threatened with re-arrest before her leaving the “Cygnet” unit, Lancs. in Febuary 2016.

fake IDs used [for example: for expensive commercial criminal frauds],

chronic gangstalking and/or harrassment by government connected sources,

home burglaries,

the inflicting of tracking devices upon her motor vehicle, and also numerous attempted thefts of that vehicle, and the attempted destruction of her motor vehicle,

enforced “bankruptcy” with no evidence whatsoever.

Many more seriously criminal activities exist, committed against this lone female, which have been reported accordingly to no avail, along with her discoveries as a Level 3 Social Worker and Child Protection Officer. All of what is described, especially within the videos and related data below is a public scandal, and equally as disgusting is that nothing is being done about any of it by any UK government department contacted, from the Prime Minister down, let alone the heads of police forces and MPs!

Dear Sirs This from Lancaster University where I find SOMEONE LOGGED ON IN MY NAME 1 hour ago. I open these emails and find someone else is using it. The one I guess and I am not usually wrong is the type used often, NOT a student, local lowlife using his own laptop and phone because he not a student can’t use the Uni systems, bearded, ginger, rough and with a RED jacket. I attach photos showing this is done in SERIOUS E-CRIME and proven yet not one whisper from anyone at all. I have taken photos of my screen again; what else can I do? It is taking me a great deal of time as my screen keeps “disappearing”. This is the yob I have just been to see what he’s up to. MY email is behaving exactly like the yobs found out in local library. Dear Sirs, At 8 minutes to 3pm today I in Lancaster library using this email address found that at least 1 was accessing what I typed which ALWAYS shows on my screen. I have taken photos of the terminals in use, mine, the yob in his RED JACKET and auburn hair to be the thief and fraudster’s “son” she AGNES JACKSON of 26 Fell View LA2 9RP who is currently “away” as me Ms Carol Woods – again. He left after logging off seeing me log off, BUT I also caught red handed one thug YOU use often. This is the younger son GLEN of thief and dullard I only know as “ELAINE” who YOU have had dress in RED and dye her thin grey hair RED to be me with her dollops of sons to be mine as if I was Agnes Jackson with her 2 sons, both in their 50′s and both thugs. The sons of “Elaine” or a name like that, have never worked, never will do yet are able to commit serious E-CRIME. One has learning difficulties, the older one JARROD, Glen never had any such difficulties. I think they live in the ULSTER RD area of Lancaster. Please see this from Ms Carol Woods harassment and worse continues. This data will be sent out after an email I typed but could not send out via my emails from Lancaster University on 12/12/16. The email recorded what the lout was using his phone and lap top for when he was not a student, but ANOTHER lowlife MR CAROL WOODS. The email sent speaks for itself. With the data I attached some found out FRAUD, E-CRIME, COMPUTER MISUSE filmed with photos developed then scanned but the ones of 12th are not developed. They show even more. THE OVERALL MOTIVE IS TO INVENT A MR CAROL WOODS AND MAKE ME SOMEONE ELSE. THE FILMED COMET FRAUD OF 26 and 27 Oct 2014 IS LINKED. The Gestapo have not seen all my photos of all those events. McTear and Rogers also had other names in DWP FRAUDS. Neither lout on 13/12/16 looked like either of those 2. Somehow I was to see and hear those 2 ruffians on 13/12/16 and forget MD02 HGO thug with 26 Fell View and also the events from 2012 into 2013 at 298 Oxcliffe Rd. which included many more events than just the ones recorded here.

Among all that I will add that the sleazy among the library staff was sent to bang and crash metal drawers doing nothing but to crash and bang them which was what the seedy old troll had done 11 Nov 2016 when a pair of old doxies with their bleached hair from Lancaster City Council PRETENDED to find me “living in the library”. That is all to cause distraction and hope it upsets me. The Gestapo and their dullards with Williams, Dalton, Jackson prime examples of screeching to harass, banging on bins, kicking about plant pots which was done by lowlife in flats at Penhale Gardens and is part of anywhere I stay. There are persons to inform of that from sleazy Uni staff which I fully intend to do with my photos.

I left the Uni library, had to stop for petrol and the Gestapo sent to “confirm” whatever they, as professional liars wished to “confirm”, was all out of kilter. I went to Sainsbury’s and found out something else. This has happened a few times and did not make sense; now it does. Aside from the usual gormless old doxies pretending to drive me about, the seedy males in the store trying to shop as if “with me”, I had noticed AGAIN that a white car hid in the exit from the store car park and was to set off behind me. He went to the University, as did the taxi I recorded as PRETENDING after my journey from Preston I saw going back that way. I realised that was what the oddity in those actions had always been: those louts PRETEND they have been shopping as me and then they go to the Uni and use MY registration to PRETEND they are me as MR CAROL WOODS. He was nothing like the lowlife already pretending that earlier. The taxi would claim to drive me if anyone asked.

It can also be recorded that the dullard sent to park with me (not get a ticket in the pay and display) in Preston would have been told to get one after I made it known I had her car details on a photo and she obviously sleazy employee LCC. Her ticket was not even within a few minutes of mine and the ticket wardens were about in force. The lout and MY screen showing I had been registered an hour earlier than I had was to suggest I was not me using my laptop in the Wifi café along the main A6 from Preston to Lancaster. Add to that the taxi thug and we have serious organised E-CRIME and ID THEFT.

As I realised what the thugs do when hiding at the exit to the store car park, I drove through Caton and went to the next village which has a shop open to quite late. I made a small purchase for which I asked for a receipt. Parking up at 28 Fell View a local roughneck raced round screeched in the U turn they love so much and raced off, apparently she had just dropped me off presumably by throwing me out of a moving car. BUT the weirdo Mr JARVIS was also sneaking about in the dark; he was the one to wear a fur hat with ear flaps in the heat of summer 2015 pretending he had hair and thus was my ex- husband with his good head of hair from the 1970’s on photos looted from MY house. Mrs Jarvis, completely deranged pretended to be me with a borrowed troll to be her 4th child as I have 4 and they do not have, the borrowed half-wit being almost as old as Jarvis seemed an unlikely daughter but then Jackson had an old troll sent to pretend to be her daughter as had Williams in 30 Fell View; my daughters are REAL daughters and are not as old as I am. Jarvis went to the empty 33 to PRETEND he dealt with the invisible person there; Jarvis are more to miss their FREE MONEY which they collected from March 2014 pretending to be carers and drives of someone “ill, and invisible but who was yet another Ms Carol Woods. Jarvis as others all decided to be ‘me’ when found out pretending to “care for and drive me about”. I let them do what they wanted then drove all the way round again which spoiled their game; I had then to wait and see who else would be contacted to act like a lunatic. Y191 SLF “Mr Carol Woods” from 31 Fell View was to race to the shop and be “me” there. But there was a queue behind me, his receipt, if he got one, is not timed at my time thus a jury will find that he is not me. Nor was he in the RED Y191, the one in the WHITE car from Sainsbury’s, nor is Y191 SLF mine at X165 YUB. My receipts then: I have not scanned them as that drives the Gestapo into a frenzy not being able to have someone else claim to be me. I bought some items from the flea market, obviously AFTER my car park ticket. I bought a CD from HMV which was my real reason for going; one to replace one looted from my house which I have been unable to get anywhere locally.

I bought some items from the garden centre with the WiFi café so have that receipt, my café receipt then I made some more small purchases and have that receipt as well. After the Uni I have my petrol receipt and then my store receipt as well as the ticket timed for free parking on the store car park. The last receipt is from the next village’s shop. They will be kept safe as all my receipts of YEARS are. By chance, one of my daughters always saved all her receipts so when we were in Lancaster shopping on 23 Oct 2008 and officer Tracey Kennedy was posing as me in Liverpool Magistrates Court, we can show we were in Lancaster. The Gestapo sometimes have recruits to drop a till receipt where they think I will see and pick it up. Why would I want someone else’s? That would serve no purpose at all.

Finally entering 28 after walking round to see which “new” vehicles were parked; Williams had not heard me, their TV the one registered to ME as SKY TV in their sitting room, party wall to my sitting room was very loud. When they realised I was indoors, I did not see them rush to switch it off as they had done on 11th but in the rush they knocked something over. This is usual; they then leave it off and PRETEND to be me as I have no radio, no sound at all: I have not had a TV for years and have never had SKY. They then rapidly get withdrawal symptoms so she puts on the TV again very low and hopes I won’t hear. Part 2 follows.

Part 2 Gross breaches RIPA, FRAUD harass W’blower 15 Dec. 2016

Photos with this: The recent lunacy and my observation that BLUE cars seemed to be much in use with 10 in one week with drivers all seeming to stalk me. I was right: the blue VW of the first set of photos TF07 LRW was another to park and hide (as well as TONY FOX HOUSING MANAGER parking outside me in 28 and PRETENDING just like the seedy troll did last Thursday then seen she was found out, she went to 24 and PRETENDED at that empty house which is a very old fraud. In 2010 I was sure roughnecks were stalking me but they always dropped off at a house near to where I stayed then. I took note and found the house was empty; they had been following me to PRETEND they accompanied me as if I would want such lowlife to be anywhere near me. They were COUNCIL roughnecks, YOU paid for that stalking and harassment. TF07 was sleazy NHS who didn’t even work for NHS then; she just pretended to and is replaced by the dullard who they keep sending to be a “friend” with her varied tales of how she came to be in the same boat as I am (!) when she is an employee who would tell everyone else BEHIND MY BACK that she was “helping me”. It has all been done before. The blue car reignites an earlier FRAUD.

Cherry Tree Close, a reason why Flat 3 Penhale Gardens was wanted for me. I was to see this every time I went out from the flat and “forget” MY house CHERRY TREES not Cherry Tree. They had their usual type of grey haired old dullard and started to try and give her MY experiences at MY house (they did not steal, wreck and loot her house) but she was much like the type the Gestapo “prefer” grey haired, dreary, nothing else to do but jump through their hoops and PRETEND. There was much else but this is to show the harassment. The plumber was sent to stand about and talk, he was to be the plumber I was forced to pay for when thugs raiding MY house on 5/9/08 wrecked all my utilities because they did not find the files they wanted; the Fire Service had refused to call as they are all masons and have to do as they are told. RYCROFT murdering lowlife from flat 4 looter of the dead and more would go to walk up and down by the Cherry Tree Close sign as that was PROOF she was me apparently. Rycroft is a type like this old woman but Rycroft has been a parasite all her life and never owner her own rabbit hutch let alone a house. The lunacy in having this old woman pretend to move when I was to be moving from flat 3 to Caton shows her taking bits from her garage and loading up her car as PROOF. MY garage at MY house was looted by council thugs who hid all the expensive gardening equipment in a council lock up and then had to move it again when they were tipped off they had been seen. The old doxy R HARLAND in HOUSING says all this I refer to about the council thugs, thieves, looters and such as FOX aiding and abetting a sleazy FORMER NHS old troll to PRETEND they were with me, has been ‘dealt with’. What a liar she is. We can see what standards the council employees rise to from my photos.
The old troll from Cherry Tree Close (she would stand about and leap into action when she saw my car, I had to see what she was doing, there was no purpose served if I did not see) a Peugeot Pj12 UWX rewritten after I scanned this page a few weeks ago which gave the Gestapo their BLUE CAR idea to rewrite events from 2013 and miles away. RX61 DPW a blue Hyundai was sent after I referred to 10 blue cars all seemingly involved over a few days; 3 old trouts were in the garage PRETENDING to put items from the garage into the car. This car must have taken some time to find, it had to be blue, it should be Hyundai (to be earlier blue cars and a Hyundai especially YD54 VYR) and there had to be 3 old trouts “available” with at least one in RED; they all had to have grey hair.
The licence plate was to be also RX52 RYK a yellow Mini used to be an ambulance in May 2014 when CURWEN from 24 Fell View pretended to be after an RTA. (Then they decided, because of the non-existent RTA that they were “too disabled” to live in 24 which is why it has been empty since and why YOU the tax-payer has funded them in a council flat to aid and abet the lunacy of an “RTA”.) The blue Mini is at 14 Fell View McGuire, another total stranger who was then drawn in to pretend she drove me about as well; I also was living in her house being cared for by her a total stranger as well as in all the rest. Here she has stalked me from Caton to Lancaster, she slows down as I park and then she drives the back roads back to Caton and PRETENDS she has dropped me off. The Gestapo are often right on the spot to confirm they see me walking into Lancaster which is apparently proof someone had dropped me off. I have many photos of them. YOU paid for all that. This day as usual, McGuire was only 1 of 4 FOUR cars in a cavalcade, they all drove ME apparently Y211 AAO, DK51 HVL.
On 13/12/16 amid the rest of the “plans” in FRAUD and worse with June Williams sneaking off to be me somewhere, the photo of the plumber with the blue car, grey haired old troll at Cherry Tree Close was rewritten AGAIN using another plumber and another blue car parked up at the entry to Fell View, just where I’d be forced to see it when I went out. The INTENTION failed as I knew a fraud was underway and went out myself much earlier than usual. The farce was to be me moving to Fell View AGAIN after a false claim made by Williams posing as me, “ill”. I have apparently moved EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS LAST FORTNIGHT. Prior to that I only moved every 2 or 3 days. By 10 45pm the one hiding behind 31 Fell View set off; a new “idea” they did not drive towards my bungalow to then drive away as many have done over 2 years pretending that I, having retired for the night, am really going elsewhere to a 2nd address being driven which was then swapped about more recently to drive TO 31 Fell View to pretend I spent the day at a 2nd address and returned to Fell View at night. What the deranged are pretending now is anybody’s guess. YOU pay for all their antics. I switch my lamp and radio back on; whatever they are pretending seems not to be convincing. The loft noises started at 11 20 and went on for over an hour. By then only the lowlife in 43 and 45 MAIN OFFENDERS FOR ECRIME IN INTERNET USE, still had on their lights. Some of the noises I heard from 26.
The loft noise was heard at 8 30am on 14/12/16; at least 2 delivery vans raced round. I had been up from very early after spending much of the night listening to whoever hides in 26 Fell View. This is typical Masonic inversion lunacy: 33 they have loaded up with lights and timers to PRETEND an empty house is not empty yet with 26 it is to be left in darkness and hope I don’t think anyone “hides”. As I was up and obviously about early, after the delivery vans drove round and away, the lunatics from 31, at least 3 vehicles, all raced off with Y191 SLF at the rear as they were contacted and were to be “out” as was I thus driving “me” about and being “me” Except I wasn’t going out. Days earlier I had received a letter from EMCOR the gas service firm; it was the annual inspection; I waited in for him. I have not had ONE without serious harassment and lunatic acts. On 14/12/16 EMCOR arrived, not in one their vans which are used OFTEN to harass when they have no business at all, it was a hire van with the PRETENCE I was just moving in and it was really 24/3/14 when I did move in and he was the plumber then who connected my cooker. Obviously that plumber was paid; I do not pay council service man of EMCOR. A white car and usual sleazy parked at 26 and PRETENDED they were assisting him/me move in! I took a photo of the 2 vehicles at 26 where he did not call. As if PH hasn’t enough to contend with; what was that about charging him rent? Is he to make another appearance in UK court? If so, I have an idea, I suggest you were right about the council; your card is marked, that is a certainty. Things bad where I am s the old thief and worse AGnes Jackson is “away as me” (Williams in 30 went away as me Xmas 2014 using BANK CARDS to pay for that in a car registered to me) the INTENTION was to “see me off” so that old thief could return to Fell View and pretend MY car was hers and she was “too ill” now to drive it. In that, as the Gestapo have pretended the scum caught red handed using MY emails actually shared MY email addresses so there was no E-CRIME they now want to say that Jackson had use of my car! That is to account for the THEFT of all my DVLA docs of tax due every March. My car docs went to my sister’s for safety, she sent them on to me when she thought it safe to do so, they never arrived. JACKSON in 26 had been delivered of them. In Sept on 24th to be exact after days of the postman delivering MY Car docs (after my personal visit to Swansea about the INTENDED theft of my car and ID theft where I then met you in London) to Jackson Ms Carol Woods 28 Fell View, the Gestapo had not “seen me off”. Remember the attempts to run me over in the early hours when I went to my car after paying for my petrol? The Gestapo knew where I had been and why. Thus by 24/9/16 Jackson had to give me MY DVLA mail. She had dressed in red which is her delusion about being in MY car (I told you, I couldn’t make this up) and went to 30 at the rear sneaking through my garden: I sometimes catch them by chance, sometimes I don’t catch them at all given it is at the rear and out of sight, she was worried about how to get the mail to me, WILLIAMS told her to sneak round to the front and push it through my letter box, as it was early, they assumed I would not notice or hear. It was early, but I am not deaf. The postman did his rounds over 3 hours later. That is what the Gestapo want NOW to claim, that Jackson away as me me is me, and TWICE in 2 days they had idiots try to run out in front of my car in the pitch dark to hope I hit them so the Gestapo could claim I was unfit to drive. I will cc you into what I am sending out, MY car has always been a problem for “them”.

2015 I was deluded in saying I had had the jobs I said I had thus was mentally ill and needing locking up. All my jobs have been “essential car user”. that was why they locked me up in another name – again. If I am not me, I have not had my jobs, I do not drive if I am someone else. My car identifies me: it also identifies Jackson who now they want to say was me from 2015. The INTENT is to try somehow to get my car off me. In 2015 the resident lunatic of LCC recorded that the Gestapo were concerned about my driving because of my delusions. They really thought if they doped me enough, I’d be unable to drive again. Harrasment with Intent 17 Dec. 2016

This records harassment and INTENT with Lancs Gestapo within that intending to “cover for” a seedy, deluded, deranged old thief and fraudster (and much worse) AGNES JACKSON of 26 Fell View they have “sent away” to be me and try to give that old fraudster MY experiences of the wrongful arrest and false imprisonment of ME Nov 2015 into Feb 2016 where they now want the illegal detention of ME which formed part of the PERJURY and worse in the wrongful arrest to be that of a seedy old parasite who thinks she could be mistaken for me.
A delivery was made by Parcel Force to 20/22 Fell view both houses used by those in the organised crime I have uncovered round Fell View LA2 9RP where I, Ms Carol Woods rent 28 Fell View under duress. The deliveries are ALWAYS the result of phone calls with orders placed as if I make the call. The delivery was at 9 47am today 17 12 16 for the record; nothing to do with me. Please feel free to quote me.

I went out much earlier than usual and found a yob trying to be near me in 28 he in his green hoodie and with a dog, BUT without my seeing as that was apparently PROOF a hooded yob with a dog is MR CAROL WOODS given I am apparently “away” as a grey haired, dumpy old fraudster AGNES JACKSON. I did see; he rushed away, found out. (The green jacket highly significant but out of scope of this, as is the dog.) I had noticed that groups of males, with groups of 4, ALL “coincidentally” groups of 4, had one among them with ginger/auburn hair. The idiots were to stalk me and that was PROOF apparently that my 4 children are sons and one has ginger/auburn hair. Out of scope of this but record the 4 are to be thugs the Gestapo recruited to send to 26 Fell view and PRETEND they were her sons with ALL of them claiming to be Mr Carol Woods, MY sons as if that old crone in 26 was me. I do not have 4 sons: neither does she.
I went to Lancaster University to scan YEARS of petrol receipts and car park tickets; I have some going back to 2005. The INTENTION is to make Jackson me and then claim I am not me so do not drive. Jackson has never driven; how then is she me as a driver of YEARS? She isn’t. Leaving out much harassment: I add that I spent almost 2 hours scanning to save to send out all my car related receipts: if Jackson or any other is me, they of course will have those.
I found the usual gormless lowlife sent to sit and PRETEND to “study” while using her phone in fraud. (Term ended yesterday.)

Among this, the Gestapo as usual are sending dreary old males as if I would want anything to do with them yet they PRETEND to be “with me” such as the repulsive old thief and worse Mr K WILLIAMS in 30 Fell View who thinks he could claim to be married to me!! But if I am Jackson “away posing as me” then how could I be at the university? As usual the Gestapo had their arrangement for when I left with the lowlife sending her texts to alert them that I was leaving. But, I did not leave then, I was in no rush. Outside I found a small red car scruffy, V276 GRN with a seedy, dreary old crone waiting; she was to set off as I went to my car; that seedy old crone had apparently been me scanning my car related items. In the rear of the car, I saw she had borrowed a small child which is CHILD ABUSE; that child I suggest was nothing to do with her and had to be used to pretend she was me with a grandchild. I have 5, 4 have been through university and one is an A level student. (I will add that another of their sleazy I saw using her phone as she drove along where I was alerting someone to my exact location. I could not get her number as cars were bumper to bumper. The Gestapo guessed I’d head for the library to send this in the town centre and did. The usual type of old dullard male waited, he had to rush in and log on to match my entering and logging on. Believe me, he’s not anyone I would even wish to know. They sent him to be a type of the repulsive old lecher K WILLIAMS in 30 Fell View “seen near me” as proof of whatever lunacy is dreamed up.)

In 2008 outside MY house the Gestapo would send their gormless common purpose sleazy to sit in their cars outside MY house and just sit. In that they thought nothing of having small children strapped for HOURS even in hot sunshine. (Notice they are still doing the same after all these years.) I wonder how the Gestapo have all the contact details for these seedy old trolls, contact them and get them to drive all the way to the UNI to sit and wait and drive off when they see me. Thus the Gestapo have all their seedy old crones, their contact details, the old crones jump through hoops when told to so, what is in it for them? Did that one in V276 GRN pay for her own petrol? The child abuse is seen; did that small child ask to sit, stuck in the freezing cold for an indefinite time? And most likely with a seedy old crone – a total stranger.

After getting some petrol, (she was not present which was odd if she was me) I saw GAZ 4579 waiting parked up but obviously ready to pull out on as I approached the edge of Lancaster town. Why did he wait? I had a clear view of the road, almost quarter of a mile and he had all the time to pull out but didn’t. He was to pull out as I passed, because he was yet another to pretend he met with me, the usual in the usual 2 seater silver/grey on photos now for posterity. GAZ 4579 was to be MAZ 7675 the dark grey MAZDA used at 30 Fell View on 20/4/14 with the bleached haired old doxy driver pretending by using that lowlife WILLIAMS that she met me about SELLING MY HOUSE. In that, Williams were to shout about “daughter” etc to make me think no fraud was in progress; they are deluded; they think they’re clever. The “daughter” was almost as old as they are. Thus the use of GAZ to be MAZ and INTENT to suggest I was not in 28 Fell View to film the MAZ 7675 use in fraud.

The only other detail I have time to record here as the library closes shortly given it is Saturday and they close at 4pm: near the house of one of my daughters, the usual thugs, half-wits and so forth were arranged to act out the lunacy IF I WENT WITH XMAS GIFTS on Thursday: 15 Dec 2016 which I did. The stalking and ILLEGAL GPS on my car allows for that.
Among them I had the usual parked illegally to set off when he saw me drive away and he was to be a “witness” but to what? They had another lout hiding behind cars on a bend, a darker stretch of the road; he was to wait for my car expected after the thug texted to say I had pulled out to drive that road, the lout was to leap out in front of MY car and hope I hit him. The “witness” was to confirm he saw me driving too fast. I did not hit that lout: it was so obvious that the half-wits had another “something planned” I can watch for all eventualities.
They have done that at least 40 times now over a year or longer: for the Gestapo they think they can still flog such a lunatic action to death and thus continue in “same old same old”. I will print this off and keep it with me: PLANNED, INTENT, PREMEDITATED, HARASSMENT, STALKING, AID AND ABET ORGANISED CRIME and more.

Hi again, I am in a WiFi café at the theatre for as long as my battery lasts which won’t be long. I sent earlier from the library but after the antics delaying me getting there I had little time before they switched off the computers. Is the LEE you mention Lee Cant?

The Post Office: you’d be amazed at what they got up to at MY house but without detailing all that (ALL kept safe) RICHARD BROWN then of POSTWATCH which is now defunct as “toothless” : Oddly I was to deal with Northern Ireland dept when it should have been north west England, all was fine and then he decided I had a case asking me to send him photocopies of items which I did. Suddenly the tone of his emails changed, he had been “got at”, he then said I had to send originals. I declined, that was my evidence. He then became the clever clever of instructed half-wits, but all that is safe, he got nothing from me. At 7 North Way Lewes 2011 I WATCHED the landlady steal MY mail, the RNM would not nothing: I went to their depot and asked if I could arrange to collect my mail; no, they wouldn’t allow it. Reported to Gestapo it just went on and on remaining ignored. BUT the postman in that while not all taking part some definitely were, one dropped mail on the ground in front of me when he saw me walking along North Way, I was to pick it up so he could say I WAS STEALING MAIL usual masonic moronic inversion. Then to 2012 at my sister’s where I bought my car with MY tax reminders stolen in the post as I said, my car mail went to my sister’s for safety After my sister’s I rented caravan 1A @ 298.and FOIUND mail theft so obvious it was ludicrous, the Gestapo called to ASK ME HOW I KNEW so they could make other arrangements. Without all the detail as that would take me too long, many trips to the sorting office where I left many letters to the managers about MY mail. One manager was good, told me to get a weather proof box and leave it outside my caravan so he would put MY mail there. Nothing arrived, back to the sorting office, the landlady had refused the postman in question (a decent one) permission to cross the site of 298 to MY caravan. He could not understand it, I paid council tax etc; it was a proper address yet she insisted no postman could walk to my caravan so it had to go to HER. In that I asked if they could deliver to my car if I left a window slightly open. No he couldn’t deliver to a car. I tried to catch his visit but if the bad guys were on they would sneak up at different times so out of routine and give my mail to the landlady. She was the first I caught posing as me as if I was MY OWN DEAD MOTHER. 28/6/12 she went to Mitre House DWP medical centre saying she needed money for carers! All found out, reported, ignored.

I then found she had MY Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery. I can prove more than enough – all ignored.

After the caravan I went to flat 3 Penhale Gardens and caught MR sleazy red handed. The sorting office manager (2 are named in my Attorney General file to be prosecuted with permission granted 2009 and here I am still am DAVE RIGGS and JOHN BUTLER from MY house events) would be told what to allow me and what went to those posing as me. He would then write on a large 4 if the murderous roughneck RYCROFT in flat 4 was to have MY mail (if you remember the Gestapo provided her with a computer to type letters as me which she could not use so they replaced it with a typewriter, all on photos, delivery, who delivered and fitted – all of it) and if the looter of the dead who also posed as me (her name unknown) in flat 5 was to get it then a large 5 would be written on it, she got my SHELL Mail as I have a points card for when I buy petrol. SHE did not drive but had claimed the car YK02 VPF of the murdered Mrs M Porter who had flat 3 prior to me and had a provisional licence IN MY NAME. I caught him red handed giving my Shell mail to her and he said, “OH do you want your mail! a complete moron. On the night of a bad storm I had been to my sister’s and drove back late slowly because of the storm (lorries over on M6 etc) so all were in bed when I returned to the flats; bins blown all over and guess what——- MAIL for me had the large 2 on it as she SYBIL WESTWELL in flat 2 had taken over the role of being my dead mother but as if she was me so mail addressed to ME was delivered to flat 2. NAT WEST one bank used in bank fraud with at least 1 account used in. MY name. No, they can’t do anything unless the police act ! So, I have mail FOR ME with a g2, 3 and 5 on the items as that was where it was “diverted” as they were all “me”.

Moving then to 28 Hell View as many as 23 were “me” including AGNES JACKSON in 26 she with my DVLA mail and this is where it gets sinister: 5 Dec 2016 I sent my REVENUES email recording which lowlife MUST be paying extra council tax because I “lived” there as well as them! Jackson was “sent away” to be me away. The INTENTION has been to see me off since so she can return to 28 and take over as ME “ill”. Jackson has had Recorded and Special Delivery mail INTENDED for me. My battery is about to let me down, I will send this while there is still some life in it. I keep all proof of mail theft. C

This is another fraudster from Fell View; maybe I should re-title my book, Fraudsters of Fell View.
I am Carol Woods Ms of 28 Fell View LA2 9RP under duress. In that at least 23 houses all claim I live there and am cared for and driven about by unemployed lowlife. Some, like McHarran here claim to be me. She is only one to do that. This is MAUREEN McHARRAN with partner PAUL HICKS 43 Fell View LA2 9RP. I knew immediately they were involved from my moving to 28 Fell View on 24/3/14 but not why or to what extent. Hicks may be her husband or brother. He is a type of Gestapo or prison staff. She lived in “hiding” for a long time posing as me with myalgic encephalitis (M.E.) BUT I noticed she was always at Lancaster Sainsbury store on a Friday when I was, which was a part of my usual routine. I noticed she never had the car park tickets so was obviously known to the store. Her car YP06 UEH seen was so like YK02 VPF the looted car of the murder victim in the Shipman policy of Lancashire, something else I had found out about, I was sure she’d be involved in the usual tedious “brainwashing” farce of hoping I see something to make me forget what I have already seen. On 14/5/14, whatever she was up to with Jarvis in 41 was spoiled as I went to wash my car which suggested I was there washing my car and not doing anything else to be either of those 2 deluded liars and thieves. (Jarvis was ONE to claim I lived in 41 being cared for and driven about by her she a totally deranged idiot. Jarvis was then in 2015 to claim to actually be me.) The Gestapo contacted both and sent them out to “wash” their cars. This was as far as McHarran got.
It was 2016 before I found her name; as the deranged organising this serious crime use names already used they find persons with names similar and use them to muddy waters of investigation. McHarran was used to be MAUREEN HEFFEREN a witness to a particular event in my place of work 2001 which proved perjury of a manager of Lancashire Social Services, GILLIAM ARMSTRONG case 2406569/01 Manchester Employment Tribunals, the case never registered or entered into public records and one main reason MIKE TODD GMP was murdered seeing YEARS of such related FRAUD and worse and prosecuting the offenders. He was silenced. On 5/9/14 they were both indoors at 43 and pretend to me that they are not. This is done often by those who know I can see deliveries left on their doorsteps. Oddly Yodel deliver to doorsteps without getting any delivery notes signed or any such “detail”. Judging me by their standards they think I will “retrieve” what they have had delivered! On this day, they from 43 emerged an hour later and removed the delivery indoors. DPD, ARGOS and others all make constant deliveries round Fell View, and Sainsbury On-Line deliveries which I felt was linked to her being at the store every Friday when I was shopping there.
His first car is just seen MV03 CYX, which was swapped for a black Honda PL06 ZWH March 2015 among a great “all change cars”. On 3/4/16 I typed my word documents and saw as usual that my screen alerted me to a computer misuse where my data somehow is accessed illegally as I type. The illegal devices in my loft allow for that. Suddenly, I knew something had changed as my screen cleared of the “other” and she rushed from 43 in PINK. Pink is another “detail” that apparently proves the wearer is me. Have I ever worn anything pink? No. The motive is out of scope of this. Shortly after this I found that I had been right about Sainsbury’s link; she was using the Internet there when I was there shopping. The on-line Sainsbury deliveries made sense; there is STILL much fraud in lowlife all using phones and Internet as if they are me placing orders with instructions to deliver to OTHERS which is how they all get their FREE items. I started to keep all my Sainsbury vouchers connected to MY points card that offered me extra points IF I placed an on-line order; it showed that I, as me, had never made an on-line order. On 8/8/16 she leaves again in a hurry then in this sea green. Sea green is a “colour” that is symbolic of what the deranged in control think it proves; Agnes Jackson of 26 Fell View wears the same when she goes out as me with Gestapo in squad cars parking to claim they saw her in that coloured jacket so she must be me. That is how I am not only Agnes Jackson from 26 Fell View but also McHarran from 43.
The Gestapo has an old roughneck dressed in “pink” who cleans for an NHS storage building; without recording all that here, the cleaner has to stand about when I drive to Lancaster as the NHS building is near to where, I am scores of others park when in town. She is sent to stand about and “be seen” as that somehow is PROOF she has driven to park and is me. She has bleached hair so beloved of the Gestapo and she smokes: Jackson smokes; the Gestapo are trying to invent me as a smoker for a REASON from 2008 thus many they claim are me do smoke. Williams in 30 is another heavy smoker with the cough and voice to go with a life time of heavy smoking. She though was not me prior to my move to 28 Fell View. Another who claims to be me is yet another deluded, deranged useless old parasite about 80 in 32 Fell view MARY LAMB; she is me as my dead mother. The car she uses IN FRAUD is PF08 WDJ and was linked to me prior to my moving to Fell View. The fraud of that malicious old troll is not for here suffice to add that she has gone out with Williams in 30 Fell View, about 10 years age gap where they have pretended that Lamb is mother – MINE and Williams is the daughter – ME. On 20 Dec 2016 amid the rest of the lunacy using 30, 41, 24, and so on as usual, Lamb was to go out dressed in PINK: she had been out as if my dead mother again. My mother never drove and never had anyone to drive her about. She has been dead almost 25 years now and was never a useless, malicious old parasite. My mother died at a relatively young age. The Gestapo provided a bogus “son” for Lamb as she has no family. I have a brother which suggests our mother had a son. They have not provided her with a daughter to be our sister aside from the coarse, vulgar maracas mouth in 30 JUNE WILLIAMS. The “son” called once for 5 minutes only: Jackson in 26 has had 3 extra” thugs provided and the apparently are all her sons. She also had has the usual type of bleached haired old doxy to pretend to be a daughter which “daughter” she does not have BUT now apparently, she has various daughters and sons and all provided to try to show Jackson is me. But Jackson is older than Williams so unlikely to be daughter of Lamb which makes it seem as if Lamb is not mother to me as Jackson, who is “away” AGAIN posing as me. My photos of this lowlife make it all much clearer.
McHarran has driven Jackson about when Jackson wears a red jacket which is the favourite colour as proof the wearer is me; my car is red, the lunatics think a red jacket can be interpreted as a car! In their driving about, Jackson claims to be me needing to be taken shopping and returning with her swag which she has not paid for. The whole background of all the deliveries, orders, shopping and so on revolves around BANK FRAUDS. Banks and stores used have all confirmed they THINK they deal with me Carol Woods and have MY address not only here 28 Fell View but MY HOUSE. I apparently also live in MY HOUSE stolen, wrecked and looted 27/10/08 and 19/11/08. That was because Mike Todd had been murdered BUT the thugs knew I had all the original documents to the copies Mike Todd had. They assumed they’d find them in my house but didn’t.
By end Nov 2016 I found that McHarran was a very part-time check out assistant in Lancaster Sainsbury store. Paul Hicks was the “replacement” of PAUL HITCHMAN of 2011, a fraudster and more who pretended to rent a room where I rented then but was claiming to be me as MR CAROL WOODS. News on 14/12/16 and councils can increase council tax when Lancashire has so much they throw it at unemployed lowlife; see below. McTEAR claimed to rent at 298 Oxcliffe Rd LA3 £EJ yet did not live there: I uncovered a huge DWP fraud of lowlife claiming to rent at 298 when they did not live there, using at least 2 names and so forth with the council claiming that even unemployed parasites were entitled to 2nd homes so all those who have their council tax increased will be pleased to contribute to their 2nd homes. See also the rest of the lowlife recruited to harass in many documents but the sleazy here in the RED car PK56 WUP and sleazy council troll PAID to drive about and PRETEND. I have lists of such parasites at public expense which latest list is to be typed up for the Chief Executive and interested parties. Meanwhile the deranged thief and liar at best in 41 JARVIS has been PAID from March 2014 to PRETEND to “care for and drive me about” as I am invisible and live in 41 Fell View as well (according to the fraudsters) with sleazy, gormless in PE08 ZRX now at 41 again and her job as COUNCIL employee is to shop for the invisible with Jarvis and herself sharing the spoils, to validate the forged signature to claim that “someone” wants to be cared for and driven about by the deranged, seedy Jarvis and then they share the bank accounts generated. The council is fully aware and aids and abets. They have even provided bogus “sons” for Jarvis to try and give her MY LIFE WITH MY CHILDREN as Jarvis not only cares for and drives “me” about is also another to claim to be me. And thus all will be so pleased to hear their council tax bills can help to fund that. Personally, I think it is use of public monies for private purposes EMBEZZLEMENT so this to the right agencies. In that he claimed in FRAUD, FORGERY, ID THEFT, PERJURY and more to be my partner; reported for harassing and stalking me on 25 Nov 2012 when the law was introduced, it remained ignored. What I had not known on 25/11/12 was that he had already appeared in a DWP TRIBUNAL on 23 Nov 2012 with a seedy old doxy his partner who claimed to be me “ill” needing extra money! I don’t claim any DWP monies. I had been right about the stalking; he was sent to where my car was parked for example (by the Gestapo who had the ILLEGAL GPS on MY ignition system so knew and know where my car is at any time) to be seen standing about as if waiting for me. This old parasite is the usual weedy specimen who has not worked for years if ever. He really lived about 10 minutes’ walk from 298 Oxcliffe Rd. The striped sweatshirt was deliberate: at the time photos of me had been sent out by email where I wore one of the striped sweaters I am well known for designing and knitting. The Gestapo then started to instruct their lowlife to wear something striped as somehow that was proof they were linked to me or actually were me. McTEAR is yet another Mr CAROL WOODS who number now about 500.000 at least.
That photo sent out again recently, the thug son of AGNES JACKSON, NOT A BOGUS “SON” as at least 3 others have been, she who thinks she is me in 26 Fell View LA2 9RP, was sent to 26 (he another lifelong parasite so always available for fraud and harassment, whatever is the order of the day) to use a phone and place an order as if I placed the order. I heard the link from 26 to MY bungalow 28 and waited in. I was right; sure enough a delivery to one of his associates was made. The pretence that I had to make the call or have a son who did is seen in the old parasite Jackson herself hiding herself away. She is also apparently me. Thus her son had to dress to copy McTEAR and that apparently is proof she in 26 is me and McTEAR was her son as if she was me. McTEAR must be 60 at least. Her son is about 50. The car he was BOUGHT by you, the tax-payer, a BMW light blue P514 JBC as my son had a BMW. Thus as he had one then it was proof she was me and his car was really my son’s making her definitely me. My car just seen as he sneaks off from 26 8/12/16. I then let it be known that my son had sold his BMW weeks earlier. The BMW was the 6th car YOU bought this thug; who pays for all the insurances, petrol use in driving about to PRETEND, road taxes, MOT’s and admin charges incurred for swapping insurances from one car to another? YOU DO.
3/10/16 another date I had sleazy round Fell View pretending I had just moved again. This car PK56 WUP is used because my car is red X165 and apparently if a RED car with “56” or “65” in the plate it makes it linked to me. The car was at 33 Fell View where I apparently have lived from March 2014, she then drives to 7 Leslie Ave off Fell View as I also apparently live there as well having been moved in there at least 12 times since I moved to 28 Fell View in March 2014. She in 7 Leslie Ave in sister of thief, fraudster and worse in 20 Fell View and I also live there as well – apparently. All these drive me about apparently. The sleazy council gormless YOU fund.
The “inconsistency” is that I have these photos, how could I take the one of thug K Jackson leaving 26 if I wasn’t already in 28? On 14/12/16 the lunatics decided I had just moved into 28 again as well. I was given the appointment for the annual boiler check and did not change it as it was convenient for me. The COUNCIL recruit called but not in a usual van; he had a HIRE van and pretended I had just moved in with sleazy parked with him to pretend to help him! I took photos; and wonder how I also took the page with the McTEAR thug page.

Part 1 Embezzle public funds Lancs 19 Dec. 2016

Split into 2 parts: This data begins 6pm on 19 Dec 2016 after I sent a few emails from my usual 2 TWO email addresses via Lancaster library public computers. As usual, I had to log off when I found lowlife accessing MY emails which they do via the Gestapo linking up to phone use of yobs sent to pick up MY signals from the public computers. A yob in RED with his auburn hair was one culprit, (he had gone when I returned after leaving to get a photo of floating phone scum “GLEN”); the use of “Glen” was recorded after my return. I intend to scan his photo and that of his deranged pest of his mother who thinks she is me making her sons, mine. I only have one son. He is nothing like her dollops who have never worked and never will.
On my return to the library, there was a sudden rush of pests so I logged off again and waited so there was “no confusion” as to who was on which terminal. Why are all those trolls not working? One male I could smell a mile away: the usual “grey hoodie/sweatshirt as PROOF he is MR Carol Woods; he was to use his own lap top but sit at the terminal linked to the scanner; that idiot was trying to be the yobs using their lap tops while I use the scanner in Lancaster University library which is nothing like the one in Lancaster library. I noticed that the format of my emails suddenly changed: in my in-box appeared an email which reported that an email sent from MY email address had not been successfully sent to No. 10 Downing St. I have sent that to myself to “save it” as that type of EVIDENCE OF COMPUTER MISUSE has a habit of being deleted and disappearing when I have no access. I had sent no emails to No. 10 Downing St and that email, NOT in my sent box, could have been anything at all given the thugs and lowlife I deal with who all want to be me.

I later went to develop a few photos of the lowlife GLEN, the dollop outside me in 28 Fell View on Friday last waving her bit of junk about to rewrite all the council sleazy who have done such over YEARS to PRETEND whatever their delusions allow, usually that they have called on me with something “official” and a MR Carol Woods who is used often. He is about 6ft tall, his hair is almost grey: he is slightly higher up the evolutionary scale than most of louts/ trolls and harassers BUT the “joke” is that he has got through life and must be at least 60 now, without working much but has sold the Socialist Worker! And here he is, acting on instruction from the corporate fascists and institutional bullies to stalk to harass and PRETEND to be someone who does not exist. His usual place of being “me” in Sainsbury’s Lancaster, oddly when I am in another branch, he is not there, I think that means he is not me. On Saturday, 17 Dec 2016 he was hiding by the entrance to dodge in IF I went in which I did; I expected him or the other used often also about 6ft, and this time took a photo which I have not done before. He was dressed in NEW BLACK and carried a RED PRESTON bag so I guess he was supposed to be me from my visit to Preston Tuesday 13 Dec 2016. (I may show the photos to my family and tell them that is what their mother really looks like.)

The Gestapo need a “result” so then sent the brother JARROD of “Glen” to stalk to harass, and Mr Carol Woods to walk up and down pointlessly. I ignored them. Had I taken a photo the Gestapo would scream that I am harassing the whole of the county – again. Again? Yes, they have claimed that on and off from 2010 and apparently that was why MY house was stolen, wrecked and looted in Oct and Nov 08: I was found “guilty” of harassing the whole of Lancashire, fined, refused to pay the fine so my assets of £400.000.00 plus were stolen! Oddly the MoJ has no record of any such “case”, I have no recollection of appearing anywhere after an arrest and so forth. “Oddly” there is no paperwork anywhere. A REAL jury might just find that more than “odd”. Ignoring much else, the usual half-wit stood sending her text to the next in line waiting for me by my car: another gormless troll in her car to set off and PRETEND she drove me: she would be council staff by the looks of her; PJ09 PKY so that identifies her. Another car was with that one but I couldn’t be bothered to get her licence; I have more than enough for any jury. YOU as tax-payers fund their time and mileage claims.

My emails sent out recorded how I heard noises from MY bungalow which indicate that WILLIAMS was using a phone again as if she is me. The car they in 30 Fell View LA2 9RP have in FRAUD, one of 5- FIVE -YOU as tax-payers have bought them as if they were me is moved by local unemployed yobs who are all “available” and have never had such an exciting time of acting for fascists. One, often from 45 Fell View, sometimes from 49 Fell View or 34, will drive away whatever car the Williams has which now is PJ65 WLL. That is supposed to make it seem as if they in 30 are out so are not using their phone as me. But the car is NEVER moved at the right time or returned: on 19th it was moved before they in 30 were out of bed. Williams think they are so clever and are clever enough to have spent more than a total of 8 months out of any one year hiding in 30 and pretending to be out. I moved into 28 on 24/3/14, anyone can see how “clever” they have been. After I switched this off about 6 10pm, on 19/12/16 the noises started again and, as usual, I enter 28 about 5 40pm after being out, see from my MAINS power source even with my mains OFF “someone” is linked to MY power source, WILLIAMS in 30.
They wait for me to have been indoors about 5 minutes then assume I have switched on my mains power supply and they then switch on their TV which is actually in my name with SKY and direct debits. They had had the TV on but switched it off when they saw me return to PRETEND they are me having been out and just returning to watch TV. I have no TV. I have sent my bill to the Chief Executive for payment of electricity which is one my bill. It was ignored so I send this so we can all see: INVOICE ELECTRICITY USE BY WILLIAMS 30 FELL VIEW LA2 9RP WHICH IS FED FROM 28 FELL VIEW. £100 should just about cover what they have used; I look forward to receiving payment. Without recording all that again I add that on 5/12/16 I sent an email to the Revenues Dept in regard to the “money for nothing” brigade who dominates not just Fell View but much of Caton. In that I name MILLS from 20 Fell View, unemployed lowlife with the large, expensive vehicles YOU pay for so such as 18/12/16 she, an overweight lump, Ms K MILS could drive round the block as I walked back to Fell View after a long walk so she could PRETEND she had driven me and returned me to 20 Fell View where they claim I live as her aunt! 19th and another large Vauxhall used by 20 often FE02 VDK was just sneaking off when they assumed I’d have parked at 28. I had not parked; I was driving round to see which lowlife were out and about pretending something in FRAUD. This is why trolls stood about with texting finding it so “useful” to alert each other and the Gestapo can claim it is nothing to do with them despite the ILLEGAL GPS on MY car. The drivers of FE02 VDK more unemployed able to run a large car, live miles away. They would be used on 19th as I drove miles to drop off stuff for recycling at the recycling centre near to where they live. The Gestapo would claim as my car was in that area then somehow they ended up driving me! BUT those thieves and lowlife with MILLS have spent over 2 YEARS shopping in FRAUD claiming it was all for me at 20 as if I was unable to go out myself. On 19 Dec 2016 the council AGAIN to aid and abet the thieves and fraudsters in 30 Fell View, Williams to claim that their rear door was access to one set of Williams and the front door when used is their identical twin set, Mr and Mrs K/C Woods. The council fixed a handle to the wall by the doorway at the rear of 30; the step is no higher than 10cms so why suddenly rush to add that as if one or both needed the handle to help them get up the “step”? Because one set of the lowlife is “disabled”, apparently. Oddly they use the rear 99% of the time and can race round my rear garden -MY rear garden – screeching and yelling like Banshees with Agnes Jackson in 26 who has recruited her unemployed thug son to call where all 4 charge round MY rear garden to provoke me AND with PC PERJURER ANDREW MASSINGHAM racing round and round in a squad car at the front. The INTENTION is to cause distress, harass and hope it forces me out. And here we are, can’t even get up a “step”. Liars. This is the FRAUD of claiming to be “me” disabled. I have many photos of the rear doorways when I take photos of my garden: given there are 4 bungalows, NOT 3 as is the pretence, in this relatively small space, it is inevitable other parts of 26, 30 and 32 will be on my photos of 28.

She is O’Conner and on Saturday 17 Dec 2016 was driving TO Caton without having left again; that old doxy has a 2nd address as if she is me and drives occasionally to use 39 Fell View which is how she can be 2 people. The car(s) “disappear” when she is in residence in 39 Fell View. She is another to claim to be 2 people.

The blue Mini at 14 Fell View unemployed McGuire RX02 TLU, where she pretended I also lived there being driven about by her AS WELL as those in 12, 18. 20, 22, 24, 32, 34, 41, 39, 43, 49, 33, 37, 23, 17, 29, 31, and so on, who paid for her petrol for over 2 years of that stalking and harassment in FRAUD?

Red Minis, again too numerous to record; Agnes Jackson Aug 2015 was driven about for 10 minutes by a woman who had a red MINI on Copy Lane right opposite 47 as above; the motive was to make Jackson seem to be me as MY daughter in law had a new red Mini at that time. The Gestapo flew over using their helicopter when Jackson was dropped off after being driven round the block, so that the Gestapo could claim they saw her alight from a RED MINI that was to be PROOF the old parasite and dullard was me. BUT my son and his family arrived not 5 minutes later unexpectedly. They don’t even know the old parasite Jackson let alone would want to driver her about. My daughter in law did not have her red Mini for long, despite which the Gestapo still use RED MINIS when they want to harass. Dial a Dog Wash has been sent to park at 23 Fell View and wait for HOURS at a time with no business conducted with the INTENTION of making me see and think I have a dog to be the looters of the dead from flats on Penhale Gardens who pretended to be me when I rented flat 3 there.

Outside MY house they had persons “jogging” up and down as harassment and since then, when they have a “plan” they include “joggers/runners so the most incredible farces have been acted out by barrage balloons, those running to PRETEND they escaped from somewhere as apparently I regularly escape from somewhere, where is never defined, those pretending to be “me” running away from a “crime” and so on. Thus by 6pm to rewrite the thieves of 19th Dec 2016 as above in FE02 VDK at 22, they sent another idiot to park outside 24, it has to be 24 to “rewrite” much that has taken place there, the driver alighted and ran round the playing area. How far had that idiot driven AND WHO CONTACTED THEM AFTER THE CAR WAS CLEARLY IDENTIFIED AS ONE TO BE USED TO COVER FOR FE02 VDK? Running round the small playing area, surely if the driver had walked or jogged it would have saved the petrol and served the purpose of “keeping fit”? It is a car NOT used previously. (The runner was about as used to running as I am to mountaineering; she left after only 5 minutes.) On May Bank Holiday, Sunday 2016 the Gestapo did escort the lowlife thieves and fraudsters from CUMBRIA to 20 Fell View to PRETEND they moved someone (me). They in FE02 VDK had to have driven from Morecambe and as permanently unemployed, no jury will accept they funded their own petrol costs. I found that by chance and managed to get photos showing also the thugs in CUMBRIA GESTAPO were used to aid and abet: my photos making up my Police Corruption file show Cumbrian Gestapo are merely an extension of the Gestapo in Lancashire.

YE11 DYG a dark grey Toyota at 39 Copy Lane is NOT Y211 AAO which driver was a stalker and harasser of me pretending I was Dalton in 45, then the malicious old trout in 32 (which YOU all pretended was flat 3 Penhale Gardens), the old trout in YE11 DYG seems to be mother to a pair of truly gormless specimens of council employees paid to walk their own dog a number of times and all on camera. They now have WP09 JJU.
On 21 Dec 2016 yet another day the lunatics wanted to say I had just moved in again (after the malicious old trout in 32 Fell View had been out posing as my dead mother on 20th), again “someone” pretended to be at 33 which is also who the malicious old trout in 32 poses as, a “missing lone lady Mrs Margaret Peck” to claim that she is not missing but is linked to me with the old parasite in 32 filling in the gap of a “missing person”, I noted that EMCOR drove round and round, stopping nowhere that I could see BUT I suggest part of the “annual inspection”. For those who won’t know, EMCOR is contracted by the council to service the gas boilers annually and to check boilers for persons moving into properties that have been unoccupied for some time. My letter giving me a date of the inspection, 14 Dec 2016 arrived; I had no need to cancel the inspection for a time more suitable thus the inspection was completed 14 Dec 2016. At the time I recorded that he had arrived in a HIRE van of the type used to PRETEND that I hire as just moving in. As usual, another sleazy in a white car arrived when he did and parked and PRETENDED they had dropped me off, with the lunatics acting out a “moving in” which was odd as I had had the letter of the annual inspection many days. EMCOR in my now vast experience are bullying thugs in the main who falsify records as we have seen from 2014 and as was witnessed in Feb. 2015 to be common or garden liars about calling to undertake that inspection of 2016. Anyone seeing this will think that an ANNUAL INSPECTION means one a year; here I am with two a year. Thus effectively, the electorate funds EMCOR even when they waste time. On 21 Dec 2016 EMCOR reverted to use of their own vans.

I get a photo of the thug in his car, and then take a photo of the Town Hall clock to confirm where I am at what time: 9 mins to 4pm. right round the corner I then find the usual old seedy gormless male POSTING but waiting for me to be right by the post box: I take his photo: that seedy old fool will be posting as MR CAROL WOODS of which there is no such person. I then amazingly see my former sister in law JANET GREENWOOD sent to “bump into me” who kept our family name when our brother divorced her YEARS ago. She was to tell me that she was looking after her mother “ill”. Janet has posed as me from end 2010 HEARD on her phone when seen following me round Morrison’s in Morecambe. She was paid to keep her small shop closed on and off during 2010 – 2015 inclusive when she was needed to be me: she suddenly managed to buy a NEW van and a car despite not “earning” for many months. Janet is not me. Janet is younger than I am but looks older with her long straggly grey hair. I have never ever seen her in Lancaster, not in all the years I have lived here. This is supposed to be me as Janet and HER mother not dead but “ill”. I cannot recall her maiden name but she lives 37 NORFOLK AVE MORECAMBE a house my brother paid for. We have a DWP FRAUD IN PROGRESS.

Today for example the deranged in 41 Fell View JARVIS tried again to PRETEND she collected someone to live in 41 with them. She uses GN07 AHO car. She of course does not work most, they are all collecting “free money”.
For her to validate the FRAUD she has sleazy “professionals” call in such as PE08 ZRX and PE56 NXB who validate the INVISIBLE person said to be being cared for a driven about by Jarvis with FORGERY, false bank accounts, and then she deranged claims to be me. FOUND OUT the first time she told me the Lord Jesus was going to help her get out of FRAUD charges!

She is in the middle of repeating the same fraud again. Clarke in 23 claimed he drove about me as “disabled” and still tries to start that again, the Malaysian troll in 37 claimed I was her MOTHER driven about by her and cared for in 37 Fell View. She was helped to “run away” end March 2015 when first found out but still PRETENDS. Various pretend I live in 33 Fell View and am driven about by a roughneck in DK51 HVL she with a BLUE BADGE and an empty car. My photos are excellent. She did that OVER 2 years as I reported the stalking and harassment to be ignored. MILLS and BLEASDALE in 20 Fell View and they even had a squalid caravan dumped on the front of 20 Fell View June 2014 and PRETENDED I rented it! She K MILLS claimed I was her aunt. Bleasdale’s father of 2 Hall Drive claimed in that to drive me about. He has driven Agnes Jackson about pretending she is me.

K MIlls has a sister K MILLs of 7 Leslie Ave and she has claimed I also am driven about by her from that house. Whenever I report the collective frauds in detail they all swap cars and sell theirs to get new ones to muddy waters of investigation but my photos will not be rewritten. My point is that they have to be paying council tax for the invisible person; they can’t just have the free income, they have to be responsible for the outgoings. We saw how keen the thug with KS53 VLF was for outgoings did we not?

This is a classic example of how the Gestapo aid and abet lowlife and try to make events acted out which have failed to bring the desired result, into other events; it is revision history and done all day every day and YOU pay for it. I am carol Woods Ms under duress at 28 Fell View LA2 9RP surrounded by bullying thieves and fraudsters who are so covered for by the Gestapo that there can be no retaliation at all. The FACT that one Mrs JUNE WILLIAMS who also claims to be me, I caught hiding in my rear garden UNDER my bathroom window, she making PHONE CALLS AS IF SHE WAS ME heard me say they were FREAKS. That brought forth the usual sleazy council harassment after the legal rep of the COUNTY no less, he also legal rep for the POLICE, in County Hall Preston, he IAN YOUNG decided my saying to MYSELF they were FREAKS, in my bungalow was the subject of a serious complaint! The FACT that the thief and much worse was in MY garden, under MY window using her phone to pose as me was not a matter of any complaint. There you have it: hostile discrimination.
5/4/14 and a “me”, yet another deluded, useless old parasite who thinks she can pose as me, Mrs CURWEN (she herself has been “replaced” by at least 5 other old trolls calling to 24 Fell View hoping I think they are all ONE person when photos show they are not). They are rehoused by the council leaving 24 empty EXCEPT for “works” done which are the RTA monies and, used as doss house for lowlife males who claim to be MR CAROL WOODS such as driver of KS53 VLF. The Gestapo did, using 2 squad vehicles on 9 May 2014 “escort” CURWEN after their “accident” was validated and led to monies being claimed, and then to be “rehoused”.
This photo was a daily event until they “disappeared”, one would use the crutches and PRETEND to hop to one of their cars, throw in the crutches, drive off and PRETEND to be “disabled”. Oh yes we must not forget the NHS “ambulance” used with the Gestapo, to me it looked just like a yellow MINI but hell, what do I know?Other photos show the Curwens well able to walk and run about with amazing sporadic recovery from “disability”. The INTENT was to make events at MY house which was stolen, wrecked and looted become events at 24 Fell View. The Gestapo has apparently decided MY house was not wrecked, stolen and looted but I was “too disabled” to live in it. Without going into the 8 EIGHT cars at least bought for CURWENs and the use still of deluded old trouts to pretend to be this woman when they are not, and related frauds, the car KS53 VLF started to arrive at 24 and the driver to use 24 as a doss house.
I knew that thug did not live there but pretended to. He took out Agnes Jackson from 26 Fell View posing as her son when she posed as me to make that thug MR CAROL WOODS; in that DWP FRAUD was taking place. On 26 Oct 2014 another thug she had sent to pose as her son in MD02 HGO a silver Bora had used 26 to make a call to order goods from COMET as if he was MR CAROL WOODS. The goods were to be delivered on 27 Oct 2014 to Jarvis in 41 with Jackson trying to make me anxious about her going out as me to make me go out to combat that usual practice of ID THEFT. I did not go out: I knew they were up to no good and thus the COMET FRAUD all on camera, failed. On 26 Nov 2016 the thug with KS53 VLF was to repeat that and called to use 24 but raced off as soon as he saw me with my camera. He sneaked back in the dark and I heard because of the illegal devices in MY loft which link up to scum round Fell View who make calls and PRETEND they are me in 28. I went out to see who was around and found KS53 VLF parked in the dark; he left again after a short time. I did not go out on 27 Nov 2016 knowing there would be a delivery behind my back and was right: DPD but all on camera and no delivery to me yet I was in my garden and around all day, so another FRAUD thwarted.
He then, when not at 24 was replaced by this one in DX53 KTO see the car MR CURWEN had which car “disappeared” summer 2014. YJ03 UNV thus the Gestapo had found a car to be that car PLUS the thug in KS53 and this thug was to PRETEND to call to the empty 24 but sneak into 22 HUNTER. Hunter was then claiming I lived there as HER mother. He was MR CAROL WOODS, another presumably calling on an invisible mother. Notice how tall he is and the checked shirt. I have a checked shirt in a famous photo thus the Gestapo claim that there is only 1 checked shirt on the whole planet and thus anyone seen in one is me.

1/10/15 I decide to have a trip to Preston, always the scene of council sleazy then pretending to be near my car and thus PROOF they have driven me. Not on my photos they haven’t. While there I sent a fax to the Gestapo saying I was there and would wait near Ryman’s so that if they decided I was not me but someone they invented then they should arrest me as I was in Preston posing as myself. The Gestapo try to invent me as someone of their imagination Mrs Carole Woods. Near Ryman’s was a camera shop, I waited, looked in the camera shop, looked in the window, spotted the bent cop sent to walk by to confirm he saw this troll in a checked shirt thus he had seen “me”; she was to linger by the shop then go in and take a tripod. I walked back to Ryman’s, then started to leave after wasting my time and saw her rush out of the camera shop with a tripod.

When she saw me she started to run; I started to run, I followed her out of the shopping centre and noticed she had car keys: I had my photos and later offered them to the shop. It was staged: that lowlife was to be said to be me shoplifting AND AS IF SHE WAS A JOANNE HALL who is also apparently me and a known thief and shoplifter. Thus I was J Hall and the checked shirt confirmed it – apparently. J Hall does not and never has, driven: this woman was too short and wore glasses; neither Hall nor I need glasses.

How then to mix all that up and make it something entirely different which the Gestapo want to use as FACT to prove something of their deranged selves? Use the car DX53 KTO, swap the driver and have a female troll of a type similar to the Preston supposed thief, have her wear a checked shirt as similar as possible as the one MR CAROL WOODS version 548,391 wears calling to 22 Fell View and then the car keys from the troll in Preston make somehow that troll into the one then sent to 22 to be linked to me as if the dullard, unemployed lowlife HUNTER in 22 is either my daughter or me then linked to a cretin who is clearly unemployed as available any day, all day. When HUNTER was caught pretending to be my daughter for gain, saying she drove me about, she then decided to say she was me. This is what I refer to as shaking the kaleidoscope which the Gestapo think shows how clever they are when we can all see how stupid and desperate they are yet with vast amounts of public monies to use for their own private means.

On 12/12/16 a dark sea green Volvo was sent to park outside FY03 KTO; there is no such thing as coincidence. No one alighted or got in; it was driven off after parking to pretend about 10 minutes. DX53 KTO was not at 22 on 12/12/16 but back again on 13/12/16 with ANOTHER driver; this troll was to be a “sister” to HUNTER given HUNTER has claimed to be me, she has then to have a sister she pretends lives with her. In 2011 I stayed with my sister end of year into New Year so HUNTER has to try to recreate that. I did not have my car in Dec 2011. Are all these drivers insured? In that he claimed in FRAUD, FORGERY, ID THEFT, PERJURY and more to be my partner; reported for harassing and stalking me on 25 Nov 2012 when the law was introduced, it remained ignored. What I had not known on 25/11/12 was that he had already appeared in a DWP TRIBUNAL on 23 Nov 2012 with a seedy old doxy his partner who claimed to be me “ill” needing extra money! I don’t claim any DWP monies. I had been right about the stalking; he was sent to where my car was parked for example (by the Gestapo who had the ILLEGAL GPS on MY ignition system so knew and know where my car is at any time) to be seen standing about as if waiting for me. This old parasite is the usual weedy specimen who has not worked for years if ever. He really lived about 10 minutes’ walk from 298 Oxcliffe Rd. The striped sweatshirt was deliberate: at the time photos of me had been sent out by email where I wore one of the striped sweaters I am well known for designing and knitting. The Gestapo then started to instruct their lowlife to wear something striped as somehow that was proof they were linked to me or actually were me. Thus her son had to dress to copy McTEAR and that apparently is proof she in 26 is me and McTEAR was her son as if she was me. McTEAR must be 60 at least. Her son is about 50. The car he was BOUGHT by you, the tax-payer, a BMW light blue P514 JBC as my son had a BMW. Thus as he had one then it was proof she was me and his car was really my son’s making her definitely me. My car just seen as he sneaks off from 26 8/12/16. I then let it be known that my son had sold his BMW weeks earlier. The BMW was the 6th car YOU bought this thug; who pays for all the insurances, petrol use in driving about to PRETEND, road taxes, MOT’s and admin charges incurred for swapping insurances from one car to another? 3/10/16 another date I had sleazy round Fell View pretending I had just moved again. This car PK56 WUP is used because my car is red X165 and apparently if a RED car with “56” or “65” in the plate it makes it linked to me. The car was at 33 Fell View where I apparently have lived from March 2014, she then drives to 7 Leslie Ave off Fell View as I also apparently live there as well having been moved in there at least 12 times since I moved to 28 Fell View in March 2014. She in 7 Leslie Ave in sister of thief, fraudster and worse in 20 Fell View and I also live there as well – apparently. All these drive me about apparently. The sleazy council gormless YOU fund.

The “inconsistency” is that I have these photos, how could I take the one of thug K Jackson leaving 26 if I wasn’t already in 28? Thus on 12/12/16 I move in then as well: The white van is the delivery to JARVIS in 41 after “loft noise” alerted me to someone about to receive FREE GOODS as if I had placed the call (all that is in related documents) the blue van is moving me into 43 Fell View after being used to move me to 30 only days earlier (that photo not included) and notice the large AUDI, this parks and hides behind 29 and 31 often and drives out behind me in my car when I go out and PRETENDS to drive me about, from one lowlife to another. The data below in italics was sent out via email to Lancashire Gestapo about 3 40pm on 17/12/16 from Lancaster library. Notice the lunatic prepared to dart in front of me and hope I hit him with my car! Typing this at 6 54pm on 17th on a small old lap top that has never been used for Internet access, I use it for typing word docs only, I can hear the loft noises above me which means that someone in 41, 43, 45, 22, 23, or 22 Fell View use their Internet/phones as if it is MY use. I know because of the devices ILLEGALLY installed in MY loft 28 Fell View Caton LA2 9RP ready for my moving in March 2014 just for that purpose of aiding and abetting serious organised crime and lowlife all gaining. They are just SOME houses where I apparently live with said lowlife who are, apparently, either driving me about or caring for me or are actually me. Without adding all that here as this data concentrates on a related issue, I have to add that a seedy, dull, white haired old parasite from 26 Fell View, AGNES JACKSON is one who claims to be me. To aid that the Gestapo have “sent her away” for a few days to hope that her fraud, TREASON, ID THEFT and more can be covered by having her return to Fell View in thuggery designed to “see me off” so she can return as if she is me! She does not and never has driven thus they want to claim she is “away” as “ill” and when she returns the Gestapo will claim she is me unable to drive through illness. And that, they think, sorts that out.

Earlier, I had seen someone sent to “bump into me” days ago, one I am friendly with but had not seen for 3 years or so. As usual they are sent to tell me their own personal “horror stories” and I am to be so grateful it is isn’t me and thank my lucky stars I have only had my house, stolen wrecked and looted and the rest over 15 years since blowing the whistle on LCC. She “S” is used as her father is Malaysian, a GP who she has not lived with for most of her life. Her mother is English, making “S” dark haired but English looking. “S” is married to a man called Ashley. The Gestapo found her via the trouble her son was getting into and used her to be the thief and fraudster, a Malaysian troll from 37 Fell View who claimed I was her mother being driven about by her, a total stranger and very Malaysian looking. I have a daughter called Ashley. In 2011 a struck off psychiatrist tried to persuade me to let her inject me with intent to murder me as she had murdered a patient at Xmas 2008 by lethal injection. That struck off sleazy, was Malaysian. I had never seen the husband “Ashley” assuming he’d be about the age of “S” who is about the age of my daughter, Ashley. The husband is grey haired and must be at last 20 years older than “S”. That is the lunacy which the Gestapo thought they could throw together and somehow make “S” into me! They still try to rewrite the murderous attempt of Aug 2011 BUT at Xmas 2016. In that JACKSON is “away” pretending to be me in a mental hospital EXCEPT she isn’t in one at all; the pretence is that she is me and they expect to manufacture a “crime” I “commit” and claim I am mentally ill and thus, CANNOT DRIVE MY CAR and need “medication”. (It is what happens to all whistle-blowers.) To date, all their pathetic, organised, collective harassment, and “plans” to bear fruit for the lunatics in charge of this huge asylum known as Lancashire, have failed. Most are recorded in related documents, most are on camera, some cannot be such as the lunacy of 15/12/16 below, obviously in the dark and driving, I cannot wield a camera. The week prior to Xmas 2005, a friend was at MY house with her NEW car. We went out into Lancaster for lunch and returning we found someone had painted racist slogans all over new car. Fortunately I had paint cleaner in MY garage and managed to clean her car. All that was witness intimidation because of my forthcoming claim 240/241204 in Manchester Employment Tribunals which was ONE file that led to the murder of MIKE TODD GMP as he was prosecuting after seeing MY file PLUS others passed to him in Nov 07 by Judge David Williams. The Judge had just awarded me a huge sum of money for injuries received at the hands of the state thugs, which money I never saw but did pay the tax on the award. That is what the Gestapo give others and PRETEND they are me such as CURWEN, lowlife parasites all their lives but they are “me” with an RTA award instead of MY industrial injuries. They have never worked so could not have industrial injuries so the Gestapo made it an RTA. CURWEN are not the first and only to get “suddenly rich”. In Jan 2006, my friend called in again where the Gestapo arranged for her car to be rammed and written off. 1 Dec and why so bad again. 15 Dec. 2016

Please feel free to quote me: This is what 1 Dec every year from 2010 is about and why the 1st is used of all months from then. 1 Dec 2016 intense, I expected it so stayed out all day going to a film to keep me “out of the way”. Outside after the film the usual lunatics acted their farces so I waited, when they had all gone I went to the Uni library which suggested the lowlife was NOT driving me anywhere. This is in a sworn affidavit as well.

1 Dec 2010 and I in Styal, no jury, no case, no papers, and I had been there 3 weeks. I was held under 5 different names, all “C” names and those sounding to be “C” as in Carol – Karley, Kirsty, Caroline, Carole, Catherine /Katherine and Joanne. The Karley and Kirsty were why 28 Fell View was wanted for me. Both Mills trolls, unemployed in 20 Fell View and 7 Leslie Ave off Fell View sisters, and both claimed I lived with them IN BOTH HOUSES, as their aunt. The “aunt” was used because the JOANNE I was said to be is a niece of mine. The Caroline has been used, a fairly common name and one in 5 Leslie Ave next door to Mills in 7, and I also apparently lived there as well; she Caroline was also “me”.

But in 2 Copy Lane right opposite the end of Leslie Ave which end had 5 and 7 houses there was a CATHERINE who claimed she drove me about. All total strangers but seen to be “convenient” to “rewrite history” to make a new history for me. Without going into all about those trolls, the Joanne a niece of mine was used by GMP in exchange for not prosecuting her for theft of electricity which meter her partner STEVE DEVALL had wired to run backwards. Joanne had to attend a dentist and drug clinic as if she was me. (One reason I apparently lost my house was because I was a drug dealer and lost my assets under POCA. I knew something had happened in Styal after 3 weeks, because of the fuss going on. By then some women prisoners knew there was something “iffy” about my being locked up: the staff were horrendous, mocking me and so forth and telling me I had filled in the meals forms incorrectly so I NEVER got the dairy free diet I need. I was to be someone without a dairy allergy. Much I could not eat, my skin broke out splitting and bleeding as a reaction to the non-dairy diet. Some of the women in the kitchens took fruit for me when they could and sneaked that to me. The thugs recorded that I had said on entry that I was racist and threatening to hurt anyone I shared with. (Is any of this familiar with Cygnet?) End Nov and suddenly much fuss, “You are causing us a S**t load of work” one mutton dressed as lamb old troll told me. I was asked WHAT MY NAME WAS because names had to be put on cards on cell doors; there had been nothing on my door. I told them if they didn’t know my name by them, I wasn’t telling them.

I was asked to sign induction forms as if I had just entered: I refused. I would sign nothing. By then aside from the skin problems I had developed shingles across my face and head. The staff had refused me a medic, a medic would find out who I was. One woman prisoner got some cream for me to try and cool my face; it just melted as I applied it; I felt I was on fire and couldn’t lie down because it was also through my head: I was very ill.

They had cut off the heating in my cell as well. They gave me a faulty kettle knowing I could not make drinks. I took it to staff and pointed out that water plus electricity was dangerous and they were in breach of H and S regs. It went on hour after hour. One day the lowlife drove me round for hours in one of those prison vans and then left me locked inside saying they could not let me out as someone was parked in the wrong place in the car park so, until that car was moved, there was nothing they could do. (This is a secure prison yard and they didn’t know who the car belonged to!) They left me for over 4 hours locked in that box. I am claustrophobic but am philosophical; mind can overcome matter. I thought then though that I would never feel fresh air again.

On 1 Dec 2010 I was told I was leaving; someone obviously asked questions. It was bitterly cold and snow on the ground. Where was I to go? A bogus “probation officer” told me one of my daughters and my brother said I could stay with them. She was as much as a probation officer as I am an X Factor star.

I stayed that night; he was edgy all the time, the next day I went to obtain some formal docs which I got and which the Gestapo have tried to get from me ever since. I caught them all by surprise travelling to get them. I was still very ill but ended up having to go to declare myself homeless. That was a priority. The council said they only had one place, the most seedy slum B and B in Morecambe. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, glass was missing from the windows; it is a notorious place. I don’t want to tell you about that. BUT my room was raided at least 3 times, each time small items were stolen, all personal for ID.

In that the passport that had expired was stolen, I kept my current passport with me, that is the passport used on 13 Jan 2011 in the London High Court by “officer” TRACEY KENNEDY posing as me using MY passport as PROOF she was me! She with her dyed red hair and a lesbian! I knew they were up to no good but did not find out what until 23 Jan 2011 after going to see the court records; I knew it had to be a court case and there it was. I went to Holborn police to report the obvious and got nowhere. I left the UK again soon after. On my return mid March I went to rent in LEWES as the MP Norman Baker was there and he’s a good guy. I won’t go into that here but do ask if you want.

The landlady JANICE BOURNEN 7 North Way Lewes I found stealing more ID items from me and my mail. I heard her on her phone as if she was me – all reported, all ignored. She then “took over” the High Court case dying her thin, straggly grey hair a yellow to try and look like mine on CCTV in court. (Does that remind you of anyone NOW? The old roughneck in 30 Fell View as she is me now.) I found my passport had been used and reported that; IT MYSTERIOUSLY APPEARED IN MY BROTHER’S HOUSE and then came back to me. In that photo I wear a GREEN JACKET, one looted from MY house Nov 08 and that is why lowlife wear GREEN JACKETS, they are “me” in my photo in my passport! Then we move on to males with green jackets as I am MR CAROL WOODS so that such as “officer” KENNEDY can still claim to be me: she and all the rest.

How did I get to Styal in the first place? I went to MY house on the instruction of a High Court Judge a real one, not bent, when he first gave his decision the LONDON MET were told to arrest me as someone else which they did. They then saw my driving licence and saw I was me and not who Lancs Gestapo told them I was. As me, what crime had I committed? None. What could they do with me? They had to keep me from returning to gain MY house. Thus they kept me locked up a couple of days where I do not know and then dumped me (literally) in a mental hospital which lowlife there tried for weeks to get me to admit myself. I refused, they eventually told me to leave! I had called to my sister’s on my way back north, stayed a while, then decided to go to the Gestapo and ask for help with MY house. By then it was into Nov. Events were bad at my sister’s she being in GMP working area; I was too nervous to travel to Lancaster then decided I must do. The Gestapo messed me about all day, all that is detailed in my affidavit, but then when they finally, at 9 30pm, in the rain decided it would be easier to arrest me using various vehicles and at least 9 scruffy dullards of the Gestapo. And that was the “likely terrorist” arrest. No paperwork of course exists. The MoJ has confirmed that. Apparently I am deluded and was never in Styal prison or, if I was it was 2 days only. Thus the 1st Dec and every month really from then and the lunatics try to literally drive me mad with harassment, thuggery and events which always includes a manufactured “crime” said to have been “committed” by me.

The 14 and 15th of any month is always intense with harassment to be 14 and 15 Nov 2010 especially. On 15th I drove to Morecambe to walk along the prom and use this library. Last week when I did that they had a lout waiting to walk “with me” as I am invisible and he was MR CAROL WOODS posting as I pass a post box. Today another right at EXACTLY the same spot another version waited; AND a couple in a BMW as I refer to my son having sold his which made the thug KENNETH JACKSON calling to 26 Fell View using a phone as if it was MY use KJ in the P reg BMW YOU the tax-payer bought him so that AGNES JACKSON his horrendous old troll of mother could claim to be me with her son having a BMW. Jackson has posed as me from my moving into 28 Fell View in March 2014 and currently is “away” as me while the Gestapo try to “see me off” AS IF I AM SOMEONE ELSE so that old fraudster can return to 26 Fell View as if she is really me. I rent 28 under duress. After the use of unemployed thug KJ about 50 yrs old with his BMW I let it be known my son had sold his weeks ago.

My son needs a decent car for his work; that 4 letter word I was accused of using to lowlife round Fell View who are mostly harassers, liars, bullies and fraudsters, thus the pair of lowlife waiting where MR CAROL WOODS was to be pretended to have dropped me off as if I was someone with a son who had a BMW. The BMW was silver, KJ’s is a light blue and P514 JBC, my son’s was silver and not as old, the one used earlier today was KY10 NLC on an excellent photo. That car chosen for the KY plate to be more in the hiding of murder of driver of YK02 VPF which is all out of scope of this. My car of course is parked about 2 miles away X165 YUB RED TOYOTA so could not be “mistaken” for BMW anything.

l add on 14th; a white van, the type used by louts and worse from 2006 was parked “hiding” except as they drivers are never very bright, he left his lights on so I went to look; PK12 not used previously, a lout on his phone texting, Fell View is not a stopping off place; one has to leave a main road, then another main road and 2 side streets to get where he was; by then it was 9 20pm. I drove round again; he had gone so I waited to see who he had texted to act a part in lunacy; a lout who uses a motor cycle and uses 17 Fell View a JOANNE NOLAN, another total stranger heavily involved in FRAUD and posing as me. She was used with Hunter from 22 throughout 2015 when Mrs Hunter claimed to be me. She pretended that using Joanne Nolan was proof Hunter was me as I have a relative called Joanne. The motorcyclist is part of an on- going attempt to cover up major fraud from Dec 2012 using a motor cycle Peugeot PO5 HWK. The louts were replacing the one I found earlier who obliged me to return after thinking about it to send this email below. Williams in 30 Fell View, hearing me back indoors then had on their second TV set which is apparently mine and for which “I” pay SKY via direct debit which is amazing as I have no bank account to accommodate such payments and no TV to watch anyway. By 10 15pm in my bathroom, having a soak in the dark (as I have no lights and have not had from 2 days after I moved in to 28 on 24/3/14 as the Gestapo and council, linking up MY power to 26 on one side and 30 on the other caused such a power surge it blew out all my lights; the council refuse to come and repair the problem. They did that PRE-PLANNED ready for my moving in as the INTENTION was always to claim I was not in 28 as if it did not exist; they falsified PUBLIC RECORDS to pretend 28 was part of 26 on one side and part of 30 on the other, which was how Williams in 30 were me as a married couple and Jackson in 26 was me as a single person) Williams I heard in their bathroom, party wall between the two, screeching into her phone as if she was me. I refer to her as maracas mouth. She didn’t know I was in my bathroom. Usually she steps from the rear door of 30 and stands outside IN MY REAR GARDEN hoping I will not notice as that is PROOF she is me making a call. Obviously with the weather so cold she thinks she can stand in their bathroom as that is the nearest she can get to MY rear garden without leaving 30. The loft noises then start in earnest which is the noise I hear from MY loft with the illegally installed devices by BT masonic thugs, council and Gestapo so that such as Williams can use her phone which is illegally linked to MY loft via their devices to seem as if I make the calls. Williams switches off the TV which is apparently mine; she cannot have a TV heard in the background of any call as I have no TV and if she is me, then there will be no TV sounds. I type this 10 32pm with much “loft noise” and really can’t make calls and type. This lap top is not linked to the Internet and never has been; it is for word docs only to be typed. My other lap top, also “old” but not as old as this cannot link to any Internet from 28 which is why I rely on WiFi and libraries. Imagine what the Gestapo would plant on my computer if I had my own personal use of the Internet.

This starts 20 21 hrs on 14 Dec 2016 after a day of thuggery and lunacy round Fell View LA2 9RP. It will be copied wider on 15th. The lunacy was in pretending AGAIN that I have just moved to Fell View in order to “protect” the fraudsters and organised gangsters who operate their DWP frauds using ME but as if I was someone else.

On 13 Dec 2016 in Lancaster University library I found scum, male, certainly not a student but supposed to be the driver of MD02 HGO the silver Bora the thug YOU had sent to 26 Fell View JACKSON to pose as HER son when she pretended to be me and he thus pretended to be my son. That scum in the library was not the same thug but of that type. Sending the second thug to shout his “Hi” etc was JACKSON’s real son introducing the thug with MD02 which was odd if he was her son already: you all thought I was more stupid than they are. That of June 2014 was not acted out again for real: the thugs on 13 12 16 did not make me forget the thugs at 26 Fell View and besides I have too many photos of both Jackson’s son and the thug who posed (as well as the others who YOU sent to do the same). I will be pursuing this with my excellent photos. The more detailed email will be sent out when persons are at their desks.

For those who will be sent this the thug in Lancaster Uni on 13/12/16 had logged on to MY email address an hour before I even got to the UNI but at the time when I had sent an email from miles away. The Gestapo want to pretend I was not miles away in MY car but was the lowlife AGNES JACKSON who does not drive but poses as me. The taxi yob waiting in hiding to then PRETEND he drove me from the UNI as I passed AFTER I used the WiFI cafe miles away was to PRETEND I had been in the Uni and not miles away and the scum was using MY email address as if I was Agnes Jackson his MOTHER! I driving to Uni library when YOU did not expect me to drive up; caught him unawares and another found out. Tonight after a day of at least 20 cars all parked waiting to PRETEND I moved in somewhere yet again round Fell View (all to be sent out at a more suitable time) I saw a taxi had been parked hiding behind 31 Fell View: had I gone out earlier than I did do that taxi would have pretended to have driven me as if I was the deranged JACKSON as she does not drive. I drove off later, all the lowlife had gone and I went to an early film among the usual trolls and half-wits where I always park.

As usual the Gestapo had lowlife at strategic points and sending texts to each other so the lowlife know how to act behind my back. As I left the cinema, I saw the usual types of brainless doing the same; and then I found it was not to arrange a taxi to pretend to drive me but a yob had been hiding in the cafe bar where MY car was parked near the cinema and that yob was using the WiFI as if he was me as MR CAROL WOODS. And if you Gestapo bullying harassers think you’re going to get away with this I suggest you think again.

ID THEFT and POSE as Lancs W’blower; FRAUD on going 13 Dec. 2016

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO QUOTE ME. Dear Sirs I am Carol Woods Ms under duress at 28 Fell View LA2 9RP. Earlier today I sent an email from this address and one about the law on Participation Crime from my other usual email address [email protected], I was in Preston library at the time. Leaving out the “arrangements” to PRETEND I was not in PRESTON with usual trolls used and reused to be “me” or “with me” as if I was someone else. I report this: 13 Jan 2011 and officer Tracey Kennedy with her partner ANNA JUDITH PERELES BOTH who claim to be me whichever FRAUD is underway, did appear in the High Court London as if one was me. The case papers having “disappeared” we can rely on what I have kept safe. Obviously I can prove I was nowhere near London at the time.

However, under the LAW that “thing” some use and the same “thing” others can ignore of they choose (Lancashire usually) I do not have to prove I was NOT there, the Gestapo has to prove I WAS!

Today being the 13th, considering the deranged deluded lowlife in 30 Fell View JUNE FRANCIS WILLIAMS and the horrendous old fool Mr who pesters me hour by hour trying to PRETEND I am his wife while she pretends to be me, and their antics over days, the “usual lowlife all “joining in”, the MAIL theft and last Thursday when one troll parked and PRETENDED to call on me but finally seeing me watching did pretend to deliver to 24 Fell View what she surely was to PRETEND she had delivered to me. This is an old FRAUD and has been done scores of times using scum to be “bailiffs” from 2006 which now is 10 YEARS. So, all those who know and do nothing, thanks. Others are finding out.

Today then the roughneck coarse bullying murdering thief (I do not exaggerate) WILLIAMS was up hours earlier than usual but did not wash or use the bathroom; she sneaked out of 30 Fell View via the rear using the car a dark grey PEUGEOT PJ65 WLL which is another she has had registered to ME as if she is me. (She does not use the bathroom knowing I hear the water and thus any change in routine which is always a FRAUD underway.)

Thinking about events over days, thinking about events over YEARS of this time of year (ID THEFT REPORTED TO GESTAPO as email sent out Dec 2007), DWP frauds of Nov 2012 into Dec 2012 using MY name with lowlife elsewhere as WILLIAMS did not claim to be me then as I was not in 28 Fell View. All added up to JUNE WILLIAMS sneaking off without MR KINGSLEY WILLIAMS (who claims to be Mr KAROL WOODS) to pose as me somewhere to claim DWP monies as if I am “ill” when I am not.

Obviously the Gestapo and Council scum on this local cess pit put her up to this and she takes herself so seriously she really thinks she’s MI6, a life time parasite, old drunk, heavy smoker and claims to be me.

In April 2014 after I had been in 28 fell View only days I took a photo which she walked into and with my zoom lens I saw she had ID IN MY NAME FOR VOLUNTEER WORK IN HMYOI Lancaster Farms, volunteer tutor which she resigned on 18 May 2014 knowing she was found out. You all know that and not one person has done a thing about that amazing ID THEFT and worse.

I have driven away from Preston and area and am between Lancaster and Preston on the A6 in a wiFi café; it was fortuitous I thought of putting my lap top in my car. Had anyone done anything about that old roughneck Williams posing as me, I would have known about it and she would not STILL be pretending to be me. And I have reported how she was one main bully in getting the elderly lone tenant out of 28 Fell View because the council and Gestapo decided it was “ideal” for me partly because that deluded old parasite was so willing. Thus they bullied her out; she died, well done LCC, and not one person bats an eye lid.

Dear Sirs I am Carol Woods Ms under duress at 28 Fell View Caton LA2 9RP. Most know of the amazing harassment, bullying liars, thieves and fraudsters who all think they are above the law being instructed by Lancs Gestapo (I have offered to wear a yellow star on my jacket) and this firm is ONE used in FRAUD trying to make the horrendous old thief and much worse JUNE WILLIAMS of 30 Fell View into me. The Gestapo provided her with ID as if she was me; of course I have photographic proof but that is not for this. The point of this is to show THERE IS LAW THAT APPLIES SO WHY IS BEING IGNORED?

I have pointed this out previously so send further now. Today driving from Fell View and parking in Preston to look at the flea market cars as usual were driving to PRETEND they drive me with then in the pay and display one had been waiting for my car to enter THE ILLEGAL GPS ON MY CAR X165 YUB ALLOWS FOR ALL THIS and then parks next to me (I pay, she doesn’t) and she a seedy employee PRETENDS she has dropped me off; FRAUD and HARASSMENT via osmosis as I refer to it. I can think of no other way to explain such lunacy. In 2010 a manager from the FCO told me I was “up against the Dark Forces”! I often use [email protected] as well.

On 21 Oct 2016 YOU attended to the REAR door of 30 Fell View Caton LA2 9RP on instruction which rear door is not easy to find especially when you had never previously called. YOU had been told to call there at the rear and hide the van so I in 28 would not see as the seedy old roughneck in 30 JUNE WILLIAMS in her 70’s with her short, thin, grey hair dyed yellow trying to be me, she with her rough maracas mouth trying to pose as me as her identical twin which YOU knew was FRAUD and DECEPTION. YOU were told what to do by the Gestapo and what to expect at 30 Fell View and took part willingly. I sent in a formal complaint for the record and CC it to others E –CRIME and ID THEFT being aided and abetted by you.

YOU did not stop there: you were told to return to that lowlife in 30 but this time park in full view and bang on their front door at 2 55pm on 22/10/16 as if that reversed your fraud and intent of 21/10/16. I took a photo showing the van in clear view as if the lowlife in 30 had a computer to repair. YOUR staff TOOK ONE IN, WILLIAMS had no computer, that lowlife is not me although they have SKY TV in my name, pay by direct debit to bank account in MY name, and she provided with ID as if she was me for her to “work” as volunteer” in HMYOI Lancaster Farms as if she was me. They bullied to death the former occupant of 28 Fell View to make sure it was free for me to move to on instruction from the thugs YOU took instruction from (she a lone, elderly lady) as SHE INTENDED to claim to be me. They have had 5 FIVE cars as if she is me and one holiday away as a couple Mr and Mrs Carol Woods; YOU have aided all that, your problem, acting on instruction to be “one of the lads” is not clever is it? This is cc much more widely, it is said there is no such thing as bad publicity, we shall see. ANY PAYMENTS THAT LOWLIFE MADE TO YOU HAD BETTER NOT BE IN MY NAME. The photo I took of my front garden as your driver left shows him with a bottle of water: is he insane? He goes to take a lap top (it might have been anything at all; it just looked like a small black lap top so not confused with mine) and leaves with a bottle of water 5 minutes later. Lancs use public monies for private purposes 13 Dec. 2016

Dear Sirs, The PINK BAGS issue, where anyone with a PINK BAG is apparently me Ms CAROL WOODS or one of my daughters and thus whoever with her, is me – according to the Gestapo of Lancashire who think they can rewrite “history”. My email with photos sent yesterday. The use of PINK often replaces the use of RED which has its symbolic use because my car is RED. PINK SKIPS a local firm, yet another Masonic firm who take their part in harassment, stalking and being used by those they know are not bona fide “customers”. This shows the use of PINK which is other than the PINK bags used. I have photos of large PINK TOYS left to harass in the expectation that if I see enough and forget those on photos LOOTED FROM MY HOUSE which were toys of MY children. Examples, Janice Bournen landlady of 2011 in Lewes who was yet another who claimed to be me as I rented a room in her house, bought a pink bike for a small child to leave just where I’d fall over it; it “disappeared” when I made no comment; that last thing she’d have in her house was a child. She was not me; she had never been married, never had children and was the usual type of dullard used to pose as me. In 2012 I rented a caravan at 298 Oxcliffe Rd LA3 3EJ and the landlady again was “me” she in her early 80’s! (I told you I couldn’t make this up.) For that she was to buy a small child’s pink bike and leave it just where I may fall over it but see it at very least. Harassment “in sight of”. She left it for days; I made no comment and it “disappeared”. She was Margaret Middleton and had a son in his mid 60’s who claimed to be MR CAROL WOODS. He had never been married and there were no grand-children. They are just 2 deluded fraudsters who were told to try to distress me. PINK SKIPS is used in a similar way.

End Nov 2016 and a PINK SKIP appears in the lower even numbers on Fell View. This was YET ANOTHER house with “suddenly come into money” tenants who had bought under the right to buy scheme. The ones who claim I live with them either as a relative or as if they are actually me have all been done to death since I moved in but the lunacy is to PRETEND I have just moved in AGAIN so start all over again. I took this from my car’s rear window; the skip was moved the next day. The photo of a pair of gormless sleazy “professionals” move “me” again, see the bit of paper lead troll waves about. They have just been paid to drive to Caton and walk their own dog. They did that at least 3 times pretending each time they removed a dog from “someone” who was “unable” to look after it – me. They “operated” from 29 Fell View and pretended “I” lived there as “mother” of more council lowlife, LENNON advised to change her name to SLATER end 2015 when many changes had to be made as reports were reaching the right agencies. The 3rd photo is YET ANOTHER “professional” sleazy calling to 41 to PRETEND “someone” (me) had just moved in there as well. This was 25/4/14 after I moved to 28 Fell View on 24/3/14. On 24/4/14 I had visited a tourist town and my return to 28 was seen to be an “opportunity” to claim I had just moved in again. This troll had called to 41 after I had returned to 28 on the 24th but then called to validate the FRAUD on 25th. On 24 March 2014 I had already apparently moved into 41 with sleazy in PE08 ZRX to validate that thus I was at least 2 persons and both lived with lowlife in 41 Fell View.

28/11/16 another LCC employee, cleaner PE64 HMG started to park outside me in 28 in June 2016 then seen to be a stalker and liar at best moved her car to be left further and further away hoping I wouldn’t notice. She can just be seen acting out ANOTHER of those frauds which she had done months earlier in her RED jacket as proof she was somehow me or linked to me. She borrows a dog as that is the obligatory stage prop it seems. She had a bag of shopping which is an old favourite fraud; they PRETEND to shop for “someone” unable to shop for themselves; they keep it all for themselves. Driver of PE08 ZRX has been caught on camera red handed as have others. That FRAUD was done in Oct 2008 by LCC employee JANET WOODALL who pretended firstly that she did not work for LCC and was supposed to a friend of mine. She was a bribed FALSE FRIEND not found out until late 09. After MY house was seized and wrecked and looted 27 Oct 2008, Woodall appeared at my daughter’s where I stayed. She had acted out events from 2001 which were outlined in my statement for my first claim 2406569/01 against LCC in Manchester Employment Tribunals resulting from my whistle-blowing. Woodall was pretending she was ME and MY wrecked house was one issue of child protection and failure of UNQUALIFIED MANAGER PATRICIA ALLEN, who worked with a false CV and claims to qualifications that did not exist, leading to another almost dead client. WOODAL had been acting out MY case events from 2001 when WOODALL was not capable of doing my job anyway. Pat Allen is the issue in this; she was a cleaner in a children’s home and rose up the ladder to her unqualified manger’s post in child protection after sexual relations with many senior managers of LCC by her own bragging. The case 2406569/01 was ONE major reason why MIKE TODD GMP was murdered as he had MY files and was prosecuting after Judge David Williams had seen my file, he being the only one to that point in July 2007 not to be corrupt. Judge Williams passed it to Mike Todd in Nov 07 and Mike Todd was prosecuting by March 08 which is why he was murdered.

Pat Allen’s perjury is a card in the house of cards; she is why so many LCC cleaners are used AT TAX-PAYERS’ EXPENSE trying to make me somehow become PAT ALLEN. Janet Woodall, acting as if she was me, had been to see my wrecked house and then called to my daughter’s. We wondered how she knew of events; I hadn’t told her. She made a list of things she said she would buy for me to as basic needs, then bought everything but kept all for herself. The tax-payer paid for that as she, I later found out, was a mental health social worker, and used council money as if I was her client. Woodall began to tell people she was my social worker and not my friend BUT she was unemployed when she was sent to befriend me; she did not qualify until 2008 which suggests something does not add up with her lies as she befriended me late 05. Thus the roughneck in PE64 HMG used often further and further afield as clearly deluded, I also found another car seemed to be stalking me. After seeing the car 3 or 4 times, I found it hidden behind 31 Fell View ; it set off after I parked up which is done every single time I park up, someone deranged then sets off and pretends they have driven me. Example, I return to 28 Fell View 8 30pm on 7 Dec 2016 and park up, someone sits waiting edge of Fell View at its farthest point; they set off and PRETEND. Only days earlier I returned at 11 pm and found OEO4 LWR waiting parked outside 12 Fell View and he set off after I arrived at 28 to PRETEND he had driven me: I also apparently live in 12 Fell View. All these bullying half-wits are total strangers. I drove off seeing PE03 WGU drive out, I had not seen it there previously; the yards of 29 and 31 are used mostly as they are large enough to hide a largish van and I cannot see from my vantage point at 28. I found PE03 WGU at the local junior school; the driver is a school cleaner and presumably paid to sit about and wait for me to park up to PRETEND instead of being in school cleaning. The GPS ILLEGALLY on MY car allows for all this. (The sleazy in PE56 NXB was involved in an entrapment farce on Sunday 4 Dec 2016 again at 41 which “trap” was so pathetic it failed. PE08 ZRX tried the same trap on 6 Dec 2016 also at 41 Fell View. It was still as pathetic when done a 2nd time.)

The photo of MAUREEN McHARRAN in PINK shows her leaving 43 Fell View where she has been posing as me from March 2014. It took me 2 years to find her FRAUD and this started my FULL discovery. I knew someone accessed my computer as I typed during the day; her partner is PAUL HICKS and is either Gestapo or prison staff so she has been set up to defraud. This day, 3/4/16 my computer was suddenly free from interference and I noticed she was rushing from 43 most unusually; she has hidden in 43 almost for the whole of those 2 years. She is the SAINSBURY ON-LINE SHOPPING FRAUDS LINK. I apparently move every 17th as well and here 3 dollops pretend they move me as a sort of TEAM with TEAM COLOURS, PINK/RED. I seem to move to 37 often and in fact the Malaysian thief in there claimed I was her mother being cared for and driven about by her in 37. She was moved out end March 2015 when I found her out; she is still used (e.g. 7 Dec 2016) and drives between Caton and Morecambe and PRETENDS I live in the Morecambe area. 19/9/16 and this sleazy old doxy council employee is to walk to MY car (the 2nd photos shows her passing it) and waves about a bit of paper as the “formal document” she pretends it is. She was used because of her bleached frizzy hair as SOME who pose as me have bleached frizzy hair such as O’CONNER in 39 and HUNTER in 22 Fell View. She did not know I was behind her; their antics are for the benefit of on-lookers and their brainless selves to PRETEND they have done something ‘proper’ in walking about near MY car and waving about a bit of paper. They do this to MANY; they PRETEND they have served them court documents or anything they want to PRETEND as suits them in any deception, fraud, bullying and so on.

The final picture in this snap shot of lunacy is of a CURWEN, one of 3 who lived in 24 Fell View but then claimed to be me after an RTA and moved out, they “suddenly come into money” (RTA awarded) and PINK SKIPS arrive at the self- made slum, they had 3 with still enough rubbish which had been thrown into their rear garden over YEARS, to fill at least another 2. This is what the PINK SKIP as first photo was to “rewrite” and hope I would not be in 28 to remember events with CURWEN fraudsters. (They hired from HARTLEY HIRE equipment as if they were me, Hartley Hire alerted they, another masonic firm of thugs, set about harassing me in their wagons to hope I “forgot” the FRAUD.) Curwen called to 24 every so often to clear rubbish and clear up the house and garden areas. Oddly they were supposed to be RTA victims and “disabled”. My photos show they were not disabled at all yet 2 Gestapo vehicles had “escorted” them 9 May 2014 pretending they were the victims of an RTA with a yellow Mini used as “ambulance” RX52 RYK.
