Why don’t we all use this solar system that can power computers and peripherals for approximately 50 hours a week?

One of the main stories coming out of the technology industry in Africa is that of “School children in Kenya’s rural area get solar powered “Solar Classroom in a Box”
I was just wondering to myself why doesn’t this then become standard worldwide so we can use renewable energy that costs NOTHING????
