(Before It's News)

The first time this Kickstarter Funded service was announced, it was regarded as a very apt device even though it looked techy and for a select few. It is a device that can trigger your DSLR in several ways like with lights or even a ringing phone. And it was better than most of its competition because it was simply the most affordable out there even when the service was of high quality. Besides, it can be used from out of the box which was far from what was obtainable with other where you would have to do some work to get them together.

But it seems they did not want to rest on their laurels and now there is now an app made available that can be connected to the device for less than twenty dollars and this could help get more people to buy into the device.

The app can work with devices running iOS 5 like an iPod, iPad or iPhone. It can be connected using a cable or even infrared to your DSLR or advanced compacts. This will give you the ability to use all the sensors of your iDevices as triggers. And aside from firing the shutters it also gives you the ability to control the focus and the flash.

But even when your camera is not at had you can use the camera in your iPhone. The dongle that will connect to your device from your iPhone costs fewer than ten dollars. You can actually do without the dongle and use the camera of your iPhone.
