If you thought the console versions to Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 were exempt from bugs unlike its PC counterpart, you’d be wrong. Particularly, the PS3 version to the game is experiencing a pesky bug that prevents owners from obtaining the Nuketown 2025 and Nuketown Zombie maps.
Specifically, the Nuketown maps were bonus downloadable content for pre-ordered copies of the game, as well as the Hardened and Care Package Editions. The redeem codes for the maps were included with these versions of the game and were mandatory for acquiring the maps.
Unfortunately, the EU PlayStation Website reports that owners are experiencing difficulty in redeeming the codes for both maps. Nothing specific about the cause or what’s being done have been fleshed out for the media, as well as disgruntled BO2 owners to chew up and spit out.
Stay tuned.
