iPhone 5 finally reaching Philippines on December 14
It’s finally official. Apple just announced the countries where the next wave of iPhone 5 will be landing and Philippines is included in the list.
South Korea will get theirs this Friday, December 7. Then a week later, it will reach Philippines along with 32 other countries including China, Indonesia, UAE, and Bahrain. Then another week later it will be landing on 21 other countries.
We were able to have lunch with executives from Smart just last week and they don’t have a clue when the iPhone 5 will arrive so as of this writing, no postpaid plans have been announced yet by the telcos. I’m sure that they will rush to have them out within the week though so holiday shoppers can soon add the iPhone 5 on their wishlist.
