Google Maps Hitting iOS sometime Tonight
iOS 6 users…Google is here to help. Yes that is correct. The company that your precious Apple has tried to bury in the dirt, is coming to the rescue when it comes to your mapping and navigation needs. The homegrown Apple Maps was a huge flop, and it left Apple firing people and scrambling to get their customers a decent maps app. Their solution was to use a different map app through the different websites. Way to go Apple.
Looks like sources have told the boys at CNET that Google Maps will be coming back to iOS sometime tonight. Apple of course had no comment (grow up), and Google reported that it is in the final testing phase. I know the boys at Apple are pacing back in forth in their ridiculously huge mansions about having to let Google back into their world, but hey, sometimes even the brightest minds need help. In this case though, the dumbest minds need help even more. Let us know what you guys think.
