(Before It's News)

It is possible to actualize the dream of a technology that is always available anywhere which revolves on cheaper materials courtesy of polymer materials. However, the condition is that the solvents used to produce the circuits ought to be non-hazardous. Well, National Technical University has come up with a technique that is almost similar to that. Theirs is about using lasers to solve crisis. It directs laser to polymer layer which in turn deposits part of that polymer to a receiving layer. Then, scientists are able to print 2D circuit by moving the two layers safely, without using any harmful chemicals.

The only worries that National Technical University have is about the risks involved in converting the chemical composition to the need to develop a reliable form of mass production. Nonetheless, it is hoped that the success of the laser-printed polymers could mean low cost technology as well as flexible and wearable gear. Abandoning the circuit status quo might be the only setback for this.
